Dr. Noffze did a fantastic job on removing my wisdom teeth! He's a very down to earth, well-trained doctor that made me feel comfortable. Pat did a wonderful job explaining all of the post-op care and was super friendly and genuine. Overall a very comfortable experience in a very clean and modern facility! Highly recommend this place!

The surgeon himself, was very kind and comforting. He did a great job on my wisdom teeth removal. However one of the nurses, Pat, was extraordinarily rude and did not set up or explain my post-op care well. My care instructions given to me by the surgeon did not line up with what the nurse told my friend, who was suppose to help me with my post-op care. This caused a lot of confusion when determining how I should be caring for the wounds, and how much ibuprofen I should be taking along with my pain killers. I understandably was in pain afterwards and called to be evaluated because I was certain that I had dry sockets, and was very rudely addressed. The nurse sarcastically referred to me as doctor and laughed while asking me how I'd arrived at my "diagnosis". Then she proceeded to blow off my pain, and all but completely dismissed my concerns. I was immensely unimpressed by her unprofessional behavior, and because of this I determined I'd take my post-op care to a different provider. Sure, I was a bit dramatic but as a patient I in no way deserved to be mocked by a care provider. Once I was seen by another provider, I was told I should have been given a syringe to clean the wounds, which I wasn't. Also, they said my pain management plan didn't fit my needs and was likely the reason I was in such pain, and the plan had to be re-evaluated. This experience was not worth the money I paid. Not happy about my experience at all.

The entire staff was wonderful and made the whole process so easy. The doctor and nurse/staff all sat down and explained everything before and answered all my questions so I knew what to expect! The nurse/other staff getting me settled initially were so nice and could tell I was a little nervous so talked to me the whole time before I fell asleep. I would highly recommend getting wisdom teeth removed here! Just be aware of their recent address change(as of mid June 2019, see their actual website, not google!) I accidentally went to the wrong location at first!

Nurses complain and talk about their personal issues at work. While he was working on my jaw. Very unprofessional and for the kind of money to pay. Last thing I wanna hear about is your home life. Hes very nice and understanding but nurses are shi*

Had 2 of my kids go in last year for wisdom teeth to be taken out. The surgeon and nurses were great and the kids recovered quickly from the surgery. I would caution to know your benefits ahead of time yourself. I had 2 different assurances, wife and I both have coverage. I paid my deductible up front and thought I was done. After it went in to both insurances found out that I still owed over $800 because my secondary insurance covered it under medical and that took precedence over my dental that covered more. Wish I had called both insurance companies myself and not just taken the word of the "expert" in the office. My mistake that I have learned from.

I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone. They really care about their patients. They are kind and informative. My particular situation was difficult and they were flexible and worked with me until we found a solution. The surgeon and nurses are genuine and so friendly. They explain things well, answer your questions, and have an amazing bedside manner. Thank you for all your care!

My 6 year old son had 2 teeth that were hurting him. We were scheduled October 23rd at another place. My son would scream all night and I kept calling an emergency # telling them that he had to get these teeth out sooner. Of course no one could squeeze him in. Next day I get a call that Dr. Noffze will fit him in 5 days! What a blessing!!! I can't even fully describe how amazing this place is and the staff included! The nurses were incredible! They talked my son through everything and they were holding hands when one of the nurses walked him to the car. One of the nurses called this morning to see how her Buddy was doing. Making sure he wasn't having any issues. My son was smiling ear to ear when I told him his favorite nurse called to check in on him. He even got to take home a lego set. It made his day! I would absolutely recommend this place!! Dr. Noffze and his staff are hands down the best! Thank you Dr. Noffze and staff!! :)
