They need to hire front office staff that are on the same page given one quote by phone, when I arrived given a different quote. Front office manager doesn't have a clue what she told me. They had the wrong teeth written down for exam she kept saying left side I corrected her she told me my right her left, pulled up the treatment plan and finally stated they have it incorrect. Would not recommend I was referred by my dentist and will never go back or recommend. Save your time and money.

UNETHICAL. Provided false patient information and then over-billed and over-charged me. I was in pain and in need of a root canal. I called them, and my very first question was do they take my insurance. They took all the insurance information and assured me they do. Turns out they do not. Insurance paid the bill as out of network which made me responsible for for more than I should have been had they been in network. I believe they fully knew they did not accept my insurance and fully processed me as if they did. I found out they are not in network only by reviewing the insurance adjudication. I made it clear to them what insurance I have and they seemed to use their blind eye on it. Good or bad treatment notwithstanding, this conduct is unethical at best. I would recommend staying away from them, and get better quality treatment elsewhere.

Brionna was an amazing receptionist! She cared so deeply when it came to helping me and getting things correct with my dental account. She is a great communicator and super helpful. She is the reason why I don't mind driving 40 plus minutes to this particular dentist! She made the visit and follow up calls so effortless.

I am a dentist, and I went to see Dr Andy Fossum. He is very competent, and extremely likable. His entire team and systems are A+ and I highly recommend to all! I can't say enough good about their abilities, and kindness!!

I saw Dr. Fossum for not one, but two root canals. I have an anxiety disorder, and in the past, visits to the dentist have triggered crippling panic attacks that linger for weeks. I communicated this to Dr. Fossum. He and his assistant made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process which was a success. It even reversed my fear for dental procedures. This was an amazing experience, and I would have never thought I'd be saying this about a visit to the dentist; much less about a double root canal. I highly recommend!

Called yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in this morning in Rockwall. Very kind and caring staff. Prompt with getting me back and the procedure done. I would like to say that I hope to never go back (don't want more dental work done) but if I do need someone, I will go back to them.

I went in to have a previous root canal retreated due to pain and swelling. The atmosphere was very nice in the lobby and everyone took care of me quickly and very well.

Horrible experience! First time to have a root canal & I will never go back. First of all, the quote I was given was never told to me that it was an out of network price. I looked them up on my insurance company website! So I paid about $700 more up front than should have been owed. Very poor customer service. It's very easy. We verified your benefits and here is your in network/out of network price. Then the tech didn't know how to use the nitrous oxide tank. Had to call the girl from up front in order to use it properly. I was close to suffocating during the procedure and on two occasions told the doctor I couldn't breathe. Then the doctor just said everything looks good bye. Didn't ask if I had any questions, etc. Terrible bedside manner.

I had a great experience at The Endodontic Specialists!! The office staff were very helpful and kind! Dr. Fossum is very knowledgeable, informative and nice. My root canal was virtually pain free!! Thank you for such a positive experience!

Dr. Pollack was my Angel today. I was in Excruciating pain lower right. He cleaned out the area where my wisdomtooth was pulled. He explained the reason for the pain and infection. He pulled out so many broken bone fragments that had been left by the previous dentist. Thank you Dr. Pollack for helping me.

Horrible experience. I went for a root canal that was supposed to cost me $347 with insurance. There was an issue with my tooth, so the procedure was not possible. I was still charged $300! I tried speaking with several people about it, but know one would ever call me back.

On December 10 2020 I had a root canal done by DR. Andrew Fossum. He was polite and explained the complete process. I all told him about my anxiety issue and he took his time to ensure I did not lose my nervous. His assistant was just as caring as Dr. Fossum. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks
