I would give this place a 0 don't recommend it waste of money look for a better place consult $280 just for Dr to tell me I have an infection wich I already new didnt prescribed me anything recommended getting more xrays i didn't need just to charge more left there owing $400 was told to go some where els Dr just cares about $$$$ not patient i called several times finally after a week spoke to receptionist said she couldn't do anything I have to pay for the bill ended up going to a nother Dr that actually did his job prescribed me medication for infection save your time and money (to the owner)I couldn't respond to ur comment how irresponsible for you to say you have no record of me I wasn't a client that I went some where els that's a joke ! And yes I was charged $280 for a consult in your office thanks!

Great experience with Dr Yee (and his assistant, sorry, blanking on her name) on my root canal. Nice bright office. Fancy modern equipment. Dr Yee was personable, positive, and informative throughout. Even called me the next day to see how I was doing post procedure. Highly recommend.

Recently had a root canal done at The Endodontic Group. Dr. Carp and Paige were wonderful! Took the time to explain to me each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Carp was highly recommended by another dentist. Given that I am terrified of ANY dentist, let alone one that is performing a root canal, I must admit that this was a "pleasant" experience. Extremely understanding, asked me how I was doing throughout the procedure, and made me feel as comfortable as I could be.

I went for a root canal, and I have to say that Dr Yee was wonderful . Very gentle, friendly and professional. I had no pain throughout the procedure. His assistant Sandra, was also wonderful, very nice, and helpful in every way

They have a higher concern with compliance of a mask mandate than they do with the health of the people walking through the door. Your money is only green if you play the compliance game and put a diaper on your face until you sit down and take it off because it is a DENTIST.

Top quality performance by Dr. April Alford The woman is highly qualified for Root Canal treatment I Strongly recommend seeing her! This is always a nervous situation but she was very in formidable with questions asked and really made sure I knew what was happening. Dr. Alford was gentle, painless and very pleasant. Not only was my treatment experience wonderful but this company was honest with my over payment and ended up getting a refund at the end of visit saving me $300 Thank you to tayna for being a great receptionist!!

State of the art, extremely clean and comfortable office. You are treated like a VIP and no work is performed until the procedure is completely explained. It is common for people to dread root canals but Dr Nagle makes the experience easy and cares about eliminating pain. So, if it would be possible, I would rate The Endodontic Group SIX Stars!!

I wanted to give the Endo Group a very favorable endorsement, Dr. Alex Yee in particular. I was recently in need of an emergency root canal with very little warning. Dr. Yee was fantastic. I was in a terrible state when I arrived. Dr. Yee had a great manner about him, was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and the result was virtually painless. My procedure involved two sessions. The first was an emergency session to eliminate the excruciating pain. The follow up session (at my convenience) was to complete the work to be performed. If you have ever been in this type of pain, you may realize how vulnerable you can feel. I'm here to say if this is your case, Dr. Yee is top notch and I highly recommend him and the Endodontic Group!

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received at the Endodontic Group in Framingham. I needed multiple root canals and I had all sort of complications already. I was treated by Dr. Carp who showed an unbelievable level of knowledge, skills and professionalism. I've had my fair share of dental issues over the years, and I've seen many dentists and endodontics. Dr. Carp is by far the best.

I'm incredibly pleased with the level of care that Dr. Yee of The Endodontic Group provided. Not only was he professional and easy to work with but he also fit me in same day for an emergency. Then he assisted me again during a follow up, both of which went incredibly smooth. He and his assistant, Ashley, were excellent in regards to care and comfort. I'd recommend Dr. Yee for any endodontic work!

Scheduled an appointment for a root canal after my dentist confirmed I needed one. I called to schedule my root canal and to my surprise at my appointment they re-did every test I had just had done at my dentist and had no plans of actually doing a root canal that day. There were 3 different people in and out touching things in the room then hands in my mouth and I only saw one of them put on fresh gloves when they came in the room, can only hope the others came in with clean gloves that had not touched any other surfaces. I was seated on a chair in a small room with no door, while having another person having dental work done in a room without a door very close . I can honestly say this is the first time during the pandemic I felt uncomfortable where I was. Lastly, I decided to go else where because I just didn't like the feel of it there or the Endodontist I saw and the bill I received for my consult (that I had already had done at my regular dentist) cost more out of pocket than it cost me to have my root canal at the place I decided to go to.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. Since the very first time, with Dr. Nagel Sr., then with his son, and more recently with Dr. Gonzalez, the personal care and attention have been excellent and they have always made me feel comfortable during what is, to most people, an unpleasant procedure. Of all things medical and dental these days, coming to the Endodontic Group is not a worry or concern, as I know that I'll be in good hands. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for an Endodontist.

Very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Gonzales is the best. Never felt any pain. The only place I have ever been, were the dentist actually calls you himself,to see how you are doing. Highly recommend
