Straight up scam. Took $1k up front for a set of lower partials, only to move the goal post time after time for two years. Was told they had them made up and in the office, now being told they actually never even made them. Told by the dentist (after be tried to make me say everything was my fault and get me to do more X-rays and a deep cleaning) that I could get my money back, only to get to the front desk and have the secretary immediately say that I was "threatening her" because I was higher up than her...I was standing and she's sitting at a desk... So she then threatened to call the cops.. All over getting back the money was taken two years ago. 0/0 would not recommend to anyone unless your thing is having to schedule appointments 6 months out

I've been going to this place for 5 years or so. Dr. Burson and the staff are personable and competent. You can watch TV while your dental work is being done, which is wonderful to take your mind off it. However, I called today to schedule a teeth cleaning (which I receive for free twice per year with my yearly plan) and was told that the next availability was May 2023. That's 6 months from now. This is unacceptable when I'm supposed to be able to get 2 free teeth cleanings per year. Please, fix this problem Dr. Burson because you run an excellent practice otherwise.

The best dental experiences I've ever had. All the staff are personable and considerate. They listen to my input and are willing to be conservative with their treatment in an effort to avoid any unnecessary or invasive work. They gave me the best fillings I've ever had, with little-to-no pain or jaw adjustment after the fact. Highly recommend making the Denver Dentists your dental home.

I love my visits here! It's a very inviting atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Plus, they have a service dog, Winston, who makes the visit that much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Paige, Dr. Burson, and the rest of his staff!

The building was kept clean, the staff were polite. My only complaint is that after my cleaning, which ended at 4:10, I was waiting for the dentist to give me my exam. I was told multiple times he was "talking", and that it would be a minute. The dentist must've been going over his life story because 4:40 rolled around and he was still nowhere to be seen. I decided to leave because it wouldn't make sense waiting probably 40 minutes or more for someone to come in and give me a 5 minute conversation. I was also never emailed a receipt so I am not sure if I was charged the exam fee, which I was told wasn't going to be. Overall not the worst experience but I probably won't be back. If I could give the dentist a score it would be 0/5 but the facility deserves at least a 3.

I found a place I love! Location, staff, and overall experience of the office was amazing. Everyone is friendly and so helpful about walking you through all of your options. They play great music too!

Everyone there has been extremely nice throughout my treatment. The front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Majors were all amazing. I had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Burson which made me very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was great.

I went here to get a crown fixed. I was a first time patient so they wouldn't just fix it (despite it being extremely temperature sensitive and painful). They required full xrays, photographs, and for me to sign off on a multi-thousand dollar treatment plan, with me not getting a crown until maybe a month later as part of that plan. And that's all fine but what isn't fine, is the very dire exam results. I was told I have an infection antibiotics won't treat. I was told I have tons of bone loss. I ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and it's true that I do have a few issues to address but it's nothing even close to the fearmongering results that were explained to me in order to get me to sign off on a treatment plan. Also, the place is expensive corporate dentistry. Glad I made the decision to go elsewhere.

I love The Denver Dentist's entire team! As a normal adult I have always had huge anxiety when visiting the dentist but this place is by far the least anxious I have ever been. They have great distractions, in the form of noise canceling ...

The Denver Dentists provide excellent care. Cynthia was very patient and accommodating me with scheduling. My hygienist, Paige, makes it a calming experience and explains my dental care in detail! Dr. Burson is great and gives opportunity for questions with thorough answers! His buddy Winston also makes my day! Thanks for the great care!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I usually don't write reviews but I had to. Everyone was extremely nice and cleanings are done with care, no rushing or anything. They give you headphones and the remote and can watch anything you want while the cleaning is performed.
