Our staff is a varied group of individuals from different countries, ethnic backgrounds, languages and religions. Our different backgrounds enable us to connect with our patients from all walks of life in a meaningful and respectful way.

Erica started her dental career as a Dental Assistant. She also enjoyed helping out at the front desk, became a receptionist, and is currently our Office Manager. She thoroughly explains and answers any questions you may have about Dr. Turners services. Erica is married, bilingual (Spanish), and loves to dance and listen to music. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jose, her dog Brody, and family & friends.

Destiny was born and raised in Baltimore which makes her a huge Ravens fan! She has been in the dental field as a front desk coordinator for over 3 years. Destiny enjoys watching anime and cosplaying. She also loves going to different museums across the country.

Sharon has been a part of the team since 2004. She started as a Dental Assistant, supported as the Office Manager, and now works as the Booker keeper/Financial Manager. Outside of the office, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Lana is our hygienist. She will help you maintain your beautiful smile. Originally from Russia, Lana attended hygiene school at BCCC. With over 17 years experience, Lana is very efficient, quick and thorough with her procedure in cleaning your teeth. She also professionally searches for cavities or any problem areas that Dr. Turner should pay special attention to. A devoted wife and mother, Lana is bilingual, she loves to dance, enjoys baking and lives in the Owings Mills area.

Davlat has been with us for over 10 years and comes from Uzbekistan where he had a dental practice. Now, he is our Master Denture Technician responsible for running our denture lab. His expertise and quick work right here in our office makes things cost effective. Married with 3 children, Davlat enjoys cooking, playing volley ball and vacationing with his family.

Sierra was born and raised in Maryland. She attended DATS dental school to become a dental assistant. She loves spending quality time with her son and husband especially during a Ravens game. Sierra also loves to travel, spend time on the beach, and enjoys spontaneous adventures with friends.

Dr. Aron Turner graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2009 at the top of his class. While in dental school, Dr. Turner was chosen for advanced training in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. He was elected into Gorgas Odontological Honors Society for exemplary academics, Gamma Pi Delta for exceptional performance in all aspects of prosthetic dentistry, as well as Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Turner spent three years after completing dental school continuing his education in areas of general dentistry as well as oral surgery. He also completed a mini residency in oral/IV sedation to allow his patients to be as comfortable as possible during dental procedures.

His goals are to provide the highest level of dental care in a warm and friendly atmosphere, utilizing the most current techniques, materials and technology. He strives to treat all patients with the highest level of care and respect.

Turn right onto Hooks Lane and go to the first traffic light and turn right into Commercentre, an orange brick with blue awnings complex. Drive straight toward Ruths Chris Steak house, pass the stop sign and turn right into the parking lot for the West Building. You will see the WEST sign at the top of the building toward the right.

Walk to the middle of the building where the sign says Lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor. Turn to your left on the open walkway and continue walking until you reach Suite #202. It is almost under the West sign you saw before. Do not pay attention to the suite numbers, as they are not in numerical order. The sign at our front door reads Dr. Aron Turner.
