For the past 17 years, Dr. Patel has focused solely on providing the perfect denture for each and every one of his patients. He grew tired of people consistently getting bulky, unnatural-looking teeth that caused more problems than they solved, so he decided to do something about it. Now, he offers all types of dentures as well as any associated procedures, helping his patients recover their oral health and confidence at the same time.

Dr. Patels expertise and our in-house lab enables The Denture Center to provide same-day repairs and relines so you can get back to your life with minimal interruption.
If you require teeth to be removed before you can get a denture, not only is Dr. Patel ready to handle the procedure, but he can also make sure youre as comfortable as possible using IV sedation. This approach enables a patient to become deeply relaxed very quickly and stay that way throughout the entire treatment. When its over, many feel like theyve just woken up from a long, restful nap.
While most other dental offices rely on an outside lab to fabricate their dentures, we prefer to do everything ourselves and use our own trusted technicians. Our in-office lab allows us to make extremely high-quality dentures much more quickly compared to your typical dental office, plus we can do repairs and relines the same day. And, if an adjustment is ever needed to make your prosthetic fit perfectly, we can take care of it right away!
As an American and English citizen with Indian heritage, Dr. Patel understands the importance of community, which is why he dedicates much of his free time to serving Monroe. Currently, hes on the Board of Trustees for River Oaks School and has worked with the Center for Children and Families. In 2019, he was appointed by Governor John Bel Edwards to serve on the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry. The mission of the board is to protect the public by regulating the professions of dentistry and dental hygiene in Louisiana in accordance with the Dental Practice Act.

Dr. Patel has always been a big people person who loves interacting with others, both on a personal and a professional level. He was drawn to dentistry because it seemed so hands-on while also giving him the opportunity to inspire smiles! Today, he is passionate about dentures in particular because of the way they can provide newfound cosmetic appeal and oral function in record time to those in need. He cant imagine doing anything else for his career!
In 1995, after completing his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Louisiana State University-Shreveport, Dr. Patel entered the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans to pursue his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Following graduation, he completed a one-year hospital-based residency (GPR) at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Biloxi, MS.
Dr. Patel is actually British, Indian, and American. He was born in Birmingham, England and lived there for 10 years before moving to the United States in 1982. Today, he is a US citizen who holds both US and British passports and has lived in Louisiana for 39 years. He and his wife Alpa have three sons named Jaiden, Alec, and Nicholas.
Outside of private practice, Dr. Patel has been involved with The Center for Children and Families and was appointed in 2019 by the Governor of Louisiana, John Bel Edwards, to serve on the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry; of which, he currently serves. In December of 2021, Dr. Patel was appointed as a Commissioner to the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations. As for personal hobbies, he loves traveling with his family, admiring cars, and keeping up with college basketball and football. He is a huge fan of LSU, naturally Geaux Tigers!
Angela is from Benton, LA and is married with children. She has 8 years of experience in the dental field and her primary goal is to ensure every patient leaves satisfied. Her biggest joy is seeing smiles from our patients.
A Monroe native, Crystal studied at North East Louisiana University, which is now ULM. Her favorite part of this job is that it doesnt feel like a job at all to her! Seeing patients new smiles and the joy her work family is able to bring to others is truly amazing.
Arthur has been working in dentistry for over 20 years, and his passion for helping others makes him a great fit for our dental office. He studied at Delgado Community College and the University of New Orleans. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy and received his EDDA certification from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.
Arthur and his wife Kimberly have a daughter named Kennedy who is currently in high school. When he has free time, his top priorities are being with his family, fishing, playing billiards, riding ATVs, traveling, camping, horseback riding, watching football, and doing community service.

God has given this place a wonderful skill , i got the silver complete dentures and i could not be more happy, i have one miner adjustment to do free of charge. It has been worth the 2 1/2 hr drive to Dr.Patel to get my dentures; I recommend this place! Actually a few of my friends might be going to him when they save up the money just from seeing mine ! Also its been about a month and i dont need to use anything to hold my lower in anymore, even though Dr. Patel said i would need powder.

I have had the best experience with the Denture Center! Dr. Patel and his entire staff are AMAZING!! I needed a new set of dentures and I called and haven't looked back. This is my 4th set and the only set that I have had NO adjustments because they were done right the first time. THANK YOU for the positive experience.

This place literally changed my life. I actually care about looking in the mirror or even cracking a smile to be honest. They're extremely nice here and truly care. They were happy for me!! OMG!! Dr Patel and his staff is absolutely awesome. On Thursday March 31st I went in for a fitting. I told Doc my daughter is getting married tomorrow and was it anyway possible that I could get my partial. He said come back at 3:30 and I went back the same day and he worked with me until well after 5pm. Needless to say I walked out with my partial. He said we can't have you without your teeth on your daughter's wedding. He said go and smile big in the pics. I have never had straight front teeth until now and I'm 55 years old. My dad is up next Thank you Denture Center, I am one happy customer Dr Patel you rock
