My first visit was a second opinion to have a permanent bridge dissected and a tooth removed. The first Dr was going to send me to my dentist to dissect the bridge. Dr. Hashemian did the whole procedure. Called to check on me himself. Today I had a post implant for one tooth and had to have excess jawbone removed. Once again Dr Hashemian called to see how I was doing and said to call any time if I need him as he is always available. He is a pencil and paper Dr. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. All are very caring. Have recommended him to my friends already. Thank you and God Bless you

Dr was great I had two wisdoms removed he even called me same evening to check up and see how I was feeling. Two of front office staff were a little crabby but not horrible may have just been a bad day. Will be returning for future work.

I have never had anything worse in my life than this experience. I am so sorry for the staff who works for Dr. Hashemian because they do not have soul and compassion for people in pain. They refused to help me in the emergency situation with profuse nose bleeding due to an unsuccessful tooth extraction with a piece of the root stuck in my nasal. I was referred to this doctor as an emergency case and all he and his staff were concerned about - money. Dear staff and doctor, when you personally are in pain and will be begging for help, someone will turn their back to you. And not any amount of money will EVER save you. Mark my words, because what you give to others will come back to you. Stay away from these people as far as you only can.

They helped my child with oral surgery when noone else would.the respect and care they gave me and my kid will go back again. Highly recommended

I was so impressed with Dr. Hashemite and his staff. I went for a biopsy and the whole experience was just perfect ... and as you can imagine super scary at the same time. I was well informed, made to feel, safe and cared for. Dr. Hashemian even personally called me to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I can't say enough about the compassion and care of Dr. Hashemian's office.

Never going back or recommending this place. Poor follow up care and customer service. My experience was rushed and clunky with my oral Sx. I was told to fast for the procedure upon consult only to find out the doctor was not going to be able to perform the procedure that day due to needing to be at Spring Hill office to see other patients. I was sent home with antibiotics and ask to schedule a different day for my urgent surgery (removal of broken tooth in my lip). I was charged for an hour of Anesthesia for a 40 minute procedure due to their cost sheet. Then billing was a nightmare, I spent nearly $1000 upfront with ins. And still had a balance to cover because this office has "limited dental coding." The billing staff said they would resubmit to ins. And give me a call to follow up. After 5 messages on my attempt, I received a call from collects for the balance. Unbelievable! I feel they were adamant about me keeping the area clean with saltwater rinse because of sterility concerns with the equipment used. I will not go back.

I was here a couple years ago. I thought I had a great experience at this office aside from an issue of being told that my insurance covered the procedure and then it ended up not covering much of it at all. I have had pain near my wisdom tooth extraction for awhile now that goes in and out of being painful. This only started on the same exact side as my wisdom tooth removal. I went to the dentist and they told me I didn't have any cavities or anything so I know it's not that. It's strange that it's on the same side as my surgery and in the exact same location. I wish I could go back in time to never have this tooth removed because I have a reoccurring pain on the left side of my mouth that occurs daily now :(

u feel like a number not a patient here. way to overbooked and busy. Why schedule so many patients you can't handle? Feel bad for staff. Do not recommend

Can't say enough about Dr Hashemian and his whole staff! I called in pain, they got me in a few hours later. Dr gave me three options for treatment and completed the work that same day! Most dentists would have made it a three appointment treatment over weeks. Dr Hashemian even called me at 9 pm to check on me. Don't hesitate to call.

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. After being referred to Dr. Hashemian by Oak Hill Hospital, I was able to make an appointment and have surgery done to remedy a serious and extremely painful infection all in the same day. The doctor and staff are very businesslike, efficient and competent, while still being friendly and helpful.

I was referred to the Dentofacisl Institute after an extraction went wrong at another dental office. I was seen promptly and Dr. Hashemian and his staff were kind and professional. I would recommend his office to anyone.

If I could give more stars I would! I was so anxious about getting my wisdom teeth taken out, of course having to be sedated. The staff was super sweet, and reassuring and Dr. Hashemian explained everything that was to be expected. The procedure went by quick and went well. What surprised me was a call from Dr. Hashemian himself! Wanting to make sure I was okay and that I took my medication and reminded me of the aftercare. Definitely recommending to everyone I know. Thank you guys for everything!
