Dr. Evans and Dr. Jette went to Clarkson University and both graduated with a BS in Biomolecular Science. They studied dentistry together at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, they moved back to Vermont and were married the following summer in 2012, and now have three young boys together- Maxim, Jude and Samuel. In 2018 they were blessed to purchase The Dentists on Pearl from Dr. Edward Pantzar.
Dr. Sarah Evans. DDS. Sarah grew up in Georgia, Vermont and attended BFA St Albans high school. While studying biomolecular science at Clarkson University her interests in human psychology helped her earn a minor degree in psychology. At SUNY Buffalo she focused her studies on esthetic dentistry and remains passionate about helping patients smile with confidence. She then successfully completed the UVM dental residency program and began her career as an associate dentist in Colchester for the next 5 years. Today, Sarah really enjoys providing comprehensive dentistry to the entire family and especially loves seeing kids!
David grew up in St. Albans and also attended BFA St Albans high school. Initially, he attended Clarkson with the aspiration of being a forensic scientist but decided direct patient care was his passion and switched to pre-med. While in dental school David earned a respect for oral surgery and decided after graduating to work for an FQHC in Richford Vermont -The Notch dental clinic. After 2 years he transferred employment to the Community Health Centers of Burlington dental clinic where he still maintains a full-time position as an associate dentist. David offers surgical and implant treatment in a comfortable private office setting.
It is with very mixed emotions that I announce my full retirement from dentistry. As many of you are aware, it had been my wish to continue with my part-time schedule for several more years, but the changes and challenges brought about by the Covid-19 virus have caused me to reconsider.
In thirty five years I have gained countless friends and close professional relationships. I will cherish these memories always. My heart goes out especially to those patients who were really counting on me being around much longer than this. It is in my nature to feel that I am letting you down. These feelings are balanced, though, by the confidence that I have in Dr. Evans and Dr. Jette, and the certainty that you will very quickly be as comfortable with them as you have been with me.
So, thank you all so very much for the years of confidence and devotion youve shown in me. It has truly been a privilege and honor to have served you all these years. I hope very much that our paths cross again.

Today was my 1st visit here and I can't be happier that I chose to go to The Dentists On Pearl. I felt at ease right away seeing Paula's welcoming smile at the front desk. I was glad to meet super friendly Danielle who did an awesome job cleaning my teeth!! Thank you again Danielle!! After meeting Dr Sarah Evans, I have no worries that I am in good hands with her and her staff!

If you're in need of a new dentist or are displeased with your present dentist, I would definitely recommend The Dentists on Pearl LLC. They are a distance for me and my wife to go to but more than worth it. They are very friendly and gentle with patients. Their staff is very professional and great to be around. I had a tooth removed and didn't even feel it. Then they did a bone graft for a potential future implant along with crowns that needed work done. Whether you need regular dentistry work done, a tooth extraction or dental implants, The Dentists on Pearl LLC in Essex Jct. Vermont will not disappoint!

EXCELLENT experience with the outstanding Team at The Dentists on Pearl LLC. You are not just another Mouth here. From the genuine "Hello!" when you arrive to the friendly interaction with any of the Staff, you feel welcomed and comfortable here. I quickly noted that in conversation with either the Assistants or the Dentist, there is great eye contact, they Listen, and they are there to Help YOU. Know that you are encouraged to ask questions. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Dentists On Pearl. Our three week old daughter required laser relief of a tongue tie. Dr. Sarah and her staff were incredibly inviting and instilled confidence immediately. Procedure was very quick and our daughter was breast feeding within minutes. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism, support and genuine care for our child. Highly recommend their practice!

I really enjoy going to Dentist on Pearl. I do not enjoy going to the Dentist but they are very friendly and do a great job of protecting all from covid. I really like the job Daniel does. Great place to go, I highly recommend it.

Everything went very smoothly and no pain during the procedure with my crown. After getting home I had no pain after the Novacaine wore off. The fit works well

Lovely staff and the attention to detail is great. Everyone did a great job communicating details regarding my dental health as well as current and future procedures. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Dental work was completed with great care, while maintaining attention to customer comfort both physically as well as mentally. As much as I miss Dr. Pantzar, I am comforted to share that Dr. Evans is equally qualified, compassionate and pleasant to work with. My dental anxiety is normally high, yet I am feeling that I am with the right group of professionals! It s not an easy transition to change medical providers. I have the highest regard for the next and long term staff. I m grateful to be one of their patients. They go beyond the call of duty to assuage any fright I may have when caring for my needs. Who else provides a heated blanket? Thank you. I highly recommend this practice. Also I love that the office is in A home! Patty Garvey Essex Jct Vt!

I have been a patient of this practice since I got my first teeth. I loved Dr. Pantzer and was nervous when the practice changed hands. I had NOTHING to worry about. Dr. Evans is wonderful. I appreciate the extra care she gives when doing her exams and the new touches she has given the office and the practice as a whole. All the hygienists are spectacular and thorough. My kids can't wait to go get their teeth cleaned. We haven't had many dental emergencies, but the times we needed to get it quickly we have always been able to be seen. I highly recommend The Dentists on Pearl!

I went to Dentist on Pearl for my first time and I have to say it was a very welcoming. I had a chipped tooth and they had a cancellation so we're able to squeeze me in and stayed late to finish no pressure no over selling procedures. Thanks.
