Dr. Ginger Rome is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston and a University of Oklahoma women's gymnastics alumnus. Dr. Rome is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon (dental honors fraternity), and the Academy of General Dentistry. Because she believes that learning never stops, she is also a member of several prestigious study clubs.
Dr. Rome has a passion for dentistry not just the teeth but the people. She believes personal relationships established with patients build trust and encourage a team approach to healthcare. As a former college athlete, Dr. Rome leads her dental team in coaching patients to be actively involved in their care.
In her free time, Dr. Rome loves to travel to visit family in Arkansas and Louisiana with her husband, Rob, and two daughters, Sophia and Ella. She can frequently be seen at Target, Starbucks and Monkey Joe's.
Dr. Sarah Olim is a Houston native and graduated early from Tulane University with Honors, double majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology and Spanish Literature followed by University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where she received a scholarship from OKU and participated in student government and was on the Admissions Board.
She is working toward a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and has focused her hundreds of hours of Continuing Education on Orthodontics and Pediatric Growth and Development. Over the past seven years, Dr. Olim has successfully treated many types of malocclusions using Invisalign and traditional fixed or removable orthodontics on patients of all ages. She continues to treat patients with Restorative Dentistry because it is so rewarding to treat their concerns in a single visit, especially with Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Olim is married to a wonderful man named Daniel that works at Green Mountain Energy, and has two lovely daughters named Sylvia and Lily. She enjoys running and cycling, but mostly she loves to spend time on the weekends with her extended family and friends in the Houston area.
Dr. Eileen Kwee received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency from the University of Oklahoma. She did her undergraduate work at Southwestern University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Music: Violin.
Due to Dr. Kwees advanced residency training and desire to give back, she teaches clinical dentistry part time at her alma mater. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kwee continues to enjoy music (she has played the violin and piano for over 27 years) and plays violin in the Texas Medical Center Orchestra. In addition to music, she loves to spend her free time trying new restaurants, going to Pilates, and spending time with family and friends.

Must admit not my favorite place but they make it as comfortable as possible. Very professional, caring and supportive. Claire(hygienist) hope I spelled it correctly was and always has been superb. Truly enjoy talking to and getting to know her. Very professional and caring. Was just back for my routine cleaning and all is the same if not better.

As a health care professional for the past 25 years, I understand what professionalism, skills, commitment, and dedication means to a patient. Dr. Rome and her staff exemplify all the above. Dr. Rome was recommended to me a few years back after I mentioned to a colleague the poor care my family and I had been receiving at another practice. The significant difference in the quality of care, the positive attitude the staff possessed, and the service received was evident at that first visit. Suffice it to say, my family, several of my staff and my patients now see The Dentists at North Cypress.

As always, I had a great visit today with Dr Rome, Laurie my hygienist and the staff of Dentists at North Cypress. A thorough exam was done, and a painless detailed cleaning by Laurie. Covid precautions are followed closely. This is a caring friendly dental practice.

Definitely will be recommending friends and family to Dr. Rome and this practice in general. Everyone there is so friendly, and everything was done so efficiently and affordably! I had a cracked veneer (front tooth) that I was reluctant to get fixed for years because I was afraid it wouldn't match the others I have, but then another one fell off, so it was finally time to get everything fixed. I was referred by multiple people in my neighborhood, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They blend in so well you don't even notice anything was ever replaced from when they were done originally 17 years ago!

Such an amazing place! Dr. Rome is incredibly well educated in her field of dentistry and preventative oral care. She put together a plan for my children since they are going to need an expansion and braces. She also pointed out a number of issues that I didn't even know my children were suffering from such as a tied tongue and a small opening for breathing at night due to the alignment of their jaw. I was so impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge that I told my husband that we were all switching to Dr. Rome's office. But if you ask my kids the best part was that her after visit kid treasure box has really great toys!

I like this dental office. Everyone is so nice. Doctor Ginger Rome is very good .she takes care my teeth so I don't have any cavity. I go to check up every 6 months.

Very friendly staff with a sense of humor! As a new patient I felt right at home. My hygienist frequently asked if I was comfortable and the owner also spoke consulted with me after the cleaning. The best experience at a dentist office!

Best dental office hands down! As one of the hygienists here when I get my teeth cleaned by either Tina or Lori you wonder if Dr Rome chose the initials TLC for her hygienists on purpose.
