Dr Caldwell is excited to be back in his hometown serving the people in this community! He attended high school here in Spring, Texas, which is when he made the early decision to pursue a career in dentistry. Through attending trips to Guatemala, he loved that dentistry is the perfect blend of science and art, allows you to work with your hands and gives you the opportunity to serve others and meet needs. Dr. Caldwell is dedicated to providing the highest level of care while placing patient comfort at the forefront.
He received his bachelors degree from Baylor University and attended the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston, receiving his DDS. After dental school, he decided to pursue an additional year of training at the University of Oklahoma Dental Branch, receiving his Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate. Dr. Caldwell is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Texas Dental Association (TDA) and Greater Houston Dental Society (GHDS)

'Let me be clear I have always hated going to the dentist! But since I have been a part of the Dentist 's at Creekside family I don 't mind so much. In fact for the first time in my life these visits do not cause me any anxiety. My dental hygienist Karlie is amazing. She is so gentle and thorough when she cleans my teeth. The entire staff here is friendly and caring. The atmosphere is nice and they have TV 's to watch while you receive your treatments. I always leave with a big beautiful smile. The hygienist works really fast and explained everything perfectly. The female dentist was super cool and was straight forward with me. Dr. Pena made me comfortable. And I have never (in my 36 years of existence) felt comfortable at the dentist. I'm actually looking forward to coming back here. I never thought I'd say that. Dr. Pena is warm, kind and extremely professional. I made it through my session with little to no discomfort. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Went here 3 years ago to have my front tooth fixed after it chipped was told my vest option was to replace 2 crowns I had and add 2 crowns to my front 2 teeth so everything would Match in color I went with what I was told I didn't realize the 2 front crowns were just half crowns but I assumed they knew what they are doing well a week later my front tooth breaks off at the gum when I look back I think yeah you put a half crown on a bad tooth but anyway they temporarily fixed it redid the work free this time putting a while crown on after I was sent to a different dentist to pit a new post in my old root canal so they are putting the new crown they have ti burn my gums to get crown on so now my gum line is not even so all this happens now 3 years later my front tooth is falling our yet again I call them now it is a Friday I'm like I really need to see someone I can't go all weekend without a front tooth the lady that answered the phone is like it's no way I asked to speak to office manager hoping she would understand I just need this fixed for right now not a full exam or anything now this is the office manager told me I can go to Walgreen and buy TEMPORARY CEMENT and fix it myself for now that they couldn't see me till Tuesday are you serious go fix my own front tooth with temporary cement from Walgreens.....I'm not one to leave reviews but do your research I know I personally regret the day I went here and would never go back

To many bad experiences to list. The latest is a tooth that had an old filling and the tooth broke. They could not fix it until July 1. Are you kidding me!!!! I do not recommend this place at all.

The wait was very short, and the dental hygienist, Liv, was professional and cordial. To cap it all, I didn't need to wait long for the Dentist to come and complete the final inspection / review. In all, wonderful CX..... Abi

Stuff is great, friendly and super honest. What I like about my first visit is that I got straight answers and options to do what I want to do. No pressure or harassment. The place itself is super neat, clean and modern. The way they deal with insurance is awesome, no complications at all. Highly recommend it.

This was our daughters first ever dental appointment. She is almost 4 years old. From the moment we walked in, she was made to feel very special! The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Her hygienist Miss Betty was incredible! Explained and showed her each and every thing she was going to do before she did it, cheered her on and encouraged her. Dr. Vanessa was so sweet, it was like we already knew her and she was excited to meet us! Our daughter didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back and are considering moving the whole family to this practice. Definitely recommend Dr. Vanessa and her team!

Had a great experience after not having been to dentist in a while due to the pandemic. Liv was my hygienist and she was great. She kept me informed and was super gentle when performing the cleaning. Kudos to her for making my visit very comfortable. I also had s chance to speak to the doctor and they suggested a few things that would improve my overall dental health. I recommend this dental practice.

I have been going here four times a year for seven years and have received excellent service every time. My last dentists wanted to pull several teeth and I went for a second opinion to this location. I was told that those two teeth did not need to be pulled and I still have those same teeth, with no issues.

I came to this dentist after having a bad experience at my previous dentist and everyone here is so helpful and patient! The hygienists always explain what they're doing during the cleaning and Dr. Caldwell is so kind and helpful! I look forward to my appointments.

Can't review their services, as I went in for TMJ. Only to be told THEY DO NOT TREAT TMJ! They tell you "yes, you have TMJ," but just refer you to a specialist. I chose them as their website states they treat it. I told them when I made the appt what I was coming in for. What a complete waste of time. Talked to the office manager Ashley about removing the TMJ off their website, but she basically told me "that's not my job." UGH

Went in 3 weeks earlier for cleaning and was diagnosed with a cavity. Had to wait 3 weeks for follow-up. Went in and they refused to do filling stating BP was high. It was just fine 3 weeks earlier. Told them excited from waiting on an investment call. They didn't care. 36 hours later tooth basically disintegrates while eating pizza and scrambling to find an emergency appt on a friday. Obviously NOT just a small cavity. STAY AWAY
