I want to let people know how I was treated in this clinic so you can choose better. It seems this clinic has a good reputation with the treatments they provide, that's why I chose it to get a consultation. I asked for an appointment via email which was the only channel I could find. They called me 2 weeks later. Anyway, I really need treatment so I went. My treatment costs $7,000, which I want to think is a considerable amount of money to add to their business. Correct me if I'm wrong. Even, if it was $50 you should be treated right. I asked to please send my X-rays. They never did. After a week and after asking again via email to please send those. (Their business phone machine says they do not take calls). They didn't send them. I went personally there because of course I need those X-rays I paid for. I was helped by a gentleman who was cordial. I explained what I needed, then the other lady sitting at the counter inquiring about my information started asking me as she was bothered by my request. When she supposedly sent the email that moment, she stared at me for a long time with her blue eyes wide open, eyebrows lifted, without saying a word as in what else do you need? We're done with you. Now go. I felt mistreated. I checked other places to quote because I believe it's my right, isn't it? I called again over the phone to ask some questions about the treatment, the lady who took the call, Wendy, treated me as if I was an idiot. She told me: What makes you think you need a root canal? Like if I was crazy and woke up and thought let's have a root canal! That was the treatment the 2 dentists I consulted recommended, including theirs. I explained I needed the information because I was checking other options and need to compare what was more convenient to me. She was shocked, and said: another dentist??? As in, how dare you?! Angrily. She got worse at her already a poor way to treat me during the whole conversation. We do root canals every day you should not look for more convenience! Like criticizing or suggesting I was a cheap person, not even knowing which other clinics I reached out to. I got tired of her unhelpful and impolite way to assist me. I asked her what's her position in the clinic. Proudly and cockily she said I'm the office manager! Letting me know she's important there. I said I'm sorry that she treats patients that way and being in management! You mistreated me from the beginning of the conversation, I said. I told her I will take my $7,000 business somewhere else just based on their customer service, and that I will write a review because I did feel insulted. That second she changed her attitude from annoyed with me, to the kindest person in the world with the sweetest voice. Then she said she was just trying to understand or something, giving excuses for her behavior, probably she realized she was being nasty. I didn't want to continue the conversation, I didn't want to aggravate it. I let her know I was going to hang up because now she was trying to explain herself and wouldn't stop talking. I was upset with the situation, of course! I finally hung up. Then they called me three times. I didn't pick up. I'm done with them. So I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever. I have to give credit to the kind girl who took my X-rays. She was sweet. I don't know her name. Even the doctor saw me for 3 minutes and didn't even greet me. I felt they were doing me a favor with the worst disposition from beginning to end.

I used to see Dr Myers. He and his team were kind and I was pleased with my dental care. It appears he may have turned over the practice to a new dentist or group. My husband arrived for an appointment with Dr. Myers and was only told he isn't there. He was introduced to a new dentist but given no other explanation. They also dropped his insurance without informing us and we only found out when we received an unexpectedly high bill. The lack of communication is disappointing. I do not currently have plans to return

Dr Lottier did a fantastic job on my very painful tooth. I'm very happy with the root canal, and I'm happy it could happen so quickly. I have no pain and it is a great relief! I've been going here for years and it has always been a caring, friendly practice.

I've been with this location through a few different doctors now. (Since 2012) I was just about to seek a new dentist from Dr Meyer, so I am willing to give Dr lottier a chance. First impressions are that he is perfectly nice, but that he didn't speak to me, so much as directed the hygienist on some things I could be doing.

Everyone here was incredibly nice and pleasant. They explained everything that was being done well and made sure that I wasn't ever uncomfortable. Victoria (I believe was her name) gave me the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. Overall this was the best dentist visit I've had since I was a kid.

Fantastic visit! Their forms are very detailed, including sections where you can add how you as a patient would like to be treated in case anything makes you self-conscious or nervous. The staff was extremely friendly, and they dissipate any anxiety you might have during your appointment. I'm sticking with these guys from here on out!

The hygienist was awesome but the temporary dentist who saw me, Dr. Patel did not introduce herself (never met her before), poked in my mouth with sharp instruments very quickly and hurt my gums, and then as she walked out the room said I had a cavity. She had no personality and no compassion. Then I was told this was the last day for this location to be open so it was incumbent upon me to call another location to make appointment to have filling performed. Will never use this group again.
