Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Master status is presented to dentists who are committed to pursuing professional excellence and providing the highest quality of dental care. In order to receive this distinction, Dr. Sierra completed over 1,100 hours of continuing dental education (400 of those hours in hands-on courses) and passed an exam equal in difficulty to board certification. Mastership symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Becoming an AGD Master means a dentist has taken part in some of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today, said AGD President, Connie White, DDS. Less than 2 percent of all dentists have achieved this designation and we are proud to honor Dr. Pablo J. Sierra for his commitment and dedication to providing his patients with advanced and exceptional oral health care. He is exceeding industry requirements and paving a path of success, distinguishing himself professionally amongst his peers, and exemplifying his allegiance to the dental community.

In his free time, Dr. Sierra enjoys water activities, including scuba diving, paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating with his sons. He loves traveling, attending concerts, plays, operas, and festivals, as well as running 5Ks, going to amusement parks, museums, cooking, and volunteering on mission trips.

My mission is centered around providing gentle and patient-centered dental care. I take pride in restoring my patients functional and aesthetic needs. I also find joy in educating them on oral health and prevention strategies.

I am never coming back here again. I've been a patient here for over 6 years so why is it that every time I come just for my routine 6 month cleaning, they make me fill out new paperwork and pay for "X-Rays" again. Every time. They just want money thats it. Plus every time I visit there is completely new staff and I don't recognize anyone. The hygienist was "out sick" and they told me the dentist would clean my teeth, ok fine. She scales a few bottom teeth, ok cleaning done. She walks out and doesn't discuss anything with me or show me any pictures or X-Rays but yet they want me to come back for a treatment plan. I don't know who the other person was but she struggled to use the equipment and I felt uncomfortable and felt that she did not know what she was doing as she was very unfriendly and hurt my mouth several times. Hours later the top of my mouth is in pain and there are 2 marks from her forcing the X-Ray tool into my mouth. She said that I could've chose to leave when they told me that the hygienist was out. Then the front desk was rude to me and I told them I'm never coming back.

I was in pain and they made room for me to be seen.ive been to many dentists, the lady that extracted my tooth was very good and gentle. In and out with no problems. Recommend, 5 stars is not enough.

Made appointment to see a Periodontist (as this practice shows up under my insurance as a provider for this service, as well as stating same on their website); only to find out after showing up for appointment (that took weeks to make) that there is only a dentist on-site. On a good note, the hygienist, as well as the front desk staff were very friendly.

Never coming here again. Would not recommend at all! Current patient, issue every time I have an appointment. My appointments are always delayed from the time the appointment was originally scheduled for and I'm always waiting for at least a half hour. Worst dentist practice I've ever gone to. Finding a new one. Don't recommend.

I don't recommend this place at all. First of all, they didn't clean their tools before putting them in my mouth, and I felt it in my mouth and wanted to vomit.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

My son is never comfortable at the dentist. But there is one dentist there that he is very comfortable with. The staff has been very accommodating and gracious considering that they've had to absorb patients from another dental office.

I made an appointment and they said they didn't have an opening for a month so I made the apt and it was for the 15th and they call today the 12 to tell me they don't take my insurance ! I am very dissatisfied with the way they handle this ! If they don't take your insurance it shouldn't take more than a month to find out! Now I have to find another dentist ,I needed to get a crown put back on and have been in pain ,very dissapointed

My Hygienist Jen was super pleasant and thorough. She told me what she was doing before proceeding. The entire appointment from start to finish left me with a sigh of relief that I finally found a place that I have no problem going back to. Unfortunately I have been scared of the dentist for years but I'm ready to get my oral health in check and I found the place for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind. You have no idea just how anxious I've been about this appointment. I will definitely recommend this place. Update: I literally just left the dentist and I had Dr. Greenwald for the first time. She was amazing. I went in for 2 fillings and was so nervous but she has a gentleness about her that calmed my nerves. I didn't feel a thing and you can tell she truly cares.

We would never visit this place again. First off we were not told our insurance had a waiting period for major dental work and were not given the choice to wait for my husband to get a bridge. Ended up paying $3500 for a bridge that we never got. This is because he had been with a permanent since November waiting for his bridge. He went to get the bridge and as I have read on some reviews the staff did not know what they were doing and the bridge did not fit. They have to drill and put the permanent again all this my husband in pain. Six months after and the bridge has not been done. We refused to go back and asked for refund of services not performed. It is sad because we were referred by a coworker of mine to them. And lately she too was not pleased by them. I would Not recommend this place at all

My first visit. Pleasantly surprised. Taken back as soon as new patient forms were completed. All the staff very nice, hygienist very thorough, pleasant to talk to and dentist was as friendly and easy to talk to. Very relaxed atmosphere. Not rushed. Really felt as if they were concerned for my comfort and that all my questions were answered. The best experience I've ever had at a dental office.

I was a patient at The Dentist Place for almost two years. After my last appointment I decided I would not come back. The dentist did four bad crowns on the same tooth and I was asked to come back for them to try it the fifth time. I thought that I gave him plenty of chances and respectfully thanked and said I would be going somewhere else. I was told the manager would be calling me back as I paid up front for the services they could not provide. It's been over two weeks now, I spoke to the front office three times, but have not been able to speak to the manager. The insurance is obviously not paying for the same crown again so I'm having to pay the full amount out of pocket somewhere else.

Great staff and services! Evelyn was superb!--In the past. However, today I had altercation w/one of the dentists. I felt very uncomfortable w/his comments regarding antibiotics )2000 mg) needed before cleaning even though they had cleaned my teeth Dec 2021. Thinking he had left the treatment room before saying good bye or sorry about the policy I explored and used profanity. But before he harshly said to find another dentist. The hipotesis is just that because I failed to read any major outbreak. We. Have our moments but I will not entertain that office's inefficiency as my wife has had problems there, too. I have been w/them for several years. No more. There are options out there.

I have been going here for almost a year now. From many years through my life of having bad experiences with several dentists. The whole entire office staff, assistants and Dr. Sierra at this office is very comforting, and punctual with their appt. times. When it comes time for your regular cleaning schedule, Marilyn and her team is also great. It was sad to see that Dr. Taylor had to relocate out of state and his assistant Tamika relocated to an office closer to her home. You won't be disappointed should you decide to go here!

Everyone was very nice. Dr. Vick was pleasant and comfortable to be seen by on my first visit. I just wish dental work wasn't SO EXPENSIVE.
