Dr. Natalie Potter, originally from Anchorage, Alaska, has lived in Oregon City for over 20 years. She raised her children here and considers Oregon home. She and her husband, Ted, hope to move out in the country and Molalla would be an ideal location to settle into their dream environment.
Natalie developed her passion and love for dentistry working as an assistant in West Linn. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at Portland State University and attended graduate dental school at Oregon Health and Science University. She has found dentistry to be a perfect fit for her in that she gets to create and enjoys a blend of science, health care, and art throughout her daily routine. You will love that she has a gentle touch and prides herself in giving painless injections and helping those with dental anxiety have a good experience.
When she is not working, Natalie can be found spending time with her husband, three children and grandson. They frequently hike, camp, float and paddle board, and snowboard. She also enjoys long distance running, especially relays. She has participated in the mother of all relays, Hood to Coast five times.
Alex joined our team in 2015 and transitioned to Office Manager in 2017. Now taking on the role of Chief Operations Officer of our parent company, OZ & Co. She is our right hand to everything business related and brings a calming energy to our busy day to day. Growing up in the nearby Canby/Oregon City area, she has enjoyed integrating into small town Molalla life and the tight knit community it provides. Alex and her husband have one beautiful daughter named Harper and they love spending time as a family traveling. In past jobs, Alex worked as a wedding coordinator and is now able to bring the same organization skills and project management niche to her position with us. Alexs favorite part about working for The Dentist off Main is being part of our community events and seeing the difference just one person can make!
About Bailey:I went to Mt. Hood Community College for my Dental Hygiene schooling and have been a hygienist since 2015. My son, Lincoln, is the highlight of my life. I am a major Oregon Ducks fan and try to go to as many home games as possible!
DeeAnn was born and raised in Colton, OR and married her high school sweetheart! She has 3 wonderful kids.DeeAnn stays busy with her family running after her grandchildren and hiking and camping their way through the Northwest. They plan to visit as many National Parks as possible! DeeAnns favorite part of working in the dental field is feeling like shes played a part in helping each patient love their smile!
About Janet:I'm originally from the Eugene area, but moved to Oregon City in 1993 and have lived there ever since. My husband, Rex and I enjoy going on hikes, coffee dates and the farmer's market. I have three grown children- one of whom you know, Alex! I joined the team in early 2017 after having worked as a facility and event coordinator for 15 years.
Janet 's 'Dental goal':It 's my goal to help educate patients about how to maximize their dental benefits and plan for their care. I 'm committed to continually learning about insurances, treatment planning and being an advocate for our patients.
Lacey lives on a family property with her 3 girls and wonderful husband. They have lots of animals- 4 horses, 14 chickens, 2 pigs and 2 cats. Lacey and her husband enjoy anything their girls are doing, including horse events, sports, camping and spending time with family and friends. They also love to just be at home working on making their property and home how they want it.
Lyubov 's 'dental goal':I want to help the office run as smoothly as possible. You can find me in the lab pouring up models, in the sterilization room ensuring all of our tools are properly cleaned and ready for the day or helping to clean our rooms between patients. I like to make sure everyone is taken care of!
About Mandy:I have been working with Dr. Salathe and her team since September 2017. I have 2 children- a boy and a girl. I grew up in Canby and still live there now. In my spare time I enjoy barrel racing my horse in local competitions and going on camping trips with my family.
Fun fact about Nicoleshe grew up a triplet and has an identical twin sister and brother part of their trio! Nicole and her husband Travis reside in Tualatin, OR and enjoy boating and kayaking on the weekends with their son, Merritt. Nicole managed an Orthodontic office for 7 years prior to joining our team and loves helping patients navigate their Invisalign and/or aesthetic journey. Nicole can be found at our sister clinic, The Aesthetic Experience in West Linn.
Olya has been a dental assistant since 2010 and has achieved certification in expanded functions for orthodontics (EFODA). She is a Molalla local and calls it home along with her husband and two sons. She enjoys building lasting relationships with each of her patients. Olya partners with Nicole and Dr. Salathe in our patients walking the Digital Smile Design journey, ensuring excellent clinical care every step of the way. You can now find her at our sister clinic, The Aesthetic Experience in West Linn.
I've been a dental assistant since 2007 and at TDOM since the fall of 2020. I love being in the dental field because I enjoy all the different procedures I can assist with, along with all the people I meet and relationships I make.
About Rachel:I am a local girl- I've lived in Canby or Molalla my whole life! My husband, Adam and I have our son, Wylie. I love the outdoors- we try to get out camping and fishing every chance we get!
We live in Colton and love traveling, exploring, gardening (though this new dental building caused us to take a break this year!). Hudson plays baseball and football, Scott coaches Hudsons teams, Lylah takes dance classes, and our whole family loves drawing and art!
Bad vs. Good, Sad vs. Happy. The juxtaposition of these two events really are the catalyst to me making that decision at eight years old to become a dentist! There is even that home video at the age of 12, standing on top of Pill hill in Portland and my tiny voice saying Someday, I will go to school here and become a dentist! Dreams really do come true for some kids!
My mom was the constant parent who saved every piece of artwork, card or gift that we have ever given her. I have come to appreciate that fact about her, especially when she brought out a list that I wrote down while I was in high school.
There is no magic to me, I just dont know how to say no! Honestly, God has given me so much energy to dream and create, and I really dont see obstacles in front of me, instead there are just possibilities to change the world! Additionally, He has also blessed me with the most amazing family, parents, sisters, husband, and children who get what we do. They really keep me grounded. But the person who brings those plans to life is my husband Scott. He really deserves all of the kudos! Oh, and did I mention the team I have at The Dentist off Main? They dont just work with teeth. Above all, when they sign up to work here they agree to have fun, volunteer, and maybe become a Christmas elf!
First of all, my relationships with my patients and the community! We are a team and seeing the change that we can accomplish when we come together is so exciting. We have some exciting plans for the future for our town and I hope this town is ready for that. Every day as I drive to work, I look around and count my blessings for being led to Molalla.
I know that my children will be off to college at that time and hopefully Scott and I can take some time to travel and enjoy the rewards of working so hard during our 30s and 40s! I really see our practice expanding into specialty care. Hopefully, well have a whole community of providers and expand into a third building at the Molalla Medical Center.
