This place was over booked. Reception staff were friendly but frazzled, and I waited 30 minutes to be called back. Probably would have been longer if the woman ahead of me hadn't given up and walked out. I liked the dentist, but the cleaning by the hygienist was awful. Painful and she didn't even do a thorough job.

I have a huge fear of going to a dentist but it's a little easier here. Great staff, awesome work and it's really not too expensive!!!

Finally!! A dentist that makes you feel "At Home"!! The entire staff is so very accommodating,kind,efficient and thorough with every position fulfilled with peek performance and the utmost attentive care and concern. I have been a patient at this office for several years and have had my share of dentists in the past . Dr Wilden and his staff are by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr Wilden and Tommy his EFDA ( dental assistant) are top notch . I'm not a huge fan of the pain or anxiety of going to a dentist but I feel NONE of that here . The professionalism of everyone there from the front reception desk, are kind welcoming and feel like a family , because they truly care how I'm doing not only from a dental point of view , they even ask how things are at home and how have I been .. They go way above and beyond any dentist I've ever had. I'm a patient for life , and always tell others of my experiences I receive here. Truly the leaders of the industry in my eyes. It doesn't get better then this office !!!!

Additional updated below...After numerous phone calls in the mornings for a couple of weeks for them getting me there for a cleaning, had an appt friday at 10:30. I was also called by the franklinton office where I had an appt 9 months ago and I wasn't on their list .I walked in friday with a waiting room full of people, same after 30 minutes. I left. I had to go to work where I was expected to be. This has happened every time . Waiting an hour and a half at time. This is unacceptable. For any business. The friday after this post I had an emergency and called them telling them when I would be there. 30 minutes. Dr. Wilden was there and I told him all of my concerns. It's his name on that sign and he listened. I item, which I did not mention in review was already taken care of. The other was in process. These were things he had heard from other people OFTEN. The "no wait" comment on the top of my chart still has me confused. I said I will never wait more than 30 minutes again. Tom was gracious and helpful with my emergency. Follow up next month. We'll see how it goes.

Eureka! I found a great local dentist. The staff are kind and professional. I am usually really nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone was so nice and helped to calm my nerves. They are also very affordable and caring! Thanks for a great visit!

Dr. Wilden, the hygienist Joyce and the whole staff are absolutely amazing!! My 4 year old son was nervous when we first got there for our appointment today. They were amazing with him. They made him feel very comfortable and had him laughing during his visit. I highly recommend going there. The hygienist was very educational. I had the best cleaning ever!

I had high hopes. A dentist close to home, sounded friendly on the phone. I was wrong. First appt, 45 minute wait. I left. Hubby convincedme to try again and they happened to call the next day to apologize and offer a "no waiting" appointment. 30 minutes after our appointment time, I left. Not going back.

3RD MONTH IN AND STILL NO TEETH although I asked before the process started to make sure because my business thrives off of face to face encounters. It went from one week in between fittings to 2wks and less personal. The dentist is welcoming when he's seen. Everything handled by staff except pulling my teeth... EVERYTHING The longer I was there, the less important I felt. 1st appointment (July) I felt great. Got teeth pulled aug2, a couple cancellations n months later... still no teeth. I missed very important days that I CANNOT get back (ALTHOUGH I asked ahead of time so that this wouldn't interfere with my life) not to mention my 45th birthday WITHOUT TEETH smh (this is with pictures of my smile btw) AND can't do business (make money) without a smile. I lost work, time, money and a car so far. If things get better I'll update but for now no teeth for another month. I had confidence in this dentist but idk what's changed. His lab used to be a lot better... I hope everything picks back up soon. For pulling teeth he's great but for getting teeth idk lol I hope this helps. Good luck

100% awesome experience! Well, as awesome as a dental visit can be. Great staff and I will now make this my permanent dentist.
