James Park, DDS, of The Dental Way in Bergenfield, New Jersey, has dedicated his life to providing only the highest-quality care to his patients. Dr. Park knows that better technology brings better treatment results. After graduating from New York University, Dr. Park earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland. He then completed his residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, the largest in-hospital dental practice in New Jersey. Dr. Park continues to expand his knowledge and skill sets through ongoing dental education at conferences and seminars, bringing everything he learns to enhance his patients experience at The Dental Way.
Michael Ayoub, DMD, has been in private practice at The Dental Way in Bergenfield, New Jersey, since 1999. After earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Columbia University, Dr. Ayoub further pursued a post-doctoral certificate in Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Orthopedics, allowing him to provide even more advanced orthodontic care to his patients and bring out their best smiles.
Dr. Ayoub is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a number of local dental societies. He also attends annual continuing education seminars, staying up-to-date with the latest advances in orthodontic technology and the best practices for comfortable, comprehensive patient care. Hes happy to be able to translate his expanding knowledge into more effective treatment for his patients.
Rated as an Invisalign Top Provider, Dr. Ayoub can comfortably treat even the most complex orthodontic cases, no matter how far out of alignment your teeth may seem. He enjoys working with both adults and children and has committed himself to providing only the most friendly, informative, and professional atmosphere for his patients.
Steven Sura graduated Cum Laude from Fairleight Dickinson University School of Dental Surgery. Dr. Steven Sura has been in practice since 1974, and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and OKU Honorary Dental Society. He is committed to increasing his knowledge and skills through taking continuing education courses and reading, and working ion his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. His hobbies include long drives and swimming.

Dr. Park chipped my molar. He was cleaning my teeth and then "accidentally" touched my molar with the drill. My tooth chips few weeks later.

Dr. Park and the staff are very professional and perform a thorough job when working on my teeth. I have been a patient of the Dental Way for years and have been beyond satisfied with their work. The Dental Way has state of the art technology which shows that the practice takes their work seriously. Also, the facility is clean!

I have avoided going to the dentist for 10 years because I've had horrible experiences in the past. But that eventually caught up with me and I knew I had to find a dentist I planned to visit regularly. A friend recommended Dr. Park and I am so glad I took her advice because he is honestly the best. The Dental Way is a bit far from my house but I don't care because they are worth it. I love that Dr. Park makes sure you're not in any discomfort or pain throughout the procedure. He's also really fun to talk to about life in general. All around great dentist and the staff he has there are great too. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly.

I have been going to Dental Way since I was about 9-10 years old. The service is great, professional, patient-care oriented, and very timely. The dentists that work there are very skilled in what they do, and have had great rapport with me since the first day I went there, up till now into my early twenties. Dr. Park is great, his cleanings are thorough and pain-free which I love! Dr. Ayoub, is also great, he was my orthodontist back when I was 10- years old - I used to have buck-teeth, but now my smile is beautiful and straight thanks to him.I would recommend this place to anyone of all ages!

Great customer service. Clean professional environment. The receptionist, Tasha makes you feel welcome by greeting you by name. I have recommended The Dental way to a few of my friends and they feel the same way. They are excellent with dental care work.

I've been going to Dental Way for over 20 years. It's conveniently close, the staff is extremely friendly and long timers. The receptionist and I go back at least 15 years. The dentists may change but Tasha's been there for a long time. She's the one that really keeps my teeth healthy , she sends me reminders to make my annual appointments. . The dentists and hygienist of course also help keep my teeth healthy. They provide wonderful and thorough service. I highly recommend the Dental Way.

I got a tooth extraction a couple years ago and it was the worst experience ever. I didn't feel comfortable. I felt like I couldn't breathe because the suction device stayed in my mouth the whole time. Dr. Park wasn't reassuring whatsoever. He didn't put numbing gel on the area before the needle. He went right to the numbing needle and it was a uncomfortable feeling.
