I have had multiple bad experiences at this dentist office. The equipment has been broken multiple times causing delays in my teeth cleaning and a canceled appointment.

Can't really give a rating due to office cancelling appointment due to Dr Pratt having an out of office appointment today. But the office did inform me of the cancellation about 10 days prior which was cool. No reschedule yet.

This dental office provides premium services. It's decorated nicely, and yet it still has a quaint feel to it. Everyone there is very nice. They are there to professionally service almost all of your dental needs. They are kind of a one stop shop. The dentists at Dental Touch Oakland are able to do all kinds of things a regular normal dentist's office cannot do. It's a wonderful place, and they provide top notch care. They are able to help in emergency situations as well with no problem. I really enjoy being a patient. I am well treated. In the future I would love to continue being a patient. I just don't know if I can afford it. It seems like it is a fancy expensive dental office for people that have a lot of money.

Dr. Prat saw my mom yesterday after she face planted on the street and broke her tooth. She was traumatized from the fall and really injured her teeth (one had jammed up into her gums and chipped badly). Didn't think we should find a dentist to see an emergency case on Friday afternoon and we were lucky to have found Dr. Prat who was willing to see her. My mom was taken care of really well and I would highly recommend the office and Dr. Prat. Such nice, friendly, and great customer service.

The knowledge base, gentleness I have experienced has changed my entire life perspective of dentist and dental care. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Been coming here for years and years. I love my dentist office! The people who work here are great! Dr. Prat is unfailingly cheerful and calm, always very patient and has a great sense of humor. He is wonderful at his job. He does most any type of dental 'work. I've had multiple root canals and believe it or not, not one has ever hurt!. Only one drawback for me: he's very expensive so you better have plenty of money and/or insurance!

Awesome practice with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Prat is amazing and explained all needed treatment clearly. The front desk is amazing as well, incredibly professional and kind. A first class facility with amazing people!
