Dr. Bradford Plasha decided to call our dental office The Dental Spot of Collegeville because he wanted it to be the place Collegeville families could trust to meet all of their dental needs. Its the spot for checkups and cleanings. Its the spot for dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. And its also the spot where you can trust that your safety and comfort are always our top priorities. I have several family members who are dentists. I initially wanted to do something with engineering, however, while I did well in physics, I didn't enjoy it. My sister was the one who originally wanted to become a dentist, and I used to overhear her talking to my Aunt and Uncle about dentistry at family gatherings. It sounded interesting to me, so I went and shadowed my Aunt and Uncle. I thought it was so amazing how quickly they were able to help patients by transforming their smiles, getting them out of pain and repairing broken teeth. Meanwhile, they were able to flow almost effortlessly through the dental office. I recognized right away that this is what I wanted to do--I wanted to make sure what I do makes a difference.
Dr. Plasha attended Randolph-Macon College for his undergraduate studies, where he earned his bachelors degree in chemistry. He then went on to the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine to obtain his dental education.While at Rutgers, he also completed an externship in prosthodontics. Since leaving school, he has received extensive training in dental implant dentistry, and he is currently a Fellow in the International Dental Implant Association. He is constantly going above and beyond to learn about the best/newest techniques and materials that dentistry has to offer. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Dental Association.
When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Plasha and his wife, Robin, enjoy traveling (they hope to visit all 50 states), playing soccer, playing chess, kayaking, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles. They also have a cat named Pearl that they love to spoil.

Alicia started working at The Dental Spot of Collegeville in September 2020 and has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She earned her dental assisting certification from the Berks Career and Technology Center in 1997. Throughout her years in the dental field, she has gained experience in endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatrics. Alicia loves working with children and has done so for many years. In fact, she ran an in-home daycare center before switching to dentistry full-time.
Alicia has been married to her wonderful husband Matthew since 2000, and they have two awesome kids, Devin and Stephanie. She says that her whole life is her family. She doesnt have too much free time due to traveling to her kids, husbands, and nieces sports events, but she would not change this for the world. Her favorite thing to do is watch them play and have fun. She also enjoys going to the beach, wine and beer tasting, and planning parties with friends and family. During the summer, her life is the beach and pool. Alicia has two adorable pug dogs that she loves dearly. Dance, gymnastics, and sports have been her passion since she was 5 years old, and she loves to watch them still. She also likes to bake with her daughter and learn new recipes.

I don't know why more people know about this place. This place will do everything they can to help you out. They will do emergency work for you and if you don't have insurance they have options and they will work with you! They have helped me and my girlfriend on separate occasions. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Went in to get Invisalign he did an exam and told me I had a cavity. I seen a dentist a few months prior no cavities detected. He said we couldn't move forward without a filling. I allowed them to do the filling. After the filling I can't eat on my left side at all he said it could be the bite we did an adjustment. That did not fix the issue I go in today and he tells me my tooth may be cracked and I need a crown and new filling. My tooth was 100% fine and I had zero pain before entering this place. Avoid this place!

My First visit was earlier today! This doctor and staff was recommended by my daughter she has great experience with them every time she visits I loved this office. The doctor was very kind , understanding and professional!!!!! Alissa was great ( the nurse) mark at this front desk was very helpful and well Communicated! I loved them and I'm going to continue to visit and recommend them to anyone!!!

It started with a Dental emergency and this office was able to see me right away. Dr. Plasha is a young, professional with a state of the art office. It met more than my expectations for a Dentist. He provided Me with all the information up front, from the procedure, my options, dental coverage and cost out of pocket. The office is equipped with all of the newest technology as well as all the comforts (such as TV's in each exam room), dark glasses to wear, gas to relax You and whatever else You may need to ease your experience. Highest of recommendations.

I was nervous going to see a dentist during COVID but I am glad I found The Dental Spot. Dr. Plasha made me feel super comfortable. The office was clean and the safety measures were beyond exceptional. I really appreciate the lengths they went to make me feel safe.

Dr. Plasha and his team have been awesome in my treatment so far. I need some pretty serious dental work from crowns to implants and I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist. Our whole family goes to The Dental Spot! My daughter began going for a cleaning and now my husband and I have transferred to Dr. Plasha for all our dental needs. It's easy to schedule an appointment online. They have extended hours so we can go before or after work. The office is very clean and state-of-the-art. We don't have dental insurance so we were able to join the membership plan to keep our costs down.

Great atmosphere. Top notch treatment! I had some SIGNIFICANT work that needed to be done and doctor Plasha put me on a treatment plan that suited me. He did an incredible job! I highly recommend this place. Easy laid back atmosphere.
