Had a root canal here in early October. Dr. Kurtz and the team at Infinite Endodontics were nothing less than experienced professionals. They will listen to you, explain everything going on, answer any questions, and get you taken care of comfortably. I have had some really bad experiences with different dental procedures in the past, leaving with pain that lasted for months. The team and Dr. Kurtz tended to all of my needs and ensured the process would be fairly painless, which it was! I would highly suggest anyone needing a root canal to go here.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are amazing!! I had two wisdom teeth taken out, and made so many calls before and after the procedure with so many questions that I've lost count, and the staff have been nothing short of super nice and helpful! Dr. Nguyen even called me the night I had my surgery to make sure I was healing up okay. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I have never experienced pain in my teeth the way I did after he worked on them......SHAME ON YOU DR. Spencer saint-cyr. He should definitely change his profession because believe me a Endodontist is not it......... and I blame infinite endodontist marlton nj location for having him there.. thanks for the agony and pain guys!!!!

When no other office could help for weeks with a wisdom tooth extraction, this office came through. Staffed by caring people who explained everything in great detail before the procedure. I will be a patient for life!

Took a while to be able to make my appointments because their phones were down, but I was very happy with the receptionist I spoke to on the phone to make my sons appointment and I look forward to going into see them ... to be continued OK so the update on them, Day one it took me hours to be able to reach them to make my appointment and I looked past that because their phones were down they said. The office is very clean but it does take them a long time to get to you, no biggie right because appointments sometimes take long. The receptionist up at reception are extremely unprofessional as far as the conversations they have while you're sitting and waiting for your appointment they had very explicit conversations with no regard to children being in the room. The music that's playing is very inappropriate at times and it felt more like ladies night out at the club not a professional office. So continue on my end I accidentally missed my sons appointment because I overbooked my life and overlooked it. They do NOT reschedule appointments .... I was told that I would have to go see another dentist because I didn't have a doctors note for why the appointment was missed. This is our first time going to this place we do not have a track record of missing appointments, but I'm not gonna argue it because I did not enjoy my visit with them anyway. I just wanted to let everyone else now my experience. Some thing else I would like to add there was another woman in the lobby when I went to the first appointment who walked in and rescheduled her appointment that she had missed with no problem. Just saying. I don't know what's going on with this place but I definitely don't recommend them.

Awesome experience for my 21 year old son , Joseph today! He had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Cyndi Nguyen. She was so compassionate even calling to check up later. She explained everything via video that would happen before and after surgery. The front desk assistant, Nisha went above and beyond to expedite his issues to resolution ! He was in the best place for this painful time they are a blessing! I highly recommend them to your love ones also.

What a beautiful modern office! All the dentists & receptionist made me feel very comfortable before my root canal extraction. They discussed my options and care clearly and thoroughly. they were all soooo kind to me. I was honestly surprised. They knew i was nervous and talked me thru it. So glad my root canal is finally out. No more migraines for me!! I'd come back if I had to but hopefully I don't need surgery ever again! Lol

Debbie the assistant is amazing. The root canal was done quickly with no issues but the other assistant with brown hair was acting like I was crazy because I was nervous it would hurt since I had irreversible pulpitis and felt pain at my dentist when he shaved the tooth down prior to this. She also chipped my front tooth when trying to remove my crown which was an accident but when I told her, she said "no I didn't" very rudely and I said "yes you did. I feel the sharp edge not to mention a metal tool just slammed my tooth." And then she lied and said that never happened and walked out and I never saw her again. Lucky for me I accidentally had my camera recording Bc I was looking at my tooth using my phone as a mirror and I recorded the whole encounter with her. She also told the dentist that I need Valium cause I'm too anxious when I wasn't. I have had root canals before and I was trying to tell her to hurry up before the numb wears off since it's been over an hour already and nothing has been done. I was also given a little Epi in the tooth and had a hyper sensitivity reaction to it. My heart was beating so fast and my arms were completely numb and I couldn't catch my breath. I understand why they did it cause it was so sensitive but I would have rather done no Epi and dealt with a minute or two of pain. Luckily it's all over now. I just don't like how that girl treated me. And literally chipped my tooth and then lied about it to my face and walked out. Also If she would have listened to why I was nervous she would have understood better. She should find a different line of work as she is very rude to patients. Debbie however was amazing and deserves to be paid more and highly recommend her. I only went here for insurance reasons and luckily will never have to go back since I'll have new insurance soon. Even for my consult, I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before I was even seen. My appointment for the procedure was at 10 and I sat in a room until 11:30-11:40 when they started. They numbed me at 10:30ish. The brunette was probably the worst assistant I ever had and I've been to many different dental offices. But she definitely takes the cake.

Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I was asleep and I woke up and I was done. I've never had surgery or been put asleep for a procedure but Doctor Nguyen and her staff were really comforting before the procedure so they all helped put my nerves at ease. The night of my procedure as well, she called and left a message to see how I was doing which I find extremely professional. So far I have not experienced much pain at all and my first surgery every was extremely pleasant due to the lovely staff and even better doctor.

Wow! I'm probably the biggest man baby when it comes to any surgery...However Dr. Nguyen and her team are PRIMO! A 10 star rating if I could. She's the best at putting one's mind at ease. The moment I first walked into her offfice and felt her hand on my shoulder and she said "it's all good now, you're with me and I will make you great again" I would never recommend anyone else to touch my mouth. Recovery with the minimalistic pain. I can't be any happier GOD BLESS THIS WOMAN

The staff of The Dental Specialty Center are excellent! I have had wonderful experiences with both Dr. Elena Kurtz and her assistant, Kim. I have had multiple root canal procedures here, and they make every effort to make sure I am comfortable. They always answer my questions and encourage me to ask questions if there is something I do not understand. Dr. Kurtz really cares about her patients by making herself available to contact after the visit if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort or have any questions. I highly recommend The Dental Specialty Center.

I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist. This place is clean, quick, kind and gentle. I had a root canal done and felt no pain. Dr. & Assistant were both amazing. I had Dr. Elena Kurtz and Kymia. I have more work I need done and will definitely use them again. Thanks so much!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Gave me root canals and didn't bother putting a cap on them since the tooth drilling was too big. Horrible experience will not TRUST shady practices like this ever again. Not to mention that the Dr. Elena Kurtz was extremely rude and semi racist. She kept on making inappropriate remarks about my race and stereotypes. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't be deceived by the 4 or 5 star reviews. Choose wisely and do your own research when it comes to dental procedures; Please be careful when going to facilitates like these!

Great staff here. I was in for an oral surgery procedure ( 4 wisdom teeth) and the staff was extremely patient with me. I'm very anxious so I was nervous but the procedure was exceptional & I healed well. I didn't feel a thing! I was sent home with very specific and effective post op care. 10/10 Recommend.

The procedure was painless and I had immediate results. I am grateful for her expertise and service. Joseph Sheppard

Came in for a full wisdom tooth extraction in less than 24 hours from the time of scheduling! The pre-op and post-op instructions were perfectly clear, and I came in well prepared and know exactly what to expect. All of the staff I interacted with were very personable and professional, and eased all of my fears every step of the way. The receptionists when I walked in had me processed quickly while maintaining a friendly pace and conversation, the nurse that helped me get my pre-op X-ray was a complete delight, the nurse that set up my oxygen, anesthesia, IV, and vital monitors was awesome, and the whole environment felt very conducive to relieving my stress and concerns regarding in-op complications. Everyone knew what they were doing and took great pride in their work and my comfort the whole time. When I got in the surgery chair, they had me set up (and knocked out!) in only a few minutes, and I got to meet my surgeon, Dr. Nguyen, briefly before being put under. She is the perfect mix of homely, nurturing, and professional! They all took great care of me and there were no complications. After the surgery, I was brought out to the car in a wheelchair. While I wasn't lucid, I was apparently awake and mumbling all kinds of things on the ride home! After having all of my prescriptions picked up, and following all of the post-op directions, I received a call from Dr. Nguyen, checking up on me and making sure I was doing everything I was supposed to do to ensure a fast and full recovery. She's the sweetest, most patient-focused doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being in the care of! The same goes for all of the staff there this morning! This whole experience was hands down my best medical experience, and I couldn't ask for a better first surgery. I'm actually looking forward to going back for more work in a few months!
