Had a root canal retreated here for a previous root canal that had a missed canal done elsewhere. They were very professional, up front with me about cost, and the retreatment was a relatively comfortable experience. They answered any and all questions I had, and were just a good experience overall. Thank you for your help!

Got my wisdom teeth out here. It was pretty easy. Nurses were super nice, doc seemed chill and I healed up fast.

I've had 2 root canals here with Dr Law, who was amazing. I have an appt for oral surgery tomorrow with Dr. Davis and will update how that goes in a week or two, once it has healed. :)

Went here to get a single implant. Dr. Law was great on my root canals, but Dr. Davis was terrible. Should have obviously taken a scan before they did any work at all. Went through an extraction and bone graft only to be told right before my appointment to start the implant, and thousands of dollars out of pocket later, that there wasn't enough room to do so and I could get braces to make room or a bridge... Imagine that, more money... This should have been discussed prior to any work being done. I moved to Illinois and literally drove hundreds of miles to an appointment only to be told I needed braces... Don't waste your time, find a real dental specialist. I felt cheated by incompetent staff. All they care about here is money, they in no way care about their patients.

Very disrespectful and disappointing experience, staff not willing to work with people, minimal care, doctor came into the room for five minutes to tell me "oh your wisdom teeth are in but I can't do anything today to help you" on the day of my wisdom teeth removal.

REFERRAL PATIENT ..... According to my daughter's dental & health care plan. We are obligated to pay the $300.00 deductible upfront. After that, the insurance will take care of 80%, and then we will be responsible for 20%... anyway, the scheduler manager provided an est for over $2,000 and requested that I pay 1,925 UPFRONT... nothing pisses me off more than a company/ person attempting to get over on me!... Why didn't they send the estimate to the insurance company?? ..( the same question the insurance asked) .. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY dental offices... if and the fact I paid the 1,925 upfront.. to sit around and wait for reimbursement... I was also told to pay upfront AFTER!!!! My daughter sat in the surgeon's chair and received her first numbing injection... Follow up @17:45 I spoke with the insurance rep in the claims department. She stated they provided the oral surgeon staff... a benefit breaks down (i quote) via phone, meaning the Scheduler manager was aware of the deductible, etc....so why did they request 1,925?? Out of $2,000 -$2,100 Upfront when I am responsible for 20%???? Be careful with the OUT OF NETWORK MONEY hungry dental office...

Competent dentistry... inept and unprofessional billing and services. After asking price before a procedure and asking again as I left, I was told that I would be promptly informed if there was anything due. I heard nothing for 10 months and then my first statement came for $450. I called and spoke to their business office more than six times. No response. I called again leaving a message for both the office manager and the dentist to contact me. No response from either. I wrote a letter to the dentist to inquire further and dispute my treatment and charges. No response. My advise is to stay away. My bet is that there are other dentists who can do the same work and run a business that values and respects their patients unlike this one. This organization is simply not respectful or professional. They don't appear to care at all about their patients. They only extractions they are concerned with are money from their unknowing customers.

Such a great team at the Lake Elmo/Woodbury location!! I had such a great experience!! Dr Law was amazing!! I have a severe case of TMJ/TMD and he was so gentle, my jaw wasn't sore AT ALL after my root canal.

Horrible service. We had an appointment at a certain time. First we couldn't find the place. It was my first time in the city. Then I called 15 mins before our appointment time. Then the lady had me on hold for 10 mins so we couldn't get to our appointment in time because I had to wait ten mins for her to tell us the exact location. Then they couldn't see us. I drove 40 mins to get here. I waited two months for this appointment and couldn't be seen.

Was referred to this office by Park Dental and was quoted $4k before insurance ($1.4k after) for dental extraction, talked to a different dentist and was given a quote of $750 after insurance. I understand pricing differences between offices, but this much of a drastic difference? I wonder how many people have been scammed simply due to not getting price checks at other offices due to the nature of the industry and how "referrals" between dental offices work. This is price gouging and taking advantage of your clients that are in pain and don't know that there are different options.
