The staff was very friendly and informative. Would recommend this Endodontist 100%. Dr. Jaouni was also very to the point and exact as to what needed to be done. He made the recommendation needed to for what issues I was having. A+++++

Dr Jaouni was absolutely incredible! This is my second root canal in my life, and the first was performed by a totally different endo-specialist facility, and, wow, I wish I had gone here instead both times! I didn't feel a THING this time around. The whole establishment is super professional and incredibly skilled. 10/10.

Dr. Patil was very considerate and she and the assistant both explained what they were doing as they went along. For having to go to the dentist, it was a good experience. I would recommend them.

Dr Johnson and the staff were amazing. I did not sit around and have to wait. Dr Johnson was informative and explained everything about my treatment plan. He was perfect on getting me numb. I felt nothing!! Plus, just a cool Dentist. I actually had fun. Very funny interaction between Dr and staff. I've been to many Dentist this is by far the best place! Thank you !

I went there for 1 possibly 2 root canals. Doctor recommended 2 and I paid as quoted $1,208.40 cash. Procedure was very well done. BUT. They sent $5,069 to insurance, insurance declined the amount. A month later they sent me another bill for $1,208.40. Tried to pay online, did not work. 2 weeks later I started getting calls from collection agencies. Not from the office explaining why I have to pay more. Fix your accounting, online payments and don't threaten patients.

I had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Fossum and the lovely lady who assisted him with my root canal. I was pretty anxious about having my first (and hopefully last) root canal but everyone made my visit pleasant and stress-free. Thank you also to the ladies at the front desk, Kristelle and Lisa! You two were so helpful. I highly recommend The Dental Specialists in Garland!

All staff were welcoming, informative, and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor explained all procedures and possible outcomes to me and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend the Dental Specialist especially the Endodontist Department.

Dr. Thompson was shockingly patient, kind and definitely knows what he is doing! I absolutely hate going to any type of dentist too! The entire staff were accommodating and extremely kind. State of the art facility with the newest technology, which makes a HUGE difference! Beyond highly recommended!!!
