Terrible experience! If I could give the Dental Spa Group a zero, I would. Front desk is awful, billing was way above what we were quoted, the dentist dropped the ball with my elderly mother's treatment plan, etc, etc. My entire family has stopped going there. No need to waste our time and money with the Dental Spa Group!

Before booking an appointment here make sure you ask about charges. They will over charge for everything and very poor customer service

Visited the office for an appointment with Dr. Gruber, she was very nice and professional. The dentists and hygienists at this office are good at their job and kind. The front desk staff are terrible; their customer service is very lacking. They are rude as anything. I have spoken to a few different desk staff and they have all been unhelpful. They rush you off the phone, they hang up with no goodbye. They can never really answer your questions and don't really attempt to. Feel bad for the actual dentist staff because they are so kind, but the front desk staff just makes me uncomfortable. They do not care about the patients/customers. Go to a different dental office with kinder people all around!

I made an appointment for my daughter. When she was treated, the owner came to me and said a pediatric dentist will be available in a future date. No wonder the one treated her was Awful! No explanation. No communication. Mumbling something that's hard to hear. I feel sad fir my daughter who was courageous. We had very good experience with Dr Freedman before who is leaving. I wonder why. We will not go back. I will not trust my child with them.

I have never been so disappointed with customer services , the practice is dirty and the staff is very disrespectful. I have appointments twice with 6 months in advance and they have cancel the day before. Very unprofessional. Don't bring your kids there!

Anita Zager is the most personable and proffessional Doctor I have met ever. I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and was quite nervous. Dr. Zager made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to set up an appointment. Her knowledge and advice helps you to understand what is actually happening not only inside your mouth, but also what is happening with your bone structure and jaw. She checked my TMJ joint, Thyroid, cancer lesions on my neck, throat. Checked for signs of sleep apnea and nighttime grinding, the placement and spacing of my teeth and so much more. I gained so much information from 1 visit and would reccomend her to anyone looking for any dental work, concern or condition.

I just attempted to schedule an appointment on the phone today and explained my issue to the receptionist who answered the phone, to no avail. Instead of being more accommodating and allowing me to schedule the appointment with the dental professional, she was more worried about telling me that the dental work that may possibly need to be completed, will be referred out of their office. I didn't know a diagnosis can me made over the phone or without seeing a dental professional. She went on to tell me I'd have to look for another dentist or contact an endodontist for my issue, without having it properly looked at. When I said I'd just look for another office because she's not being being accommodating to my needs, she simply said "Ok". Terrible experience calling into this office, even though they were really close to my home.

Dr. Alexander was hands down the best dentist I've ever had. I got some fairly extensive work done - requiring many hours in the chair - and he couldn't have been more kind and professional. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him over and over again.

My mom is in an assisted living facility in Philadelphia. She lost her dentures and needed new ones. The facility told us about Direct Mobile Dentist. We first requested their service in May. Every month there was a delay in them coming out for an exam. First bad sign. They finally came out in early August. The require full payment up front. Second bad sign. But since our mom was having mobility issues and has Dementia, we decided to use them. It is October and she still doesn't have dentures. They were coming out to try the mock ups on her, forgot them and couldn't come back for a week. Came back, tried them on her, said they would be ready in 2 weeks. Two weeks later, a Tuesday, they didn't come out. No call. I called that afternoon, left a message, was called back on Wednesday. They forgot they closed for a holiday. So now they'll be out the following Tuesday. I asked if they could expedite it since my mom has been waiting so long and has now stop eating well. They said they would check. I called back on Friday afternoon to find out if they were able to come earlier, only to find out now they can't come out on the upcoming Tuesday, but the following week. Exactly when were they going to call us? I asked to speak to a supervisor on Monday, since he was out and it was the end of the day on Friday. No call yesterday. The customer service is horrible. There are Dentists that do same day dentures for less than what this "Mobile" Dentist charges. We paid extra for my mom's comfort of not traveling. I plan to dispute the charge. We paid for something we have not received. If anything, all we owe is for the exam. Find another Mobile Dentist. This one takes your money and then has no reason to give timely service.
