Had a visit today for a cleaning. I have Delta dental insurance . First all , let me say the front desk staff was very sweet. After my x-rays and initial " consultation" , the hygienist Jill , told me it would be best if I had some medicine applied for gingivitis , that would help. Mind you, she had just finished telling me that my teeth looked good with " very little tartar ". I asked how much this would be , being I have been scammed before with these Florida dentists . She tells me 100 dollars . Mind you , a new patient complete exam is 89. I pay for dental insurance . I politely tell her " no thank you. Maybe next time . I'd just like my cleaning ". Her demeanor changed immediately . She looks at me asks " oh so you want gingivitis "???? . I again politely say" maybe another time ". She then rolls her eyes. I immediately got up and left . Honestly , with todays economy , how dare her try to belittle and push a procedure on anyone . Maybe that 100 dollars was the only money a person had to feed their family for the week , or put gas in their vehicle. What a horrible vibe. For this , I would not recommend or ever go there . I already voiced my concern upon leaving to the front desk, so you don't have to bother to give the auto generated response here that I see you gave to everyone else that voiced a concern .

The team is very nice and friendly. This was my first visit to their facility and Jill was my hygienist. She was fast, friendly and gave lots of information to me so I understood what was going on and very comfortable. The doctor was great as well, very fast and kind with me and the hygienist. I would recommend my family and friends.

So I was a little nervous about doing a whole surgery for my teeth implant .yes both teeth . During the procedure I felt a little pain but that was taken care of that right away. Today is the 2nd day and I'm not and haven't been in any kind of pain since. I feel great. No down time just a little swelling which I normal.

Dr Franco and her entire staff at The Dental Place of Tamarac have an overwhelming amount of 5 Star Positive Google reviews for a reason. Dr Franco and the entire staff are great! I went to this office for the first time a few weeks ago not knowing what to expect. It had been a few years since I had a comprehensive dental exam. After a cleaning, x-rays and exam, Dr Luz sat with me and showed me images of my mouth. She explained clearly, everything that was going on. Some work I knew I needed, there were other issues I was totally unaware of. I was worried what I had in store for me but after my first treatment I was worried no more. I am happy to add my 5 Star review and say that not only did Dr Luz Franco & Staff meet my expectations but they far exceeded them! Who looks forward to going to their dentists office? I do!
