Whats the point of visiting a dentist thats never open? The Dental People is open six days a week, making it easier to get you and your familys oral health needs met without worry. Not only are we open as early as 9 a.m. on most days, but were also open on Friday and Saturday at 8 a.m. When it comes to receiving consistent care, there are very few dental offices that can meet the demand like us!
Having a reliable dentist is great, but what do you do when you realize they dont have the services you need? You end up having to visit a dentist youre completely unfamiliar with, which can be concerning. The Dental People houses multiple specialists onsite, including an implant dentist, orthodontist, and prosthodontist. We believe that by creating a one-stop shop for all your dental needs, your patient experience is improved overall.
In many cases, dental offices are owned by a corporate entity that prevents dentists from having more freedom in how they provide dentistry. The Dental People is entirely owned locally and operated as such, ensuring that the standards that are set are created by the dentists you speak to on a regular basis. As a result, the care is more personalized and the dentists can provide more effective treatment on their own terms.
Early in life, Dr. Siu was enrolled in arts and crafts classes; he also tinkered with building small electronics in high school, followed by full PCs in college. A friend of a friend eventually introduced him to a nearby dentist in the area for an assisting position on the weekends, and he discovered quickly that the field was a great fit for his strengths and passions. It challenged him daily to be creative in solving each patients specific problems while also allowing him to express his artistic side and be appreciated for it!
He has also completed numerous advanced courses in order to expand his clinical skills even further, including an Implant Preceptorship from UT San Antonio Dental school, Level 2 Sedation Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification, and becoming a Certified Provider for both Invisalign and Lumineers. He has also attended continuing education in a wide variety of advanced specialties, including periodontics, oral surgery, wisdom tooth extraction, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatrics, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Siu is happily married with a dog and a cat at home. When he isnt busy at the dental office, he spends his free time cooking cuisines from different cultures, hiking in Austin, running and biking along local trails throughout Katy and the Houston community, rod/reel fishing along the coast, participating in local study clubs, and mentoring present/prospective dental students.
Dr. Girgius college education began at Ain Shams University in Egypt, where she earned a bachelors degree in dentistry and graduated with honors. She then made her way to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons in England to further her training and ultimately earned her masters degree in oral biology at the University of California, Los Angeles. She stayed at UCLA to complete her specialty education in orthodontics and is now a board-certified orthodontist.
When she isnt at the office, Dr. Girgius likes to paint, do Pilates, and swim (she actually coached synchronized swimming for two years). She is also a big traveler, but at the same time, loves being at home with family and friends.

I love my new dentist he takes his job so seriously and always checks in on how my last appointment was with him. He is really detailed.

Dr. Siu and the entire staff are all so nice! After coming for a couple visits myself, I brought my kids and left our current children only place that had all of the "bells and whistles" for kids. My kids love it here and have never felt scared to go. I'm glad we found a place that my entire family could go to!

The staff at The Dental People are wonderful. Julia is a great addition as a hygienist and you should ask for her when doing your teeth cleaning. Dr. Siu is very knowledgeable and will treat you with respect and take care of your teeth. Afterward, you will probably exit having learned something that you never knew before

Best dentist ever!! I've been to alot who told me my only option was veneers.. he help me have beautiful teath again without vaneers! I love my smile again because of him!! He is the best!!

I rarely write reviews for anything, but I really want to recognize Dr. Siu and his great team! Dr. Siu is the best dentist I have ever met. I have major dental anxiety and teeth that have needed a lot of work. Before my first appointment, he called me to talk about what things made me uncomfortable and some treatment options. After my conversation with him, I felt so much better about my future visit. I have had to return numerous times to work through my dental treatment plan, bit by bit. It is obviously by the care that I have always gotten, that he genuinely cares for his patients and wants them to be completely comfortable with the treatment plan. He seems to be gifted in working with people who are terrified of the dentist. As a bonus, he is a bit witty, as well. Overall, my experience with the wonderful staff of the dental people has been positive. The best way that I could describe every visit is 'personal.' Every staff member says hello, asks about my child or a personal detail they remember, etc. The environment is intentionally 'warm' and welcoming. I have told many people about how much I love and TRUST my dentist and the great office staff. I appreciate all that they do! If you struggle with dental anxiety, I can't recommend Dr. Siu and the Dental People enough! He is the best!

Dr. Siu at The Dental People is a perfectionist, thus all of his work is top notch! All staff are friendly, professional, and provide great customer service. It took way too many years to find a dentist I could trust, but I have found the perfect dentist in Dr. Siu. Dr. Siu is honest, and provides the appropriate treatment that is needed (without charging for unnecessary extras). Expect the royal treatment at The Dental People! That is what you receive!

Highly 100% recommend The Dental People! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Siu is an incredible and honest dentist, and takes in all your concerns and questions seriously. I started coming here to begin my Invisalign treatment and I've had nothing but great (and quick/efficient) visits that have made me feel sure and confident about each step of the process. So so glad I switched over to The Dental People and would gladly recommend it to anyone!
