Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. Do NOT go to this office! From the moment I entered the door, it was nothing but high pressure sales to get unnecessary treatments and surgeries. They refused to give me a basic cleaning unless I consented to an extensive and expensive gum treatment and deep scaling. Also, the office was dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine and the exam room floor was sticky and covered in gunk- looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. I'm so glad I left before allowing them to touch my teeth!

I've been going to this office for a few years now for routine 6 month cleanings. Love Dr. Dana and Dr. Do, they are both very personable, gentle and kind. Highly recommend.

they basically stole from my insurance provider. hygienist not even working that day, they don't tell me until after x-rays are already taken, then dentist himself attempts to "clean" my teeth and does an absolute ps poor job. only some crook like jeremy mckinnis would try to find a way to bill $1024 for a regular 6 month cleaning with no other procedures or anything done.

Excellent experience with Dr. Do! I had to get 2 crowns, and Dr. Do and his assistant Brittany were very patient, informative, and professional. I've disliked going to previous dentists in the past, but Dr. Do and his staff make it fun and easy! I've recommended him to some friends and family, and they are now his patients too!

Very slow service and cleaning takes few hours and you need to plan day off for this. Too high charges though you have insurance coverage. Poor service overall and I m planning to switch from this.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! I have no idea how they have 5 stars, I'm assuming they bought their reviews. I took my 2 daughters in there for a check-up months ago and received a bill for over $400. I've never had to pay for a check-up because insurance always covers it. I emailed, no response. I called several times, no call back. I finally went into the office and the office manager promised to fix it as this was a mistake on their part. You can imagine my shock and anger when I received a letter from debt collectors today (a month later) for a past due balance of $226. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. This place has completely gone downhill ever since Dr. Bear left. So poorly run.

UPDATE (as of 9/20/22): Got ahold of the practice manager a few weeks ago, and he assured me that they'd sorted this issue out. He stated that the practice hadn't correctly submitted our cleanings to our insurance, which is why we were showing the balance. He stated that we did not owe anything after all. (There was no apology or anything else- but I let it go because at least it was resolved and over... or so I thought.) Yesterday we received a notice from collections for this same $178.00 from this dental office! I attempted to call the office twice this morning, but both times I was immediately put on hold for 10+ minutes and then sent to an automated voicemail system. Beyond frustrated with the disorganized mess that is this entire dental office. Now our credit is being impacted because of THEIR error, and an error they'd assured me they'd corrected at that!! Think we're going to go to the state regulators at this point and getting them involved. Totally at my wits end. ---------- Our experience with this dental practice has been so unbelievably ridiculous that I wish it was possible to give this dental office 0 stars. My husband, son, and I received basic cleanings that were totally covered by our insurance back in early 2021. Since then, we've moved back home to Arizona. This April 2022, we received a bill from the dentists office for $178.00. My husband called the office and asked for an explanation of the charges (as it doesn't say on the statement who the charges are for, what service was provided, or what they'd billed insurance/what insurance wasn't covering). We left 3 voicemails and never heard back. When my husband finally got ahold of them, the office manager said that they'd changed computer systems and he didn't know what the charges were for- but that he'd call us back after researching it. Fast forward a month, and not a word from them...but another bill arrived in our mail. Same issue with the statement (literally just a line charge for "previous balance" of $178.00). My husband calls again and got an automated messaging system with a promise that a team member would reach back out (spoiler: that never happened). Fast forward now to June and ANOTHER invoice arrives. My husband called and asked to speak to the office manager. The manager was busy, but my husband was assured that the manager would call him back. (Guess what? He never called back!) Now in August, my husband called to follow up AGAIN. The call lasted over an hour and was the same song and dance from the office - they don't know what the charges are for, but they insist we owe the money. The office later called back and left him a voicemail threatening to send the invoice to collections! (But again, they don't know what or who the charges were for, and couldn't tell us whether or not our insurance had paid a dime- or if they'd even billed insurance.) Bottom line: The money isn't the issue. We have the $178.00. The issue is the total lack of any sort of professionalism whatsoever from this office. What dental office, or any business, expects you to pay them whatever they tell you without ANY information as to why/how/who those charges were for?! At this point, I'm truly not sure if the office employees are incompetent, overburdened, or trying to commit fraud (or some combination thereof). All this to say: whatever you do, go anywhere else for your dental needs. You do NOT want to have to deal with these people.

This is the rudest and worst dental office I have ever been. Beware, you cannot trust them to give you sound recommendations as they will up charge and make recommendations solely based on what they can profit . This is not an ethical dental practice. They have partnered with chiropractors and refer patients their because their neck is "not aligned". Being a Neurosurgical medical professional, I have seen this and was astonished. The front desk is RUDE. They try to con people in getting an expensive laser treatment and cannot explains the purpose other than it is for "pain". They cannot give you a receipt after charging hundreds of dollars for worthless care. What con artists!!

I recently visited this location after many years of neglecting my teeth. I was prepared for hours of work and pain . It did take a bit of time , a lot less than I had anticipated considering the years of neglect. As far as pain, well there was really non to speak of. Ashley did the work and had warned me me that I would probably experience some pain the next day. Surprise! Absolutely no pain or discomfort. A visit to the dentist is never fun but, this office and it's wonderful and accommodating staff made it a pleasure. My apprehension of dentist"s is gone and will be having the rest of the work I desperately need done here. Thank you all for a great experience.

Dr. Do and the entire staff at the Dental Office of Prosper were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They made it a point to explain all policies and procedures in a clear, concise manner to help keep me informed as a patient. I am a new resident to Prosper, TX and I can't believe I waited this long to get into their office. I had a phenomenal experience!
