In total, I've been coming to this office for almost 10 years. The quality of employees and care received during my last 3 appointments were awful. I had an issue with one of my front teeth and they told me it needed a crown and that my insurance would cover it. I let them know we can proceed since we had insurance authorization. Fast forward a few months (and keep in mind I had to go these months with basically no front teeth due to waiting on the crowns) and they let me know that insurance would not be covering this and they now need thousands of $ to get everything placed on. I've always had a fear of dentists, this place has only made things worse. DONT GO HERE!!

They got me in the same day front dear lady was so nice and they made me look good I don't think I've ever had a good dentist like this ever very very happy

My filling is coming out. I have had more cavities appear since Ive been going here. They don't properly clean your teeth. They make you wait for a long time for a 15 min appointment.

I am giving a fair and accurate description of care. This office seems to be having a hard time understanding Mt limitations with Giant Cell Arteritis. When I say I'm in pain I'm in pain. Thank you Dr Garrison for not trying anything that would make me hurt.

Service is very poor. My wife went there. For one of the teeth they did filling until nerve, she got the worst pain. Now she has to go for the root canal.

Sept. 21 2021 on my appointment, I had X-Ray done. I was in formed that I needed Deep Cleaning. I made my next appointment for Oct 27th. I pd my portion (350.00) before I was taken to the back. After I was in the back a man came and told me that he will have the Dr to do my cleaning but he wasn't in the office. I went to the receptionist to make my appointment and she made it for the office in Circleville. I go home and look at the reviews and that office had horrible reviews. I called back and canceled the appointment and asked for my refund. I was told that it will take 30 days to receive my refund. They have to make sure that my insurance will pay for the xrays I had done on the 21st of Sept. I get my EOB from my insurance that they were pd. I go back up to the office on Nov. 29th with my receipt from my insurance and ask to speak to someone in billing. The receptionist wanted to take the EOB and I told her No, I will hold it until the lady or Man come out. Waited 25 min in the waiting area and No one came out. Dec. 1st I called my insurance company and they said that The Dental Group was pd. And they cashed the check on Oct 14th. Almost 2 weeks before I pd them for services that I didn't receive. My insurance called them while I was on the phone and was told that someone would call them back. I was forced to call The OAG office and the BBB. Later that day I get a call from the Dental Group stating they are going to refund my money. 16 days later I still dont have my money. They wont respond to the BBB or OAG office. We shall have our day in court

I should give them ZERO, this is the worst clinic ever, we had an appointment at 2pm, after half hour waiting, the nurse called us and took X-Rey, then we spent another hour and half doing nothing! I asked the nurse when the dentist will see us, she said you will be the next, after 10 minutes the dentist walked next to us and went to see another patient instead. We left with NO treatment. DO NOT even think to go to this disrespected and UNPROFISIONAL place.

Went there for the first time today for cleaning and this will definitely be the last time. First. After putting me on the chair for a while without telling me nothing a man and woman walked in the man said good afternoon sir didn't ask what's my name and neither of them introduced themselves to me after looking there dark x-ray images the man started the cleaning again without telling me nothing then I asked if they are not going to num me and he replied nop not for this. This is the exact word he used NOP NOT FOR THIS during the whole cleaning process neither of them asked me if I'm ok and the lady was literally yelling at me OPEN YOUR MOUTH RELAX YOUR TONGUE after he finished just walked out leaving the lady splashing water over my face they are horrible and unprofessional will not recommend it to anyone

Don't recommend this place...me and my husband drove here twice only to be told to try to reschedule because they were backed up due to a power outage and he had to see the others before me..if I was up there already why take 2 other patients before me...we drove from the west side of town....I will never come here again...

I really like my new Dental Clinic. I just moved here from Washington State and the Dental care here is much better. They have short wait times for an appointment, just a few days were as the dentist I used in Washington have 3 and 4 month wait times for an appointment. I also like the staff and Doctor. They were friendly and efficient. I recommend that you give them a try. Best Dental care I have ever had.

They got me in on time. I sat & waited an hour & a half still no service. I wouldn't recommend going to The DENTAL GROUP- N. HAMILTO RD. Poor service.

My kid and I waited for two hours and asked them what is going on and they told me there is only one doctor and questioned them why scheduled all these appointments if there is only one doctor and couldn't give me reasonable answer.We left without service.I will not recommend to anyone to this dentist.

I was a new patient in this office the other day and had an amazing experience! From check in to check out, I was treated with the utmost levels of kindness, care, and professionalism. The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival. The back staff were all gentle and thorough during my treatment. The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable. You could tell how knowledgable he was and just how deeply he cared about patient experience. Bonus points were that he and his assistant were both so comical! Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking but this team made it worry free... a little fun even! They have definitely made a loyal patient out of me.

I love this office!! So professional!! The receptionist Sherry is one of the friendliest people I have ever talked to!! So from the beginning to the end my experience was awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

I personally like this location better then their other branches, the waiting area is nice with lots of space to sit. Receptionist are always friendly, doctor and all staff are so nice and they keep you up on they are doing inside your mouth, if they aren't busy then you're usually in and out within hour of your appointment unless you need more work done.
