Really my best dental experience. Dr Casey is so down to earth, explained everything in layman's terms to me. Quiana is awesome, she made me feel so at ease being there. The other ladies, Desiree and Erica are really nice as well. I would recommend Dental Express to anyone. Thanks Dental Express.

Went in as a new patient to get a cleaning and checkup. Dr. Johnston was my dentist. He was thorough, informative, clean, efficient and overall great! He really made me feel understood when discussing oral health concerns and gave me some valuable advice. My cleaning with the hygienist was great too, no pain at all and extremely thorough. I did not have to wait for anything at all, despite the office being busy. Everything was clean and organized just as a dental office should be.

the dentist that treated me did a good job on the filling and they got me in immediately the first time I went. I had some trouble getting into an endodontist that they referred me to and the lady let me sit in the waiting room and make phone calls all day and that was really nice of her the manager was nice they seem to care about me even though they had trouble solving my problems. the caring is what really counts. I do wish they would hire specialists that's the only thing. otherwise they're perfect.

Every time I come in the staff is just wonderful and very professional. Dr. Abigail Jumoc is the best, shes very friendly and cheerful and the assistants there are lighthearted and joyful, my favorite dental assistant is Roberto. Not only is he bubbly and welcoming, he is also very funny! I love coming here. Recommend it 10/10

I had such a great experience at Dental Express! My cleaning was very thorough but still gentle. Dr Jaime was kind and made me feel so comfortable even though it had been a year and a half since my last visit. He even removed a small piece of glue for me that my orthodontist had left on my tooth after removing my braces. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience getting a really terrible toothache taken care of. Dr. Jen saw me and was able to treat me same day even when the whole place was super busy. She numbed me up, I didnt feel a thing, and now I can close my teeth together and am not in excruciating pain. Top notch dental place, Ill be back for other things I need to get fixed in my mouth.

My Dental Assistant Bridget was amazing!! She made the experience painless and enjoyable. Shes great at making her patients feel comfortable and did an awesome job explaining the process. 10/10 would recommend because of Bridget!

As a new patient, I have been extremely impressed with this office. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It has been a while since I have been to the dentist. I had a dental er to take care of. They got me in the same day, gentle and explained everything. The dental assistant even talked me through breathing and keeping me calm. Great experience s far.

DR Do is awesome! I'm a whole handful of issues, and at no point was I treated with less care. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental assistants are all professional and have great customer service skills. Love the vintage train decor too!

First time coming here and when I got here the office lady Brianna was very polite and helpful with my visit there. I was a little nervous since it was a while since Ive been to the dentist . I was seen and they took such great care of me and they werent rough on my teeth since I told them I used to have care at horrible western dental but want to continue to be coming here with them. They even arranged certain days when I should come in and to help me take off my braces as well

For dental offices that actually accept Medi-Cal, there is no better office than Dental Express Clairemont. They are always very friendly and professional. I got sent to another dental office in San Diego for a deep clean gum scraping and when I showed up at Dental Express for my regular cleaning, the hygienist informed me that I would need a deep cleaning even though I just got one 6 months ago. This was simply a result of the other dental office doing a bad job and barely removing any build up. The awesome hygienist at Dental Express Clairemont not only fixed the other office's poor work but did it with such care and soft hands that I didn't even need to be numbed. She was very nice and efficient throughout the whole process making me feel comfortable and confident that my gums would actually be clean this time. Thank you for doing such a great job and saving me a trip back to that other terrible office that couldn't do it right the first time. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received at Dental Express Clairemont and would recommend them to anyone.

Haven't been to the dentist in about 3 years, last dentist I went to lied about me having cavities and drilling holes in my teeth to make $$$. So going in I was kind of apprehensive. Dr. Raufy and his dental assistant Daisy were one of the kindest most honest people I've come into contact with in the medical industry. They made me feel safe, but also were just very personable people! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Marty has magic hand! Hes extremely sweet and fine as wine. The best dentist office Ive ever been too. Lonnie is a sweetheart as well and knows what shes doing the best RDA in San Diego and she has a great personality. Never laughed so much in a dentist office. Overall a 10 out of 10. Pretty bad decay in teeth, financially I really didnt have a lot of options but the staff here and dentists went through all options to help me. Ended up getting 2 dental procedures to prepare for root canals and completely took the pain away! They make you feel so welcome and really cared for. I would recommend everyone to this dentists office, just such a great experience. Ill be bringing my little ones here as well. Youll be in great hands!

It was great to come to come to a dentist that really cares about you and your teeth. This place is clean and professional. Ed was VERY thorough when it came to my cleaning and educated me that on ways to help keep my teeth healthy. Dr. Salvi was quick and had recommendations on which teeth are needed to be watched. Rob was fast with my X-rays and polishing. When it came down to cost of future procedures they were never pushy and gave me the quote and the explanation. I even went home with a toothbrush and toothpaste!

Dr. Murphy is the absolute best all around dentist I've met, talented at what she does no doubt. Wish I'd of found them sooner! No one compares & Assistant Jeremiah makes a great team, very polite and attentive. They Rock!

This is a new location in Escondido and if you need dental work I can't say enough good things about them.In the past year I have continued to have consistent excellent service from everyone one here. Their office is equipped with all fancy, new, up-to-date instruments and technology that Ive never seen. So pleasantly easy, quick and nearly painless. Seriously, I never knew going to the dentist could be painless. The three Dentists from Dental Express that have taken such great care of me over this year, so well I dont ever want to go to a different dentist again.

I had such a great experience getting my cleaning at this office! The front desk girls are so welcoming and professional. Chey the treatment coordinator was great at explaining my insurance benefits in detail and Bree the other treatment coordinator was so nice on checking me out and scheduling my next appt.

My family has been coming here for about 2 years now and we always great treatment when My kids and I go. They are upfront about treatment plans and dont pressure unnecessary treatments. After reading some other reviews I decided to give this place a shot for a tooth extraction and bone graft. Dr. Abigail was simply amazing to say the least. I did not feel even a pinch and it's been 3 days and no pain didn't even touch the pain medication. I will only go here they treat you extremely well.

Dr. Michelle is excellent and has the best bed side manner. Christina who did my cleaning did a fantastic job. I always put off going to the dentist because it is such a painful experience. Not here! I came all the way from Lake Elsinore and it was so worth the drive. Best experience ever! I will definitely make this my permanent dentistry office.

My fianc and i have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. This place is so amazing when it comes to that type of stuff. we both went in for cleanings, and my fianc is going back today to get his wisdom teeth taken out. The doctor is super reassuring, and the assistance and receptionist are also welcoming. They dont scold or make you feel ashamed for how your mouth looks, but genuinely just want you to be healthy!

I dont even know where to start on how professional, efficient, friendly, and accommodating the entire staff has been. From Whitney to Omar, to Yasmn Dr. Jamie. I havent been the best in keeping up w my oral health. I had some cavities and teeth to be extracted and implants to be put in. They have been such a big support during this entire journey as it can be an intimidating one because who likes drills or needles in their mouths theyve worked with my schedule since I am an 9-5 Monday - Friday; so having them available on the weekends has been #1 reason why Im getting my teeth taken care of. Not only this but the route canal that I had done by Dr. Jamie was done painless and quickly, got me in and out. Talk about Dental Express. Thank you all for all you do!

When they say express they mean it! I called in as a new patient and that same day I was in being seen for a chipped tooth that needed a filling but also to find out I needed another and they did a polishing and cleaning for me like no other!! Got really good in between my teeth and removed stains I had on my front teeth! The X-rays were also very easy to do. Good as new, all within an hour time. Everyone there is very friendly, gentle and professional. Oh and the coolest decor! Im very happy I found them.

With my busy schedule during the week with distance learning, remote conference calls, and music lessons I could never find a place that could see us all in the same day at the same time! I love it there and I'm not usually excited to visit a dentist.

Were in between two locations, which the other is good as well. Apparently this is a fairly new office but I've had 2 visits here already and I couldn't be more happier with the service I received.First time I came in was to get my teeth cleaned and the process was very easy and straight forward. The staff were very patient with me and were considerate about any sensitivity I had during the procedure.Second visit was for clear aligners, similar to invisiline but more affordable. I don't have dental insurance but they were able to put together a payment plan that I was happy with. The dentist and assistant were super helpful with what I needed to know while I have my clear aligners and the staff even sent me a guideline of FAQs when I asked, which I greatly appreciated.They follow covid precautions which is a huge plus. And they have this little train that rides around the office ceiling which I thought was pretty dope.

Since moving to San Diego, I have been through 3 different dentists, and was beginning to give up.After getting several recommendations, and after finding out that they accept my insurance, I decided to try Dental Express in Point Loma. I have to say, Dr. Hansen may be the best dentist I have ever had. She is very gentle, patient and conservative in her treatment plans.

Nice modern office and Polite staff. They are always fast yet I have never felt rushed. Eventhough there is no doors, their rooms do feel pretty private. With covid going on, we have to call them when we are outside so they open for us and once they let us in, they provide us with hand sanitizer and also check our temperature. They're careful to keep us distanced from other patients while waiting, although all the times I have visited there is no more than 2 people in the waiting room. So grateful I found this dental office, definitely will recommend.

On February 24th I visited Dental Express and Michelle Hoang was the Dentist and the Dental Assistant Frank assisted along with Operations Manager Johanna. Also the Hygienist Paola was extraordinary!!!!!!! I have been to many of Dentist office and this place TOP THEM ALL AND I CAN BE EXTREMELY PICKY HOWEVER BUT FAIR!!! The entire place was extremely clean and the staff was VERY POLITE AND WARMING!!!! I felt like I was at home. I was cold they supplied a blanket. They had nice music that fit everyone. The Customer Service was Awesome! I would refer them to everyone who's looking for a dentist. That Hygentist Paola went over and beyond and kept asking was I ok and took her time. I didn't feel rushed or didn't feel uncomfortable. Dental assistant took his time with me and explain everything I needed to know with my after care. His tone was soft and polite. I felt like I was at a dentist office that came out of heaven lololol however the only Critique I have is that I felt like there was a laxative in my numbing medicine she gave. After my service I had diarrhea which had to come from the numbing medicine they gave and Also I wasn't comfortable with exiting out the Back door. Thats where blacks had to experience during slavery, but besides that THE PLACE WAS AMAZING. THE BEST I EVER EXPERIENCE. NOT SURE IF ITS A HOAX BUT IF IT WAS THEY DID A PHENOMENAL JOB!!!!

I was in desperate need of a dental cleaning, I came across Dental Express and let me tell you that this Dental office goes above and Beyond with their patients. I am 50 years old and had a wisdom tooth taken out. It has been broken for 7 years. I was really in pain and decided to go to dental express. I was really scared but they made the experience pleasant and taking out the tooth took less than 10 minutes. Dr. Weinstein was my doctor and he along with the dental assistant were amazing.

The doctor was excellent he helped me through the pain he was positive telling me everything will be okay. The doctor he kept me calm i was scared he talked to me during the process to help calm me it worked thanksI recommend havent had better

This is the first dental office that I actually enjoy visiting. Dr. Danielle is an exceptional dentist very friendly and caring. The work that she does is top notch. The office is clean, relaxing and the chairs are extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and fun to talk with. They have a separate area for kids and I love the train that travels around.

I had such an amazing experience at the Dental Express Santee office for my kiddo, that I tried the Downtown location for myself. The downtown office is equally amazing! Friendly staff, super clean and efficient, no up-selling and just a NICE crew! I even had a family emergency and had to dart out mid-cleaning and they were gracious and understanding, got me in again right away thereafter to finish cleaning and do the filling. I switched over from a dentist I had for over 5 years due to it being too far a commute. I tried this place based on the yelp reviews and I'm glad i did. Not only is it super close to my home and work, the staff and Doctor are super nice. Even though I already did my xrays for the year, the doctor still got them done without any costs to me to make sure that he had everything to make an initial assessment on my teeth. I was on a 3 times a year cleaning schedule for the past 3 years and after seeing Doctor, he suggested going back to 2x a year as I had healthy teeth and gums....made me wonder if my previous dentist put me on a 3x a year schedule just to collect insurance money. Overall, I had a good experience with everyone I came in contact with.

So happy we switched dentists! The staff is kind and friendly. Office is welcoming, clean and decorated. They were both gentle and thorough. Even our 13 year old twins left excited- from the dentist! I cant say enough great things about this office, the staff and the dentist. We actually look forward to coming back! Thank you so much Dental Express. We are so grateful for your wonderful service. I felt the least I could do was spread the word to others about this great place.

Dental express always makes myself and my kids feel comfortable. They never fail to make us feel welcome. They always make sure to walk us through exactly whats going on throughout our care, what the cost will be, and what we could do to help or fix issues at home. Theyre sensitive to every issue and are always willing to help or navigate each situation.

If I can add 5 more stars , I would do it right away. They are well Trained professional with amazing humble integrity and very welcoming and comforting. I've work in the field , but seeing how they operate in a very sufficient way was amazing.. as the patient they provided me with an amazing quality service especially the dentist. Honest and intellectual have an amazing conches .. the treatment was a breeze, no pain no gain right. Oh and they give out cute shirts which I wore today and spread the love and bought there amazing whitening in home system kit. The results is outstanding. They accept everyone and warm hearted, regardless if you are a drunk mess coming from an event or some rave happening. They're professional and personable. No time wasted and cleaning was painless and quick.I read the other reviews that were one star over emotions but it isn't personal as much as business and they were friendly with me so not understanding those reviews.

My Husband and I both HAD a horrible phobia when it came to dental visits but Dr. Jaime and his Assistant Ruben helped get us over our anxiety. Ruben is amazing at what he does. If you need impressions or getting Smile Correct trays, Ruben is the perfectionist you'll want to work with! Dr. Jaime is really nice, informative, and strait forward. He's incredibly helpful at helping you prioritize what work needs to be done and the staff is great at helping with breaking down financing. These people not only know what they're doing but they CARE about their patients. I highly recommend them if you need someone to help you get over your fears and get the job done!

Well first I went and had a crown done. It was excellent in every way. The most important thing for me was that there was no pain and their wasn't. Then I took my two grandsons ages 3 and 6, they were magnificent with the boys. For the first time the boys had no problems and they were great. I am really, very, very impressed.

Great office! Ive been to many dental offices and this one has been one of my favorites. Staff is very friendly and understanding. The hygienist spoke in terms I could understand and the dentist was so personable and kind. Definitely would recommend!

Very nice to teenagers!!!! Teenage girls are a challenge sometimes especially when youve done everything to have them be nice and polite to it. They still learn snobbish behavior..... those that have daughters understand. I nip that in the butt when I see it. The staff was friendly, supportive, understanding, and always maintained professionalism.

Highly recommend Dental Express!! My wife needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction because she was in so much pain, not only did they get her in within 4hrs, they also took amazing care of her. Dr. Jamie and his assistant Lindsey were amazing, and comforting! Rachel at the front was a doll and so so helpful, Shannon, and Whitney were also very friendly! I just want to say I highly recommend this office. I also recommend Dr Marty. I am highly afraid of the dentist and him and the assistants really make me feel comfortable. My husband also had Dr Marty and loved him. Now I'm sending my brother to see the same dentist. I always hate going to the dentist, but I had a bad toothache, so I called Dental Express & they were able to get me in within 24 hrs! Everyone there from the front receptionist that greeted me, the dental asst that did my x-rays, to the Dentist who worked on me....and then the guys that took my payment & scheduled my next appt...were AWESOME!! They were all so nice and made me feel totally comfortable! They actually listened to my concerns and worked with me. Their x-ray technology is amazing! Found a new Dentist for me and my whole family! YAY!! :-) Totally recommending to my friends and family too!

Our family enjoy coming into dental express , They open on Saturdays which makes it more convenient for us since were busy with school & works on the weekdays, The staff there are all so friendly and welcoming . Chu chu ... Dental Express is a child friendly art deco decorated dentistry that has a super clean look. Service is top notch and very professional. They also have a fantastic large scale train making it's rounds around the different dental stations soothing all watchers... Highly recommended.

I went here thinking I needed 2 implants in the front of my mouth after a bad experience with western dental. I was in tears because of the run around that other dentists have put me through, compleatly expecting the worst. At dental express the dentist gave me a free implant consolation with x-rays and everything. Turned out that i didnt need implants, just crowns. The billing girl even got one of my teeth approved by my insurance so I only had to pay for one. Everywhere else I went told me that my teeth were only a cosmedic issue and I wouldnt get any help through my insurance. Dental Express and their staff helped me get the best work done on my mouth. They fought for me and explained to my insurance why I need the work done. They really care about their patients and they had such compassion for my situation! They not only fixed my teeth they gave me back my confidence and my beautiful smyle. I would definately recomend Dental Express to any of my family or friends, they are amazing!!!

From my first phone call with a dental emergency, they got me in same day. All the staff is so nice, friendly, they helped me through my anxiety of the dentist. Ive been back several times, just had oral surgery with Dr. Jaime. Ive already recommended them to my family & bringing my kids in too. Very child friendly office with a play area (perfect for my toddlers) a train that circles the ceiling is a great touch especially for kids. Cant say enough positive things about the entire staff.

I've gone a few times this month because I needed quite a bit of work done, I haven't been to the dentist in at least 6 years. Dr. Marty was very friendly and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The nurses were also very nice, and the desk staff as well. I will keep going to this dentist, and I recommend them. They also worked on my 6 year olds teeth and treated her very well, they kept her comfortable, and had patience with her. They are also very fast, the few times that I've gone I've been out in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Def a nice dental office which was refreshing compared to the last office I visited... The man up front was super friendly and helpful, HOWEVER when I visited there it was a dental emergency and I was in a lot of pain... So my issue is this... I need a root canal on a tooth in the back of my mouth, the tooth is pretty much gone already. The young lady dentist came in and knowing Im on state insurance, instead of recommending the extraction of the tooth which is covered 100% by my ins. And would also take me out of pain. What does she do? Pretends to be concerned with saving my non existent tooth and the crown requires a 900$ co pay... And no thank you on the ibuprofen, been eating enough of those lately... So all in all its a very nice dental office and the guy up front was straight forward with me so after waiting in pain I got antibiotics and an appt to extract... Some dentists need to understand the pain and the overall goal for the patient. Got a free t shirt and loved the train!

I LOVE this dental office. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face. Im so happy I chose to come here! I was so afraid to have my crown work done, but the whole staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Patel was incredibly nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Her assistant, Joana, was super nice too and made sure I was comfortable for the entire office visit. When it was time to check out, I had the pleasure of meeting Will! He was so helpful and nice helping me navigate my benefits and paying my bill. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic over anywhere else!

It was a very good experience at Dental Express. Everybody was super nice, all the Dr.s and staff explained everything along the way which made it comfortable.The waiting room was very big and very clean. The best part was I didn't have to wait. My appt. Was 1:15 and I was getting x-rays by 1:25. So that was great.

This a great dentist office and the people who work here are kind. They do little work as necessary and dont make you feel like you have to borrow a bank to pay for the work done. Thank you so much for all you do.

I have been to many Dentists. I had one that was Excellent in Mexico, but then I Had to do it here in the U.S because it was getting to be too much going through the border. And in the U.S I had the worst Dentist office of All and will NEVER Go back to its called Horizon Dental in El Cajon . They removed only part of my tooth when I was there and left the rest below my gum line!!! And then Totally Denied they did it!!! So anyway haven't gone anywhere else until this office Dental Express opened in Santee. And on this first experience the Staff was sooo caring and Kind!!! I am hoping it will stay this way on each and every visit I have. And if so this will be my PERMANENT Place to go!!!! Thank you soo much Dental Express!!! I will try to get more customers for you guys!!

I had a traumatic experience with a dentist as a child; Dr. Chad eased my fear. He explains everything and is patient and gentle. I am in San Diego for a short time and I am glad that his is my dentist while I'm here.

Great place. Professional, clean, enthusiastic, efficient, and honest (as far as I could tell). We compared prices for an implant with what we thought was an inexpensive place in Missouri where we got the extraction done, and they were about the same price which is remarkable for San Diego!

Everyone was very nice. From the lady that took my call and answer all my questions, the receptionist who was patient and friendly with my nice and nephew that had to wait in the waiting area for me. But especially the technician and doctor. They both me sure that my daughter who is five was feeling relax for what needed to be done.

Great place to go for dental work!!!! My dentist is a prior Navy Dentist with incredible chair side manners. Hygienist was Maurice (wonderful) and tech assisting for my root canal was Ruben. I felt like I had been a patient fora long time great staff. Beautiful clinic. Strongly recommended!!

Dr. Casey Ashmore has been my dentist as long as I can remember. My entire family has gone to Dr. Ashmore, including my parents, wife, sister, and countless friends. Aside from being a very knowledgeable and excellent dentist, what I have noticed that keeps people coming back (including me) is that Dr. Ashmore takes a personal interest and really cares for his patients. He is definitely the best around!!
