They are so sweet and kind to you. In many places when in the room, you have to wait for a long time for a doctor to see you but for here they come to you under 2 minutes. It's a place where all workers are so sweet to you.

What is the point of taking people's money as an "ER Dentist" when the Dentist won't even do any work to relieve pain?? I was given an X-Ray and told they don't do Root Canals?? I've had 2 done in the past. Never before have I been told by a Dentist that they don't do Root Canal's. The woman at the desk even told me they do them! Smh. I think its possible I was discriminated against for not having Insurance but I was willing to pay out of pocket for any service they gave me which they knew. The Dentist was with me for less than 5 minutes and didn't even ask about my level of pain. Leaving the office in the same pain I came in with. I HAD TO ASK about AT LEAST doing something to help my pain level and was prescribed 6 Tylenol. Smh. I could have got the same type of care minus the XRay at a regular ER via my Insurance without spending $130 out of pocket. Feel swindled. Don't advertise yourself as an "Emergency Room" if you're not gonna actually do anything to help people in pain. 1 Star...and that is for how kind the Desk Person was. Feel like I wasted time and money cause I'm still in pain. Do NOT go here if you have a Dental Emergency because apparently they don't really do anything other than refer you somewhere else. Especially if you're Self-Pay.

Went there on a Sunday for an extraction and replacement option. I have extreme dental anxiety. I informed them of this. They just told me there's to worry about. Then Was sent somewhere else without the extraction. Was told they couldn't do anything without an in-house lab. Was extremely disappointed

I am sick with autoimmune pancreatitis which causes my teeth to break very easily. Finally, one of my broken teeth began to cause me great pain with an abscess. It's super embarrassing to go to the dentist because of the poor state of my all of my broken teeth. Immediately, they got me in, gave me a ton of options not only about my painful tooth, but about the total state of my teeth. I did not feel judged. I felt like I had options!!! Eventually, I chose to get just my painful tooth pulled that day and think about the rest. This dental office treated me with dignity and respect. The extraction went SO SMOOTH! Virtually with no pain!!!!! Thank you so much and I'll be coming back to get the rest of my teeth looked after. Jennifer B.

Great dentist. He explains everything very clearly and provides great care. I have had to have a lot of fillings and have been happy and satisfied with everything thus far.

I HATE the dentist. I've had some really horrible experiences (first root canal when I was 12 - I've had a dentist break a file in my tooth and leave it just for it to get incredibly infected, among other horror stories) but I have always felt comfortable here, the staff always makes you feel like you don't need to be scared or ashamed. I had a terrible tooth ache with what I believe was an infected and exposed nerve. They saw me that day and the dentist saw how bad it was and stayed late to start my root canal. I've gone here several times and I'll keep going!!

Once I got by the 'bots of my own healthcare provider the intake the initial check-in and review from an assistant everything went smoothly! Just as I was leaving on vacation I was reassured I had a gum problem rather than a tooth problem. Thank you dental emergency room.

Emergency Room ?? False advertising in today's climate. I'm sure it is a staffing issue, but when I call for a tooth emergency and then told they can't get me in for 3 days....I guess I have a different interpretation of what Emergency means. Thankfully my regular dentist was able to get me in.

Not helpful. Needed an extraction but direct to St.Paul? I live around the corner. I don't suggest this place.

Is this a joke? You have SEO'd google advertising as 'The Dental Emergency Room' with "Immediate Access"? Complete with a click-to-call pop-up that states in all caps WE ARE OPEN FOR DENTAL EMERGENCIES? This has to be a joke. The left side of my face feels like it's going to explode. I checked hours of operation on that website and seeing you're open until 8p, spent 20 minutes on registering as a new patient, medical questionnaires, and signing a bunch of release forms. Then I called your office at 4:50p with my newly minted patient ID number hoping to schedule a same-day appointment, only to be told that you're closing at 5p and already closing. I was not asked if I cared to schedule a future appointment. I don't think I've ever written anything but very positive reviews, but people should know that you don't provide anything resembling the services you claim to. Please delete every shred of personal information I provided.

I had a good experience with my dental work here but the billing is really shady. They told me they were charging me "taxes" on my $1600+ implant and I just said ok and then got to thinking, "how much can taxes for the dentist be?" Turns out they charge you a 4% credit card processing fee which would also be fine but I put this on my FSA card which is technically a debit card and doesn't have any fees. It would also be kind of fine if bank fees were actually 4% but it seems they're just using this to make more money. Additionally, I paid for everything up front and no one ever followed up with me to tell me what is next after my implant. I called and made an appointment and then showed up for the appointment and they couldn't find it. So they've just been sitting there with $900 of mine with no intention of following up on the work I've already paid for. It seems like a really shady scam to me and I'm sure there are dentists that are just as good that don't try to pull a fast one with their billing. Also I'm editing this after the response they gave which is dismissive and offensive and doesn't take any responsibility. So I would just find another dentist.

I do not understand why this is considered an "emergency" dental office. I called to get some more information about seeing a dentist ASAP for severe tooth pain that randomly started the day before. I am new to MN & do not have a regular dentist yet. I called & the only appointment they had was for 2 weeks out? How exactly is that considered emergency services when I can get an appointment sooner everywhere else? This just comes off as false advertising.

The dentist who worked With my mother gave us a bad attitude and was rude before even saying hello or asking how's she's doing I didn't appreciate the fact that they basically rushed us out and didn't give us a chance on asking questions when we asked about the implants in her mouth that were causing her pain the basically told her I can't help you or answer any questions and basically threw us out.
