Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will never go anywhere else, or trust anyone else with my teeth.

I knocked a bridge out in December. I called and was told what time to come in to avoid the wait. I went in at that time and waited for about 45 minutes until I was seen. The place was also dirty. There were water damage and cracks. I also saw bugs on the floor and on the tray that housed dental tools. The dentist was rude and not nice. They took my insurance and I paid whatever they asked me to. Now, 6 months later, I received a bill, which I wouldn't care about, except it had a statement date of 5/28 and a due date of 6/12. I just received the bill yesterday, so I'm not sure how they want me to pay a bill by 6/12 when I never received it until 7/2 (and it's not from a lack of checking the mail, we do that regularly). I called and the first receptionist I talked to was nice but not helpful, she said she couldn't see any of my information because of renovations so the billing department would call me back. I waited an hour and called back. The second receptionist was rude. The third receptionist was very nice and attempted to help, but once again said that the billing department would have to contact me. Unfortunately I'm not very hopeful about getting a call back from anyone. I wish I would've went to a different emergency dentist.

Jakey is great at the front desk. She is always on top of our appointments or what needs to be done. always smiling and makes you feel welcome. Like a person and not just a number. Nobody better! Dr. Hampe is so awesome great sense of humor, explains everything and no judging. Treats you like family.. they all do. This place will ALWAYS have our business.. highly recommended. We have never, and I mean never, found a dentist as welcoming as here.

Everyone that gave a bad review must be crazy. I haven't been to the dentist in years and they welcomed me with open arms, even though I didn't have insurance. Everyone from staff to doctor was very polite and professional. I went in with really bad pain and they figured it out in minutes. (Wisdom teeth) they wanted to take them out right then and there but I wasn't ready. I came back for my appointment and they treated me Great and with care. I woke up the next day with absolutely no pain, just a little tenderness where the 4 teeth were removed. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are amazing!!!!

This is not an EMERGENCY ROOM .i came in with horrrible pains in my back wisdom teeth .and i sat there for 45 mins ..all they cares about was seeing if my insurance went through. They did not seem caring or compassionate in an emergenxy room you are taken care of right away then handle inaurance after .you let me sit there and auffer .you shouldn't even be able to call yourself an emergency room..they just care about tge money

The staf fhere is very inconsiderate. More worried about their conversations and jokes instead of assiating the patients in pain sitting in the lobby. Waited 2 hours for nothing this place is a joke.

Awesome dental office. Jack, Dena and Dr Hampe make you so comfortable, give lots of options and treat their patients with respect. Great environment and great dental care!
