Since childhood, Dr. Fabrega knew he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry and has dedicated his professional life to fulfilling that goal. Born in Panama City, Republic of Panama, Dr. Fabrega moved to his mothers hometown of Tampa in 1993. His passion for health care and helping people came naturally. Coming from a long line of healthcare professionals who also live and practice in the greater Tampa, Spring Hill and Brookville areas, he was further inspired to fulfill his vision to help people, particularly those most in need. His roots in Tampa date back to his great, great grandfather, Don Gavino Gutierrez, who was instrumental in founding and developing Ybor City in Tampa.
As the owner of The Dental & Denture Care Center, in Brooksville, Florida, Dr. Fabrega and his staff proudly serve patients who have a variety of dental needs. Dental services range from general dentistry to restorative oral health using the latest techniques that leave his patients able to smile again without embarrassment. Known for their expertise in implant dentistry and dentures, the practice has an on-site, state-of-the-art lab, where patients are fitted more precisely and receive their dentures sooner.

I have had a lot of Dental work in my mouth, many implants Dr. Fabrega has saved my teeth and Implants. His gentle, explains the problem , plan to save my teeth and implants.His very professional and friendly. His staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Being a "mouth trauma" person since childhood, at the ripe age of 72 I definitely needed help in finding a caring, understanding, calm dentist. I had 3 consults for extensive work and Dr. Fabrega was the one I felt most comfortable seeing. I have begun the implant process and will continue until I have a "normal" mouth. Dr. F. is just what I needed. I cannot express enough how nice, Grace the Office Manager and Wendy have been. Rest of story to follow lol. My boyfriend recently went in for a consultation and probably hadn't been in at least 25 years due to a traumatic experience. Our experience from check in to check out was nothing short of amazing! Grace was so welcoming to us I could see instant relief on his face. Wendy took him back for X-rays and was very personable. When the dr came in he explained everything from top to bottom inside and out and left no detail out. When he left he felt a huge weight lifted off of his shoulders!

We have been coming to this practice for the last 7 years. Recently my wife needed new dentures for her mini-posts. Dr. Fabrega did a GREAT job of making sure they were just perfect! He went far beyond our expectations and along with his great staff reaffirmed why we drive about 1 hour to get to his office. He is the very best, high quality at competitive prices.

What an amazing place. Like many, I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. Well, Dr. Fabrega and his excellent staff made me feel so comfortable that I wished I had done this sooner. Every one from the office staff to the hygienists as well as the doctor took all the time I needed to explain every thing in detail as far as procedures and costs. I am now getting towards the end of my treatments and am healing and getting used to my new denture. Still have a bit of minor adjustments to do to the denture to make it perfect. I have no doubt it will be completely natural when all is said and done. My sincere thanks to Dr Fabrega and all the staff. You are all a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be happy to recommend you.

First of all I've got to admit I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to dentists. I've left a couple of times from dental appointments in the past in tears not because of pain but feeling embarrassed and judged. Because of that I put off dental work unless I'm in pain. I finally called Dr. Juan's office. They got me in the next day. The staff and Dr. Juan were the most friendliest, professional staff I've ever been too! From the time I walked in the door within 10 minutes I was in the dentist chair having x rays done and then being explained what work needed to be done, the cost etc. That's the first time I've ever left the dentist with a smile on my face. I've finally found my forever dentist!

I have been to more dentists over the years than I ever wanted to. Many were pretty good, some were terrible. My experience thus far at The Dental and Denture Care Center has been excellent. Every person in this office contributes to a professional, courteous, and caring atmosphere. Dr. Febrega is willing to take the time to explain things clearly and present options for treatment. In fact, everyone in the office goes out of their way to be concerned, compassionate and patient.

My elderly father broke a tooth off his dentures and we were desperately searching for a dentist office that could make the repair soon. The dentist at this office happen to answer the phone on his day off and happily took my father in for a repair that day, even as a new patient. He was kind, caring and most importantly patient with my elderly father. We later returned for a full service repair and they again were attentive and informative. The whole office was welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this office for senior care.

I highly recommend The Dental and Denture Care Center. Dr. Juan Fabrega and his entire staff are wonderful. I never experienced the care and expertise they offer you. They explain everything in great detail. He gave me options my other Dentist did not offer. He uses cutting edge technology all from one office. During my procedure he stopped several times to rescan me to get everything just perfect. The front desk and all staff are professional and kind. Just wish I found them sooner!
