Worst dental experience ever! I would give it a 0 if I could. Between the long 2 hour wait time for insurance verification, to the lack of professionalism in the exam rooms, overcrowded waiting room, to the rush and rough treatment of my gums during the visit, I will never go back. My son and I did not have a good experience. I shared that I was posting this review. I also remained calm and professional when sharing feedback. While my son's dentist apologized for the lack of professionalism in his assistant, but my dentist appeared to not be the least bit concerned. I waited from 10:36 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to be seen. The cleaning was not an experience I was used go and when I kept telling Dr. You that my gums were hurting with the device, she went back and forth with me and seemed annoyed. On a positive note, there was a young man at the front desk and a female assistant who were calming and welcoming and tried to help. This made a difference. They were apologetic and tried their best. This was my first visit and since I needed dentist nearby due to traveling a lot, I simply have had 100% better service in other places.

Do not waste your time making an appointment at this place. They make you wait too long before you can be seen even if you had an appointment. I am not sure why they schedule too many patients at once if the procedure is going to take long. They are not professional and serious. They do not respect patient's time. They also claim to do root canals but they are not endodontists.

This dentist is horrible!! dont go here, Had to wait 30Min to get assisted 2 Ladys Was doing my teeth And after they were done they left my mouth bloody, Didnt rinse it out was walking to the car spitting out blood.

Honestly, I didn't really care how the dentist cleaned my teeth this time! I went back because the first I went there I was satisfied on how my teeth got cleaned. Maybe, since I floss every night that's way my teeth didn't need yo be cleaned that well. Who knows!!!

Front staff is horrible with their jobs. Don't answer phones, leave you on hold for more that 20 minutes, and can do their job properly. Your appointment could be at 12 and you won't be attended til 2.

It was unusual. I've never been asked to identify the tooth to be extracted. Of course, the tooth broke. So there was lots of pulling, twisting, and digging. Still swollen and in pain. And finally--not sure the right tooth was removed. Through it all the dentist and staff were nice and kind.

Nice staff etcetera, this was just a initial visit consult but they made me feel welcome! Went back twice for a deep cleaning, 3 weeks ago they also extracted my last 2 wisdom teeth without hardly any discomfort at all! Just today, 10/11/2022 for the second half of my deep cleaning and also took casts for my partials, I should have my partials sometime in January!
