Dr. Richards attended Baylor University during his undergraduate studies, and received his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry. He is passionate about serving his community both in and out of his dental practice. Though he has practiced dentistry at The Dental Centre of Conroe for two years, he has served his communitys dental needs for over seven years. With extensive experience in sedation and implantology, Dr. Richards dedicates himself to providing his patients with quality dentistry. He strives to surpass the status quo and promotes an environment in which every patient has access to comfort and comprehensive services. Known for his wonderful bedside manner and patient-centered focus, Dr. Richards greatest mission is to provide each patient, even those who have suffered negative experiences in the past, with an enjoyable dental experience.
An empathetic dentist, Dr. Richards takes that passion for working with others into the community with charity work, both through youth work and as a member at First Baptist Church Conroe. He is also an active professional member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association (TDA).
When he is not transforming patients into dental enthusiasts, Dr. Richards enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Alli, six-year-old son Canon, and four-year-old daughter Lila Ann. He also enjoys restoration, including renovating his 130-year-old home and working on vintage cars.

Where do I begin?! I've had the most incredible experience with Dr. Richards and his staff (namely Cherish at the front desk). I've been in the most pain of my life the past few days with my face swollen beyond belief from a fractured crown that led to a big infection in my jaw. I've been miserable, but this extraordinary dentist and his staff have been with me every step of the way. Cherish is so thoughtful and called me when there were cancellations in order to fit me into their packed schedule because she knew I was in pain. Dr Richards remained available to me throughout the duration of this mess, calming all of my concerns and working with me to find a solution. I can confidently say Dr. Richards has earned me as a patient for life (along with my family of five)! Look no further, Dental Center of Conroe is the best. We live in The Woodlands and pass many dentists along the way - he's worth the drive!

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at The Dental Centre of Conroe. The staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. Dr. Richard's took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained how to fix my problem. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful. The staff is professional. Highly recommended!

Another awesome visit today. Dr. Richards was able to fit me in to fix a tooth that had a piece crack off. He and his staff were gracious, kind and caring. They definitely know the right way to run a business putting their patients first. The best ever which is why I always recommend them!!

I called Dr. Richardson's office on a Saturday morning and got the voicemail. I loved the fact that his voice is what I heard on the voicemail greeting, and he also left his personal cell number. His response time was Exceptional! How many people can say that they have their dentist cell phone number as a contact in their iPhone??? I highly recommend Dr. Richardson for all your dental needs. You won't find a better choice.

I am a horrible dental patient and will do almost anything to not visit the dentist. I am so happy and relieved to get the necessary work that I was needing done. The Dr and his staff are exceptional. I have absolutely no complaints, which for a dental phobic like me, says A LOT! I am 100% satisfied. Thank you.

Dr. Richards saved me from so much unnecessary dental work. He and the staff are great. They make you feel very comfortable and are accommodating to your needs. I love that's it's not about the money here but about the patient and their needs. You don't come around these types of doctors often so when you find them you keep them. Highly recommend!

I hate the dentist and went most of my life not going. Mainly because my past experiences were so horrible. Dr. Richards is a true master of dentistry. His office is incredibly well-run, his staff is impeccable, and he does amazing work. There's no medical professional I've experienced in my life that I could recommend more heartily than him.

To start things off, I really really really despise dentist trips. I finally found a dentist who I loved while living in Austin but I have since relocated to Conroe. I started experiencing terrible tooth pains during the covid-19 pandemic and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a dentist open to assist with the pain. I called this office and they were able to fit me in that day for x rays and see where the pain was stemming from. Turns out, I needed a tooth pulled and a bridge. Dr.Richards was very thorough with explaining my procedure to me. The day of the procedure he didn't rush anything, and gave me lots of time to ensure I was numb before beginning. He talked the entire time letting me know what was going on, but not excessively. I didn't even notice when the tooth was being pulled. I'm a weirdo who wanted to see my tooth and he showed it to me, showing where the infection was. I really appreciated this office helping me during this difficult time for everyone and I think I've found my new dentist

I was traumatized as a child at the dentist and have been a horrible dentist patient ever since then. Even as an adult I have extremely bad anxiety when going to the dentist so I have been very nervous to go to the dentist. I made an appointment with Dr. Richards and I was very pleased with the treatment I received by not only him but his staff as well!!! Everyone made sure that I was comfortable and that everything went smoothly. I am VERY happy I made the appointment and found my new dentist.

Everyone at the Dental Centre of Conroe is phenomenal! The front desk staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Richards are all kind, respectful, and professional. I went in to get a tooth filed down and Dr. Richards spent some time discussing potential treatment options and gave his recommendation for how to proceed. Not five minutes later, I was out! Dr. Richards was prompt and very personable. I would highly recommend his office! They're currently following all the CDC guidelines and taking appropriate precautions. The office is spotless and very well maintained. Pandemic or no, Dr. Richards and his team and fantastic!

Absolutely the best Dental Center around! Dr. Richards and his staff are at the top of the leader board in their field. They are very professional, incredibly friendly and very reasonably priced. What I like the best however, is how comfortable they make everyone feel. Dr. Richards has a very steady hand and is great at keeping any pain or discomfort to a minimum if at all.
