We are a family-oriented general dentistry office where Dr. Gillespie discusses the treatment plan options with every patient, and provides state of the art dental care in a warm and relaxing environment. We accept multiple insurance plans and if you need, we will work with you to help maximize your insurance benefits so that you can spread any treatment out over time.

Dr. Travis Gillespie has been practicing dentistry since 2009, and promotes preventive and conservative dentistry. He grew up in southwest Kansas in the small town of Copeland, where he graduatedSouth Gray High School. He graduated suma cum laude from Kansas State University in 2005 with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. He was selected for a senior honors project for the nutrition department, where he studied the effect of vitamin supplementation on the development of lung cancer. He attended the University of Missouri- Kansas City for dental school, where he graduated with honors in 2009. He also completed an honors research project at UMKC, studying the correlation between bone density and tooth enamel.
His wife Kristin practices physical therapy, as well as keeps the household running and helping at the practice whenever needed. They have 3 daughters, Ella, Avery, and Katelyn. Dr. Gillespie loves to golf and spend time on his family farm close to Manhattan.
Dr. Gillespie has been fortunate to train under some of our nations top instructors. He has completed the new doctor curriculum at Arrowhead Dental Laboratory in Sandy, UT. He has also trained in dental implant surgery at the Zimmer Institute in Carlsbad, Ca, and in root canal therapy at the American Dental Association Conference.

My husband had dental work done here by Travis Gillespie. He had three appointments including the first one for X-rays & images to be done. This dentist & his staff go above & beyond to help you. We had nothing but a positive experience during my husbands appointments. This dentist reached out to accommodate our needs as quickly as we needed them done. I just can't say enough in words over our experience with this dentist & the entire staff. All nice , polite & caring people. We highly recommend Dentist Gillespie !

Both my wife and I live in Wichita, Kansas. We drive to Hutchinson Kansas to see doctor Travis Gillespie, DSS, because he is the best doctor I have ever met in Kansas! Always friendly and work to accommodate my schedule. Due to past experiences before coming to this office- I am one that in general does not like going to the dentist... but I don't mind it with Dr Gillespie and his staff. He and his staff are personable and professional at the same time. Having any work done is not pleasant just by the nature of what it is... But Dr Gillespie is amazing at making as painless as humanly possible and his staff always does what what they can to make me as comfortable as possible. I have been going to this office for years and will never go anywhere else.

I just got my Invisalign Braces off today. I could not be happier with the outcome. Dr Gillespie, and staff did a wonderful job with helping me get my smile back. I would recomend this office to everyone. I have lived in Hutchinson for several years, and have seen several dentists in town. Dr Gillespie, and his awesome staff are definitly the best there is.

This is such a great office! I absolutely loved my hygienist! She was so sweet and did such a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gillespie is very personable. His explanations of things were very easy to follow and understand. I believe they all genuinely care for their patients! I look forward to going back and I 100% trust them with my teeth! The receptionists are fantastic as well! If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend you giving this office a chance!

#Jeff Miller, patient I have been seeing Dr. Travis Gillespie DDS for treatment of a significant dental issue. During this time I have received exceptional dental care. Dr. Gillespie has taken the time to explain the facts pertaining to my dental issue and always explains the prescribed treatment fully. Because he is so professional and gracious, I am very comfortable in our conversation and in asking him questions. His staff is professional and friendly and I feel like they and Dr. Gillespie truly care about me and my dental related health. I would like to commend Dr. Gillespie's Dental Assistant Taylor for the exceptional attention and care she has given me during my appointments. Taylor is very professional, in her approach to the technical aspects of my care, and she is very gracious.
