Were open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We also welcome walk-in patients and accommodate dental emergencies in our practice, when possible, or in one of our sister offices. We do everything possible to provide our patients with the prompt, professional dental care they need.

Searched for emergency dentist. First review was from a happy emergency patient. The web site tells me to call direct for an emergency appointment. The receptionist told me they don't do emergency appointments.

I had a few cavities, had them filled and they did a terrible job. They had to redo a couple of them for two fillings came off. They also had cancelled twice on me within a few months apart and pushed back time for my cavity that had to be filled. I received a text saying they cancelled my appointment and will call to reschedule but never called. I'm still getting bills sent to my place after already paying them. They care more for their money than they do their patients.

I have had some little dissatisfied issues but this one topped me off. I had called a week prior to my appt to verify appt times which was 1:30. I received text messages that my appt was 1:30. The night before my appt I get a reminder text and it stated my appt was at 1:00. I had to get my kids out of school had already had the appropriate time off of work to take them and I called and was basically told that it's 1:00 and that if I can't make it they could cancel my appt. They had no explanation to why someone just moved my appt without asking or nothing. It was no big deal to them. If it wouldn't have already been almost a year of my kids being see due to THEM having to reschedule my previous appts I would have immediately just moved on. Luckily my employer was understanding and allowed me to leave even earlier to take them. In short, I would NOT recommend them!

I take both of my kids to this dentist, we changed from Pippin dental. The people are friendly and the wait is not long. My 4 year old was even enjoyed her dental visit. Would strongly recommend

The receptionist was just RUDE. & her tone when asking asking me questions or telling me to do something, was just uncalled for. But I'm giving an extra star because the dentist was very kind. She was really patient with my little one. But I will not be visiting this dentist office again.

I LOVE this office. I had a horrible experience with a different dentist and went looking for a new one. I found this place. They got me scheduled in immediately. Keisa is awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and understood what we were doing and why. The next appt I went in for, she came over to the room I was in to see how things were going. She shows that she cares. Dr. Keens-Douglas is amazing! He took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and answered any questions I had. He explained the possible scenarios for my situation, then asked about contining treatment. He also wanted to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, the whole office is very welcoming. You have control over your treatment and you're heard. I hate the dentist, but I leave here happy. Even if I don't leave with the news or treatment I really wanted that day, I'm still happy with the outcome of the appt.

My son had a infection in his tooth that needed to be pulled. He has been traumatized by Kool Smiles so now he gets put to sleep for any work. They referred to me a place that does not even take kids his age! Then when I called to tell them they told me I had to find my own place and they would get me a referral. I found a place made a appointment and called to let the dentist know. Now THREE days before his appointment the dental center of goshen wants to say they do not see a referral and the lady at the front desk acted as if it was a problem I was going to drive my son a hour away to get his teeth work done "when I should just tell him there are no dentist and he has to get it done without being put to sleep"!!!! SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Came in for horrible tooth pain. Find out I have a tooth so bad my nerve is sticking out. Send me home with a referral,have to wait a year for surgery and zero pain relief. Been on antibiotics twice now for this tooth. Call them back and tell them what's happening. Get told how to the ER. The ER is for emergencies. Not dental issues. That's what this office is supposed to be for.

Called to make an emergency appointment and the receptionist told me they don't do those. It almost seemed like I could get an appointment soon but once she found out I didn't have insurance, she said I'd have to wait 2 months. She was not friendly over the phone nor helpful at all:( definitely won't be considering this place in the future.

I had appointments scheduled for my daughters and within an hour of their appointment they text to cancel because their hygienist was sick! THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN A YEAR! It is extremely hard for me to get off work to get to appointments so cancelling 3 times within a year is a burden and then when I call they never answer.

The front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. My mother was pushed to do this survey and wasn't nice when my moms phone wasn't working right. They argued about insurance when my brother went in three weeks prior and the insurance was just fine. They need their attitude checked. However the dentist he is very nice and professional he is the only reason we continue to go there.

My family love's the staff here. My 9yr daughter had a tooth pulled and two teeth filled. Now remind you she is only 9yrs old and didn't care once. Dr. Patricia was great with her. Made sure she wasn't feeling and pain before she even started. And being a single dad her assistant (sorry im bad with names) kept me calm to lol. In all if you are looking for a dentist that puts you're child/kids needs first this is the place for you.

My 10 year old had her front tooth chipped down to the nerve at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. Although The Dental Center staff was wrapping up for the day, they squeezed her in and she was getting it capped and filled by 2:30. We were on our way home by 3:30, feeling thankful for their flexibility and help on an otherwise rough day. I appreciate how they made her feel relaxed and helped her to feel better about the whole situation. My children have had good experiences here and that puts my heart at ease.

It is unfortunate that I will no longer be taking my kids to this dentist office because Dr. Gyasi is an amazing dentist but about 3 of the women at the front desk and a dental hygienist have been at very rude and very unprofessional. I just got chewed out by a front desk person because she said I was taking too long to answer her question. She interrupted me and said "this sounds like they is going to take awhile, you were about to mention names"? I said no I wasn't, if you wouldn't have interrupted me I was going to explain to you why I was calling. She said again no ma'am you were about to say names." I said please don't tell what I was going to say, I wasn't going to say my children's name because I said their names right when you answered the phone." I said this is the mother of ......." She said okay whatever what are children's birthdates.? She didn't even let me go answering her question of how may I help you.? When she finally let me answer her question and then I asked her a question, she rudely and in a condescending tone gave me an explanation to my question. This is very similar to the type of rudeness and unprofessional communication that occurred 2 other times. The 2 stars are only for the front desk staff and there was also a rude dental hygienist. The two stars do not pertain to Dr. Gyasi; she has always been phenomenal.

The staff is amazing. They make my children want to come to the dentist. Dr. Gyasi is seriously the best. She listens and gives compliments, she doesn't just say what's wrong or give the bad news. She sees a lot of patients and still makes me feel like she is there only for me and my children. We drive over an hour just to come here!

Called for an emergency appointment, disappointed to hear the earliest appointment was November 18. A month and a half away. Only see adults on Tuesdays and Thursday. Strange practice in my opinion.
