I give this office ZERO stars for communication, call backs and or accountability when it comes to billing issues and charges. Not sure why this office pays for a "treatment cordinator" because Heather, in this office has no follow through. She'll write up a treatment plan but WILL NOT inform you that many of the services have 12 month waiting periods for insurance to pay their portion. So what does this office pay this employee to do? It's not real clear. It's not to accurately or honestly give a true or accurate treatment plan and or proper notification of patient responsibility for certain charges. Office openly admitted they never checked but surely followed up with handing me a printed treatment plan. In which all visits, codes, fees and Insurance were listed. However no where on the form does it say anything that relates to waiting periods. I can't be the 1st patient that took them at their word. MAYBE TIME FOR SOME REVIEWS OR CHANGES TO OFFICE PROCEDURES AND PROPER DOCUMENTATION. Better make sure you double check yourself because that's where this office leaves all the accountanility. FYI -- don't bother going to the office managers either. They never call you back and turf their responsibility back to lower office staff. Manager Shawndia In the Zebulon office needs to be retrained or better yet fired. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR BUSINESS to ANYONE!

They are very nice, accommodating and were understanding when we told them we had another appointment that same day to compare prices for the work I needed done. We were told we'd only only be charged $99 for the consultation (normally around $150) and told we could come back and pay the difference if we decided not to use their services. We agreed and were very appreciative. We honored that and instead were charged over $200 more when we went back. They said we had to also pay for the exrays. That completely surprised us and changed our opinion immediately of the facility.

This place has to be one of the worst places. How many places will cancel your appointment without notifying you. They will we came all the way from knightdale my kids missed school just for us to get here and find out they canceled their appointment. No call no text no email nothing just wasted our time and gas completely and do I get anything in return no. Not to mention we got there 25 minutes early and they couldn't fit them in until June. Just unbelievable don't waste your time with them cause they will waste yours. Plus lady at the front desk had no sympathy and just asked if my kids needed a note from school and didn't say another word that was so rude. Find someone who values you and your time.

Wonderful place and even more wonderful people. My face neck jaw my whole head was swollen they saw me that day and gave me antibiotics. I had to go back the next week my tooth ruptured or something and the woman asked me do you want this tooth pulled 2day,my face was still swollen and I was in horrible pain, I cried when she asked me that because I didn't have a penny to my name I told her I couldn't afford it she said hold on and came back with another woman who had a receipt in her hand and took 200 dollars off my bill . God bless those people that work there. My infection was bad the seen me yesterday for free and checked on it gave me strong antibiotics. I don't like dentists but I love them and i love this place.

This was my fourth visit so I'm glad to complete a survey based on all of my experiences. This office is the most organized, professional, and friendliest that I've ever seen. Their cost estimates are quick and accurate, everything is thoroughly explained, and all staff members go out of their way to be friendly. Congratulations to the office managers and staff - you've created a great place to get dental care.

I just want to take my time to write this review because the team at the Dental Care Center always shows great service! Every time I have walked in, the receptionist greets me by my name! The Dr and the Dental hygienist/dental assistant (not sure what title is) super nice! and everyone is always showing great service and manners! Thank you for keeping my dental health at a 100%!

Didn't have a great experience here. Had to go 3 times for a a full cleaning because plaque wasn't fully scraped off. Other than that it wasn't horrible but i'll likely be going back to my old dentist even though it is alot farther.

Just left from my first visit for cleaning and X-rays. I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left!!!! My hygienist, Jamie was not only skilled and efficient, but she was friendly and caring. My dr, Dr Kuchenreuther was awesome as well! She was kind, thorough and professional. I am so glad I followed through with this overdue need. I previously came with my son that had an emergency the previous week as he broke a molar. I could not recommend them enough!!! Thanks to all them, including the receptionists!!!! I appreciate you all very much! Looking forward to returning in May!!!

I think the service is great when it comes to the cleanings. The dental hygenist are very kind! I have been a pt here for some time and this is the first bad experience i have had. I recieved a call yesterday wanting me to call back to confirm my appt. Unfortunetly like many other adults i was working and wasnt able to confirm before they closed. Please in the future when you leave a voicemail let your clientes know that there is a 48 hour window. If you do not confirm within that time frame you are removed. Not sure how was i suppose to confirm in time anyways when called yesterday????? I booked this appt a week ago. It was my only day i had available to have a sitter for my children. And when i let the front desk know that i guess ill have to call around to see who can see me. there was no sympathy. I Will no longer be a patient nor Will i be bringing my kids.

I've been going to them for about a year, Dr K has done much work on my teeth in which I am very pleased. I haven't had such good success with dentists in many years. I've had a lot of dental work in my lifetime, this will be my final dental choice for many years to come.

I gave 2 stars as the front desk really worked on getting my insurance verified and didn't make me feel like a burden the first day I went in. I haven't seen a dentist in years because I am scared of the dentist, and also didn't have dental insurance for a while. With that being said, I had a lot of work to get done. The main reason I went was for a broken tooth that had sharp edges and was preventing me from eating or even talking. I thought that they would be able to pull the tooth that day, but they just worked up a dental plan and had the hygienist come in and try to force me to do a deep cleaning of my teeth. When I finally got them to realize I wasn't doing that, they tried to send me home with a treatment plan for the future without addressing the agonizing pain I was in and the main reason I came there in the first place. After complaining multiple times during the visit and again when they tried to rush me out the door, the doctor agreed to file down my tooth for now so that it wouldn't bother me so much. I was very grateful for that as it did stop the pain a day later. I tried calling the office back a few days later to schedule an appointment to have my tooth extracted because it is starting to really hurt now, and they tell me that there are no appointments available. I asked if there was any available at all in the next few weeks she said no. I wanted to schedule another one of the services I needed done and she told me they didn't have any appointments available. So I need about $4,000 in dental work done and they can't book an appointment! At this point I am beside myself, so I start calling other dentists. The new dentist told me that they needed this dentist to email over my x-rays. I call the dental center back to ask them to email the records and decide to give her a chance to tell me why I couldn't book an appointment. She says they are a busy office. You could tell she was trying to rush me off of the phone, but she did indeed tell me there was an upcoming appointment she could book for my extraction, and she booked an appointment for me for next week for some of the other things I need done. I'm happy that she booked my appointments, but I don't like feeling like I am wasting someone's time or inconveniencing them, especially when I am paying a lot of money out of pocket to their business. I am willing to give this office another try, and I will gladly change my review if they earn it! The first person I spoke with when I initially tried to schedule an appointment was happy to tell me there were no appointments available and that I should find another dentist. I have never had any kind of medical office turn me down and have not heard of anyone else having this type of problem.
