The place was very clean, and all the staff I encountered was very friendly. My hygienist, Elizabeth, was so nice; and Dr. Patel was awesome too! I'm glad I found this place!

Terrible dentist, for little filling, she gave me three injections which kept me numb for a whole day (she numb me in the area which did not require numbness- my half of the face was numb). The tooth she filled in also very sensitive and I can not chew from that side properly. She gave me injections even when I told her that I can handle this as the cavity was small, she replied me saying this is our procedure ( do they do this for getting money from insurance?). My husband had same issue with his filling (he feels sensitive in that area)- we both have changed our dentist. This place does not care what happens to you, they are reckless.

So I guess they forgot and now she has to wait til Tuesday for the office is closed Monday for the holiday! Very unprofessional staff for this to happen!

This was one of those times they seemed chaotic and unorganized, but my insurance didn't cover anywhere else that I could find. Often had trouble getting any staff to answer the phone, but eventually got an appoinment, several months out. The dental hygenist was ok, she complained about how poorly other clients care for their teeth (without violating hippa, but still). The cleaning was fast and I did not feel I'd had my teeth cleaned at all. For some appointments, I would confirm and show and be told the appoinment was cancelled as I did not confirm. Then the final straw, even though I only ever recieved preventative care that was supposed to be covered by insurance, I would be told I had a balance. They never sent a bill, just threw it at me when I came for an appointment. Which I paid, yet they submitted it to a debt collection agency anyway. They still have not cleared this up with the collection agency even though I have no balance with them. Have not been able to get in touch with their office. Would have been better off never getting care at all!

Definitely don't recommend, I had an APPOINTMENT to get fillings on 4 teeth and they said I had to pay before I go in the back so I did and when I get to the back they say I'm getting 3 fillings because the dentist don't have time to do the fourth, when I have an APPOINTMENT set for all 4. After I left a few days later I called and left a message because I was experiencing pain which I didn't have before they did my fillings and no one returned the call. Today they called to tell me THE LADY who accepts my insurance will be out on the day of my upcoming appointment so I have to reschedule til next month when she comes back. Luckily I have an appointment set up with my old dentist so I'll be goin back to my old dentist instead .

I first came to this place in November. They took Impressions which was a waste of time. I went somewhere else and had my teeth pulled because they don't use any kind of sedation. After several times of appointments being cancelled and changed, I got my teeth late January. They fell out of my mouth. Since I complained I had to wait until the end of February for a reline. When I picked my realigned plate it fit no better than it did to begin with. I was told I didn't have enough bone for it to hold in. Which they examined my bones prior to my teeth removal. When I called back and told them even with adhesive they wouldn't stay in, they said if something was bothering me or hurting my mouth they would see me otherwise pretty much had to live with it. Oh they did offer implants $8,000 good luck read these reviews and run the other way.

This place is awful. I've waited 2 hours for appt and they still haven't seen me yet. I would not recommend coming here. They are understaffed and still booking as they are full staffed. Please try and go somewhere else if possible.

Had a wonderful experience in the office today. I was in need of a new dentist and they got me in fast. The staff was so friendly and the hygienist eased my dental anxiety. Looking forward to taking my kids.

They will cancel your appointment if they can't get in touch with you to confirm. I forgot to update my file at their office with my new phone number so of course I didn't get the call to confirm my appointment. I get there for my appointment and I was told that appointment had been canceled because they couldn't get in touch with me. But they told me there was an opening a half hour later if I wanted to wait. I said I wanted to wait because I took off work. An hour later, I'm still sitting in the waiting area.

I have never liked going to a dentist's office because of fear. I do not like the shots in the mouth, the sound of the drill, etc and there always seems to be that one individual in an office with a bad attitude. I can truly say that I have been to the Dental Care center (near Suddenlink) on three different occasions and my experience was awesome each time. EVERYONE from the receptionists to the dental assistant, to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the finance manager was pleasant, professional, and calming. The atmosphere is happy. The workers seemed to be like family. I truly enjoyed the experience. Dr. Mani is the best.

Terrible dentist. Can't get appointments, then when you finally get one they tell you if you didn't confirm you lose your appointment. My son and I waited 6 weeks for an appointment and this happened. They canceled our appointment when I missed their call. (When we made the appointment they didnt notify us about confirming or losing the appointment) Their customer service is horrible. The lady at the front with black hair is sarcastic, and told us to go elsewhere. Go anywhere else but this place! I never leave reviews but they're horrible enough to warrant one.

I had a great experience with the Dental Care Center on Arlington boulevard in Greenville North Carolina. Everyone who assisted me and helped me was very friendly and courteous. The Dental Care Center is the only place that I will go to have my teeth checked, and cleaned.

Worst place to make an appointment or call them for anything. They don't answer the phone no matter how many times you call a day. Good luck with choosing this place. This is not my first time I know them for more then a decade worst place for answering phone calls.
