This place has gone downhill all they want is money. I want to remove my braces and they are charging me 110$ for X-rays to take them off it doesn't make sense they just have to take them off. It's clear they're only in it for the money and don't care about their patients don't recommend this place AT ALL.

How do I put zero stars. Never come here you will be waiting for 2 hours and especially not for braces. Consistently terrible staff assistants. One time they even forgot to put the wire on my braces and my teeth went all crooked in 24 hours. I was almost going to get them off and had to have them for another year and a half because of this. Sooo unprofessional don't waste your time

So unprofessional when it comes down to making it clear on how much you will have to come out of pocket for your co-pay. They gave me one price once I started getting my work, Once I returned for the rest of the work that's when the price tripled. I even had a receipt showing what I paid on my first visit and what my remaining balance was and they did not want to honor it. The office manager will over talk you talks very fast not being clear on how much you really have to come out of pocket. I will not be returning neither will my two kids

Okay, my parents had been coming to this dental place for years. However, things seem to have changed and gone downhill when it comes to providing accurate information regarding treatment planning and billing. When my father went, the receptionist gave him different pricing and diagnosis from when I called. Following up yesterday, she told my dad different information again and told him that medi-cal does not cover root canals. I encouraged my dad to get a second and third opinion where there was consistency in the diagnosis and he was informed that medi-cal covers everything except for the crown. So either the doctor is confused or the receptionist? Most likely the receptionist has NO IDEA what she is doing or saying when it comes to billing and providing accurate information re: the treatment plan. Finally, my brother had a "gingival" scaling and the receptionist said that Medi-cal doesn't cover that and my dad has to pay $125 but when I looked online, this cleaning is covered by Medi-cal/denti-cal. My dad had a deep cleaning and was covered by Medi-cal. How is it that a deep cleaning is covered by medi-cal but not a simple scaling for a child? Such a MESS!

If you have lil kids I don't recommend this place they wouldn't let me be Inside the place with my 4 year old boys during a procedure or ex rays I don't trust my children with any grown adult don't waste your time going here if you love your kids lady in front office rude and I thought this rules were because of covid19 but there not

I was there today which was a a waste of time! My appt is to have done whatever work needs to be done. Dnt come telling me oh we can't cus we dnt know how long u would have to wait. Maybe finish with my appt then continue with the rest why put ppl in the rooms to wait.

I love this great little affordable dental care place. They took care of my son when we were broke and now that I'm back on my feet I go there myself to support them and they do a great job. Very nice and competent staff.
