Dr. Angelos has been practicing Pediatric Dentistry for 30 years. He graduated from the prestigious University of PennsylvaniaSchool of Dental Medicine in 1982. He then attended the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio where he completed his Residency in Pediatric Dental in 1988. Not only did he fall in love with the Texas lifestyle, but with the People as well. He decided to stay and raise his own family.
Dr. Angelos and his staff have a sincere appreciation for Migrant farmers and their difficulties in obtaining comprehensive medical and dental care. Their compassion for migrant families comes from their own personal migrant experiences. Dr. Angelos' own grandfather was a migrant farm worker in Turkey.

This is the BEST dental office to take your children too!! The staff is so helpful and Dr. Angelos is truly the best. Being a nurse i was nervous to have both of my girls go under general anesthesia for procedures in the same day. But everything went so smoothly, both Dr. Angelos and the anesthesiologist were very informative, helpful and compassionate. I feel like this is the best care my children have received in the RGV! Thank you Dr. Angelos and staff!!

Dr. Angelos & staff were great from start to finish. They were very thorough with explaining the level of concern they had for each of the 4 cavities in my 4 year old's mouth along with possible treatment plans. My son is not an easy patient, but they were calm & kind and handled the situation very well. We were impressed and will be back!

This is the nicest dentist we've ever been to. He is calm and gives treatment options with pros and cons. He allows parents to be present, answers questions and is professional and friendly. He seems to really care for his patients. All support staff, dental assistants/hygienists are helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this office.

Excellent 1st time experience for my preschooler! Friendly and kind staff. Making an appointment was a breeze and wait time was minimal. Took all precautions necessary and cleaned anything my child came in contact with. Highly recommended!

I love this place ever since I was little. My kids love it since day 1. At their first day they were skeptical but Dr. Angelos, like always turns that around. They love coming to the dentist and that's not like kids. I myself as a parent love it because there's always great communication, and appointment reminders, plus all the staff is nice which just makes everything great. Definitely recommend this place!

I love Dr. Angelo's! His staff is amazing and HE is amazing! So much patience! I live in Brownsville and I haven't switched my kids to a dentist closer because he's worth the drive!

Dr. Angelos and his staff are outstanding. Our daughter has some anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and she was very scared when she heard that she had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Angelos and his staff did a wonderful job explaining to us, and to her, exactly what was going to happen and why. This helped ease some of those fears for her, but she was still uneasy. The staff deals with crying children on a daily basis I would assume, but they were still so patient and kind to my scared baby girl. They distracted her during the shots and they were so amazing during the extraction process. She had no pain afterwards. Dr. Angelos has great bedside manner and his staff is simply wonderful. I appreciate them and the care they provide my children and I highly recommend The Children's Dentist.

10+Rating My children and I have been with The Children's Dentist since my almost 18 yr old son was of age to be seen by a dentist. We are from Weslaco TX and many have suggested we move to a dentist closer to our area, but that is impossible to do, when you receive a 10+ star kind of service...service that only Dr. Angelos and his friendly staff can provide. In the many years that we have been with them, we have never seen an unfriendly face nor has anyone ever been rude to us, in person or by phone. One night I called the office after hours due to an emergency and Dr. Angelos himself returned my call with further instructions on how to deal with the situation...now this type of service can only be provided by someone who really cares about his patients. I cannot describe how extremely satisfied I am to have found them. To Dr. Angelos and staff thank you for always being welcoming, friendly, humorous, and most of all for taking care of my kids while in your hands. Your service is what sets you apart from everyone else. Best Wishes from all of us.
