I'm not sure how this place even has as many stars as it does if you can't even get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I called initially, went through the prompts, and left a voicemail. I immediately got a text asking how I can be helped....to which I responded that I was trying to make an appointment for my son. I requested for someone to call me back at their earliest convenience. The person replied, "what's your son's name?" And when I told them, I never received a response again. I followed up with question marks and still did not receive a response. So I called once more except this time I didn't leave a voicemail, but I got another text asking how I can be helped. At this point, I'm frustrated. So I told them to not worry about it and I would find somewhere else. It's a shame...I wanted to like this group, as it has so many people there that look like me, but unfortunately, I don't see how the service is there. They obviously need a better system.

I wish I could remember names better, because the staff that handled my non verbal autistic daughter, did an absolute amazing job with her! They were gentle, and understanding. The lady who cleaned her teeth was great! The dentist answered any questions I had as well. He was awesome! This was the best dentist experience we've had! Thank y'all so much!!! :) See you in six months

I came here about a year and a half ago and I'm writing this a little bit late but it still bothers me til this day and I do not recommend bringing your child here!!! My insurance recommended this dentist to me even as an adult. I had an appointment to get my cavity fixed and during my appointment I was not fully numb and I felt a lot of pain. After mentioning it a lot of times nothing was done. While she was drilling I felt a major pain, I accidentally flinched and the dentist was so upset with me for moving and was claiming that I was trying to pull the drill out of her hand! She was raising her voice at me continuously. when I wasn't even trying to do that whatsoever. I was literally 19 years old at the time why would I do something that is so obviously not logical at all. I could see how a child would try to do that but really!? She gave me attitude the whole entire appointment and I could only imagine how they'd treat a child considering how bad her temper was over something so small and especially something that I didn't even do in the first place. Sadly, I do not remember this persons name but I don't recommend bringing your child here! picturing a child being yelled at and being mistreated like this saddens me. They would be the reason why your child would be afraid to go the dentist. Everyone there in general just has the worst attitudes. I just don't recommend it to anyone at all.

They always mess up the appt. Time. Want to charge you for a face mask. I have carried my 10 yr son today to get his tooth repaired. He has been a patient there since he was born. I have never left him in a room because he is autistic he does not like strangers and yet today I was told that I had to go and sit outside and wait for them to fix his tooth after they sedated him with valuim. I tried to explain to the Dennis that I have never left him there I have never left him in the room by himself I was told that since I don't trust them they don't trust me and asked me to leave. I asked for a refund on the sedation charges $43 I had put it on a credit card. The dentist went and wrote a personal check to me for the $43 oh and did I mention that they're prejudiced they don't like white folks one white lady works in the office and she is the office manager and I think I am the only white patient there never seen any other white folks in that building or employees

This place is a joke. The scheduling is terrible. The children and bedside manner out of the staff is nonexistent. Had a filling put in on my son, that was a very traumatic experience and it fell out in less than 5 months. Returned for it to be fixed and they tried to reschedule my appt after I paid for my visit. They pretty much run children through and it is obvious that they work off quantity not quality. Met and spoke with office manager who again was a joke and should probably retire. This place should be shut down!

I am extremely upset about my child's visit to Children's Dental group. My child was seen this morning for cavities. I paid extra for laughing gas. The nurse who brought her out claimed that she was given gas. However, when she got in the car she started bawling in agony. The first issue is that the laughing gas did not work. She experienced every minute of the procedure. Secondly, she was extremely scared because no one was listening to her cries. And third and most disturbing is that when the doctor left to "give her a minute " the dental assistant began degrading her to another co-worker as if my child eas not in ESR shot. She said things like my 16 year old child was crying like a three year old. She even threw the remote at her telling her to watch the movie because she didn't care. That is outrageous and unprofessional! I will be in search of a new pediatric dentist. This practice was excellent before the pandemic. Once we returned, the treatment began going downhill. We tolerated it for the past few visits. But after this traumatic experience, we are done! If we could give them 0 stars, we would. Find a caring place for your children. This is not it!!!

Great first visit for my 5 y/o. Kind, professional, and gentle. We went back at scheduled time. They definitely enforce a mask policy so be sure to bring one!

We have only been here with this practice for about a year now, but we are very happy. I went through two other pediatric practices before we ended up here. We were never met with the same patience and compassion for the children at the other practices, which is why I was so happy to land at this practice. My children have had to have a fair amount of work done on their teeth so they are very nervous but they are always met with kindness and very little frustration. I am very grateful for the effort to keep the children calm and cared for. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I called this place for weeks following a consult for my 3 yr old to get a filling. No one answered me or returned my calls or even my texts to Daniela Romero. It took over a month to get an appointment scheduled which they have now canceled.
