Alison is our full time Registered Dental Hygienist. She began her career as a dental assistant in 1994 and then decided to further her education and pursue a profession as a dental hygienist. Alison graduated from William Rainey Harper College in 1998 with a degree in Dental Hygiene as well as a certificate in nitrous oxide and conscious sedation. She has also obtained her certificate for providing local anesthesia. Alison has been working with Dr. Jackson in the treatment and management of periodontal disease since 2004. Her goal is to provide high quality dental care and she prides herself on being gentle yet thorough. In her spare time, Alison enjoys reading and spending time with her husband. She also has a love for animals.
Stacy has been our dental assistant since 2012. She is multi-talented and is very dedicated to her patients and her job. She truly loves providing great dental care to our patients. What she loves most about her job is helping patients and seeing a smile on their faces when they leave our office. She feels very fortunate to work at a place that provides the best and most advanced dental treatment possible. Stacy and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and doing various outdoor activities.

I had a unique situation that required bone regrowth as well as working in a very small, tight spot. This is a tooth that had bothered me for years and needed to be removed. Fast forward....I didn't want to have to go with a bridge due to flossing nuisance for the next 25 years, so I went to 3 premiere implant centers only to have all 3 tell me that the tooth was too small and they could not do an implant. Then a friend referred me to Dr. Thomas Jackson. Dr. Jackson had no doubt that he could perform a successful implant from the first minute of evaluating me, and eased my tension. Everything turned out absolutely perfect! My kids had to ask which tooth it was. The color is 110% perfect and the gumline is better than it was 20 years ago. Dr. Thomas and his entire staff are perfectionists, extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this establishment. Dr. Thomas specializes in prosthodontics and periodontics and I believe he has mastered his craft! I've decided to go to the Chicago Center for Cosmetic Dentistry for all my dental needs including cleanings. I've left my dentist who did a great job for years. None are better than this practice so why go anywhere else?

I was referred to Dr. Jackson and his team by my dentist Dr. Steve. I have had issues with my teeth for a long time and I have been really scared to have work done on my mouth. Dr. Jackson, Brittany and Stacy from my very first consultation were very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. One of the best things about my experience is that I was able to pay installments and once I paid in full, I was able to book my appointment.The day of my surgery, I had an implant put in, I was so nervous. Dr. Jackson explained everything to me detail by detail. The process didn't take as long as I thought and it wasn't as painful as I'd imagine. I am grateful for this team. Thank you Dr. Jackson. And shout out to Brittany who was a big part of my process, she communicated with me so many times, taking my payments, scheduling me and rescheduling helping me get to my end goal. I love this place!!

Dr. Jackson and his team demonstrate professionalism, deep expertise and detailed attention to patient needs. I recently had a new porcelain crown placed after a complex but successful root canal. Even the temporary crown gave me both functionality and a natural look. I am very pleased with the final crown and the care taken to match my teeth. Thanks to Dr. Jackson and his team!

Dr. Jackson is highly skilled in his approach and repairs and he has all the latest tools and equipment and knowledge to handle anything. I have had a couple crowns created and installed by Dr. Jackson in the last year and the implementation was close to perfect. I had not had any major repairs in 20+ years and was a little nervous my first appointment. The work was done painlessly and Dr. Jackson took the time to walk me through everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I LOVE this place and would highly recommend to anyone needing any dental procedure. The office is clean and everyone is very friendly. The homie atmosphere makes it feel like you aren't sitting in a dental waiting office. Alison is the best hygienist and I don't dread getting a cleaning every 6 months..I actually look forward to it! I needed a gum graft and Dr Jackson was amazing. He put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable with what the procedure was going to be like. I couldn't even feel the numbing shots. CCCID is the best!

The staff is friendly and the office is relaxing. Dr. Jackson meets you and from that time on you know that you are in experienced hands. All procedures are fully explained and and with the high tech equipment that is used you do not feel that you are in the office of a dentist but in a spa. Going to the dentist is now something to look forward too.

Alison is one of the best hygienists I have ever had in my life...very thorough, professional and does her best to make your visit a great experience. I just went back to the dentist since the virus started. Dr. Jackson and staff have done an amazing job to make everyone feel safe. They have added a filtration system and have put many other things in place to make patients feel safe. Glad that I went back to get my teeth cleaned. This is a great office and highly recommend Dr. Jackson and Alison Hardtner - dental hygienist. This dentist office is the best. From the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave, the people are the best. I have been going there for a few years and I HIGHLY recommend them. Dr. Jackson is great and his hygienist is also. You will not be disappointed if you go there. I always look forward to my visit. My dental hygienist, Alison, is the BEST! All of the staff are so helpful and so friendly.
