Yesterday 10/28/22, I had my last two wisdom teeth removed. This was my 2nd time there this year. My first time I was surprised that I had to get full mouth exrays when it wasn't time, so I had to pay 250 for that. I wasn't too happy about that. My dentist sent over my exrays. Fast forward to yesterday. When I say I've never been handled so roughly at a doctors or dentist office is an understatement! I thought my first experience in April with Dr. Carter was a one off. Maybe she was having a rough morning. She was rough with me then. However yesterday was a bit much. Maybe she thought the laughing gas had me loopy, but it didn't. She never even spoke to me when she came in. It started with the IV. I told her my right arm wasn't a good arm & she seemed to catch an attitude. She turn my arm over with some force which wasn't needed. Surprise no good vein. Then she twisted my hand over and stuck me there, after fishing around for a vein, which was painful, she snatched the needle out & I literally yelled out ouch! She proceeds to go to the other arm found a vein immediately. She snatched off the tourniquet so quick that it popped me & she shoved my arm back to my side. The one assistant with the sisterlocs asked me if I was ok, I'm sure she saw my face. I said yes, because for one this lady was about be in my mouth & im unconscious. My safety was more important than for me to complain about her in that moment. I don't know what her problem was, but she's terrible. I've never been handle this way by a doctor. The rest of the staff was great, but Dr. Ronda Carter is not.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed today. And Dr. Billman is WONDERFUL! As well as all of the team there. I highly recommend coming here for any needs! I cannot express enough how much I respect and appreciate Dr. Billman, he's so kind and even took the extra step to call them later in the day to see how I was feeling. Thank you all so much for your kindness and work!

I showed up for my appointment on time, but I waited so long I finally got up and left before ever being seen. Then sometime a few years later I tried to make an appointment, no one picks up the phone, so I left a message and they never called back. So the office isn't run well. The doctors are probably good, but if you can't get in to see them that makes little difference.

I work for another dental practice where we refer patients to this office, let me start by saying we NEVER will refer to them again. The front desk lady is horribly rude and unprofessional. These qualities have no place in a customer service position. She then demanded xrays on a patient from me, which we didn't take at our office. She then said "fine, talk to this Mom then"... and put a PATIENT on the phone to talk to me. I let the mother know we didn't have that X-ray taken in our office, it was taken somewhere else. Then I was back on the phone with the front desk lady, who demanded I email the X-ray print out to her! I let her know that it is not good quality, but I would email it. She then said "fine, I guess we will take one here". Basically, this front desk person did not do their job by calling the actual office the X-ray was from!! This is basic customer service in the dental industry. Horrible. Our practice will not refer our patients here again.

Staff were nice but the oral surgeon was so rough with my mouth, rough with the needle, had a slight attitude, rough with the entire procedure but maybe that's her way.. my jaw is super swollen and in a lot of pain 48 hours later... hoping the swelling will go down soon.. I appreciate the extraction but that session made me never want to go to the dentist again.. thanks to the nurse who keep telling me to breathe and patting my shoulder if she wouldn't have been there I probably wouldn't have made it through

My experience was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. The wait time was short. The doctor was very detailed and conveyed the information and next steps very clearly. The only negative to my visit I would like to address on this format was the forms requirement. I had to fill out 4 - 5 pages of forms and repeatedly write my full name on several documents. Their should be a "master" page that you print and sign for all pages. I would recommend to The Center that they upgrade their forms requirement and move to a hand held digital solution, an iPad, and away from the old style multiple page forms that repeat themselves. Dr. Billman, the other oral surgeons, and his entire team are wonderful. They were able to get my family member into the practice in a timely manner and treated us with nothing but respect. So thankful for this group practice and I love that they all communicate with each other - it makes scheduling so easy! Couldn't have had a better experience!

The staff is very professional, efficient, helpful. As for Dr. Rhonda....she wasted no time extracting a tooth since there was a tornado approaching. My post operative experience has been unremarkable ( which is a good thing). I am happy to recommend

I went to have tooth 18 extracted. I was suppose to be put to sleep. I wasn't put to sleep and suffering severe pain and they wouldn't write me for any medicine to deal with the pain. My husband called and the nurse is really rude. I don't recommend using this place ever. I will never return again.

Staff was not very friendly. When I called asking for helping during my healing employees sounded like they did not care or want to hear my concerns. I never had anything done before and was in pain and nervous and they talked to me like a was dumb for asking questions about my pain. The surgeon was great but that's honestly about it for me.
