I had two teeth extracted, one on each side of my mouth, in one visit. The procedure was pain free and I was able to listen to my favorite music, Phish, during the procedure. Thank you Dr. Echo and your staff for making my visit smooth.

I've had 2 wisdom extracted by Dr. Echo on separate visits, and my daughter had all 4 extracted in one procedure. On each occasion, Dr. Echo and his staff were superb. They were very calming and reassuring, and the procedures went as smoothly as we could have hoped. I'm grateful we found Dr Echo, and wouldn't hesitate recommending him.

In all honesty, I'm not too comfortable with dentist, but I have to give Dr. Echo a 5 stars. I didn't feel any pain, just a pinch when he numbed the area. He pull out a broken molar and a wisdom tooth and I didn't feel anything. Further, he explained and gave me the reason for everything that he was doing which my other oral surgeon did not explained. Highly recommend him.

What a pleasant experience. The office staff is professional and efficient. They fit me in immediately with very little wait time. Dr. Echo is so personable and patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Great oral surgeon and great anesthesiologist. I had to have 14 teeth pulled out. I just have to wait until the stitches come out next week and born the bone to heal before I can get my replacement implants. Everyone was so nice and I had a wait time of less than 10 minutes.

This was the best experience I had at a dentist/Oral surgeon ever! I had a tooth pulled today by Dr Marquis and she One was super nice! And it was very painless ! I reccomend her to all!

Staff failed to explain that Dr.Echo wouldn't be able to take me in but still proceeded to transfer me to the doctor. Doctor rudely informed me that they are closed today (Saturday), that they've been open for days and I should have came all the days they were open. To which left me feeling, ontop of the terrible wisdom tooth ache, like an idiot. This experience could have been avoided if staff just informed nothing would have been able to be done today and the Doctor could have continued sleeping as his morning voice was evident.

My experience was amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when it came to any questions I had. Dr. Echo, Teresa,Danielle, Claritza, and Paola are an amazing team. If you have to get your wisdom teeth removed and you're apprehensive about it- this is the team you want in your corner. Thank you again.

Nutley oral surgery! Let me start by saying, I have the pain tolerance of a toddler. Today I went through the list of oral surgeons that take my insurance. I finally found Dr. Gugala. I needed my tooth pulled and have been in pain for weeks. My anxiety level was through the roof, between the pain and fair of having to go through this. I thought I was going to have a full blown panic attack. As it happened they had an opening in 15 minutes. I got there and everyone was so nice and comforting. Then Dr. Gugala came in, I'm going to die, that's the only thing I was thinking. He was so sweet and reassuring. He numbed me with very little pain and left the room. When he came back he took his little syringe and stuck me again. I felt nothing! Two minutes later my tooth was out. I never felt so much as a tug. I've never had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend coming here. Take it from me, a pain toddler, here is where you need to go if you can't take pain. I'm so happy! Thank you Dr. Gugala!

Dr Echo is very good...knows his stuff....although I feel he is a little fast with spending time with you ....I sometimes forget what I wanted to ask or tell him because he's outta there fast but they will always be willing to answer questions via the phone afterward. I found it to be a very good experience there and would recommend him to anyone. I had a difficult surgical extraction and he did a good job.

He is very quick and efficient. Comes in with wonderful bedside manners which is lacking these days. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend .
