Our office was established in 1999 in Destin, Florida and with much hard work, we were able to open a second location in Panama City Beach in 2010. Our office is one of the nations leading with more than 70 years of combined experience amongst our six dentists. We are able to provide same-day dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic restorations, implant surgery, Zoom! Teeth Whitening and we are an elite provider for Invisalign.

Dennis Lichorwic DMD values the power of a beautiful smile and believes in using minimally invasive techniques to create them. He has traveled all over the U.S. to universities, conferences, and training programs in pursuit of the best possible education in dentistry. Dr. Lichorwic received his dental degree from the University of Floridas College of Dentistry in 1997. Following continued education in the practice, he brought his aspirations to life by opening his own practice in Destin, FL in 1999. With great success over the years, Dr. Lichorwic was able to grow his practice not only in Destin, but to a secondary location in Panama City Beach in 2010.

Dr. Lichorwic and his practice strive for quality care and five-star customer services. He believes his passion for service stems from his family upbringing in the restaurant business. He embraced extensive training when he worked in the restaurants at Disney World and graduated from the Ritz Carlton Customer Service training program just before he started school for dentistry.

He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, recognized as a premier association for cosmetic dentistry and has served as a past President of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Locally he and his company have won Best Dentist on the Emerald Coast 14 times by the Readers of Emerald Coast Magazine, Best in Destin for Cosmetic Dentistry by the Readers of VIP Destin 8 times, Best Dentistry in Best of the Bay, and Florida Trend, Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing companies 3 times. He has also been honored with the Citizen of the Year award.

Dr. Lichorwic is ecstatic to be celebrating 20 years in business, stating It has been an honor to serve the community of Destin and Panama City Beach in all their dentistry needs. The love my team and I have for this business only elevates with time. As we grow, my team will

continually strive to provide exceptional service and to exceed our patients expectations. With much excitement, Dr. Lichorwic and his team will expand the Destin office this year and plan to acquire more offices in the future.

Dr. Stephanie Baya is one of our associate dentists at The Center for Cosmetic and Family dentistry, practicing at both our Destin and Panama City Beach dental offices. A true local and a second-generation dentist, Dr. Baya graduated from Niceville High School and went on to get a BS in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida. She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Floridas College of Dentistry. Dr. Baya is an active member in a number of accredited and respected dental associations. These include the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Northwest District Dental Association.

She is also currently taking continuing education courses at the renowned Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies and enjoys staying up to date with the latest in techniques and technology in the dental profession. Dr. Baya also enjoys being a part of the community, including being an active member in her church and supporting several local and national charity organizations.

Dr. Baya lives in Santa Rosa Beach with her husband, Joe, and son, Mac. In her free time, Dr. Baya enjoys being in the woods or on the water in the beautiful Florida weather and loves outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and archery. In rainy weather, Dr. Baya loves reading, cooking, crafting, and (attempting) to learn the fiddle.

In 2014, Dr. Noumeh moved from her hometown in Pennsylvania to Florida. Dr. Noumehs journey through higher education resulted in obtaining multiple degrees. She attended Temple University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following her undergraduate degree, she completed a two-year dental hygiene program where she earned her RDH degree. Immediately following her RDH degree, she attended Rutgers University in New Jersey where she obtained her Masters in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology. The same year she began dental school in Bradenton, FL at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine where she earned her DMD. Continuing education is a priority for Dr. Noumeh, as the dental field is continually evolving. Her mission is to provide patients with the highest standard of care, in a comfortable environment where health, function, and esthetics are achieved.

As a testament of her commitment to continuing education, she completed a mini-residency program at the prestigious Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, FL. The purpose of this program is to provide dentists with advanced knowledge and master skills necessary to provide complete dentistry. The program is heavily focused on advanced cosmetic dentistry and TMJ therapy. Dr. Noumeh believes oral health is the pathway to overall health. Dr. Noumeh is our master injector providing patients with the following services: Dysport/Botox/Xeomin, Filler, PDO Lifting Threads, PDO Smoothing Threads, and Kybella. When planning cosmetic dental work, no matter how minor or comprehensive, she keeps in mind the overall aesthetics of the face. Botox and Filler can be a wonderful compliment to improving the overall symmetry and facial aesthetics.
