We always take precautions to ensure that the sedation we offer is both safe and effective.
Many dental offices offer some treatment for TMJ disorder and its associated headaches and other symptoms. However, we go a step above and beyond basic treatments. We will carefully evaluate your jaws structure and function and help you find true and lasting freedom from your discomfort. Occlusal adjustments and occlusal splints are just two of the treatments we offer. We can even provide TENS therapy, which uses a gentle electrical current to relax stressed muscles and provide fast pain relief.
Obstructive sleep apnea is a dangerous condition that hinders breathing at night; a CPAP machine is the most common treatment for it. However, Dr. Patel, one of our on-staff dentists, is able to provide a more comfortable alternative for many patients. He has undergone advanced training to understand sleep apnea, and he works alongside local experts to make sure that patients receive treatment that is effective and comfortable. He often provides custom-made oral sleep appliances to gently move patients jaws so they can breathe easier each night.

However, one of our on staff dentists, and Dr. Manisha Patel are proud to have attended the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Their advanced training in dental implants, orthodontics, TMJ treatment, and porcelain veneers allow them to combine long-lasting function with amazingly natural-looking aesthetics.

Great dental office! From the minute I walk in Greeted and never have to wait more than a couple minutes! Dr Sadhak is amazing! He is patient, accurate and willing to take time to explain the procedure and plan as much as you need. The office manger and all the assistants are a pleasure to work with as well! I am thrilled I have found such a great dental office who cares.

My experience today at the center of Contemporary Dentistry was absolutely phenomenal I have been searching for a dentist for quite some time always getting quite the runaround but the doctor was so informative and helpful and kind everyone in the office front desk and in the back were absolutely amazing very sweet kind I'm very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Dentistry to anyone. I'm very excited about continuing my future with this dentist.

As a lifelong dentaphobe these humans really helped me get thru my first appt and i feel good about my chances of getting a healthy mouth back. Very warm, kind and accomodating. Go for it!. Update march 24th: went in and had the first two. Very badly infected teeth out. Dr. Sadhak was excellent. Very gently got those ugly molars out. He's a gifted dentist! I have epilepsy and they have been very kind and accomodating to me. Working with the overhead lights off mostly. Letting my dear wife stay in the room as they work. I mean you really can't ask for much more. Thank you all at center for contemporary dentistry! Update aug 25 2022 final tooth out. The dr waa great and his assistant was too. . this is where you go for a proper dental experience in a calm environment. . consumate professionals and super kind humans

Had a tooth brake yesterday. Don't have a local dentist. They were able to fit me into their schedule and correct my issue today, awesome. Would recommend them.

My first visit here. Moved from RI to NH 10 months ago and finally got myself squared away with dental insurance and selecting a dental office. Am very pleased with this office. The staff that I met (receptionist, dental tech and doctor this time around) were responsive, friendly, and professional. I truly feel comfortable here and am very glad I made the decision to have The Center for Contemporary Dentistry be my new dental office.

My visit with the dental hygienist, Audra was great. She was knowledgable, professional and very caring making sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met and overall she did a wonderful job. The front desk staff were very courteous and professional. I had no wait time before getting in to my appointment. It was a great experience. When I first went here they were very helpful and cooperative and seemed to have my best interests in mind. After a few years and two dental reviews of my entire tooth structure with promises that they would inform me of my best options to move forward with the care of my gingivitis and current status of the poor quality of my teeth - they never informed me. I waited. And waited. When I finally called them to ask to have the dentist return my call and why I was calling I never received a return call. Actually the first time they reviewed my situation, they told me to go home and call them back to let them know how much $ I could have available on credit and then they would tell me what they would recommend. I don't believe they had my best interests in mind and would therefore not recommend this dental practice.
