Dr. Pikula went above and beyond for my daughter with a dental emergency over a holiday weekend, and we weren't even patients here! That kind of care and compassion has been hard to find these days and I appreciate her so much for it. I called today and switched over all my kids to her clinic.

My son has been a patient here for just over 4 years- he is 7 years old and has autism, which includes very limited speech and fears of just about everything you can think of including the bathroom, brushing his teeth, having his hair cut, etc. We have to take things slow, reassuring him along the way everything is ok, so when I say this office shows our family the most love, patience and understanding, I mean they go over and beyond to make sure our son is comfortable. He was recently put under anesthesia to have dental work done and the entire office, including the anesthesiologist was in no hurry and took things at our son's pace. They make accommodations that no office ever would like allowing us to cut his hair while he is asleep because of his fear of scissors. I've never felt such a calming feeling at any dental office like we do here. We aren't just another number here, they take pride in their treatment and for that our family is forever grateful

Extremely difficult appointment making. They insist on making extra appointments to assess how a child does in the chair before they will even schedule a filling, You MUST come in multiple times, cannot book more than one appointment at a time. Definitely don't recommend if you are a working parent or have any type of schedule you have to try and work around.

I wish I could rate this place a 0, it was absolutely a waste of time for me. They had me waiting about 2 hours to be seen and came up with the worst excuses. The assistants were really nice but I couldn't help but notice how rude the doctor was to her assistants. She seemed so demanding with them and had a strong personality. I wouldn't want my kids to be seen by someone who can't treat there employees correctly.

5 STARS- The dentist, is a truly fine doctor who is wonderful with children and very, very kind, knowledgeable and treats patients with utmost care and compassion. My son was shy and nervous, and she made him feel so at ease, and she truly cared about taking time to talk with him down on his level. Her expertise saved his tooth from a root canal, and he is home healing and happy. 1 STAR- Truly disappointing service from "Keeniera" at the front desk, sadly. This woman had the audacity to sit at the front desk and cough and cough AND cough with no mask on, non stop while greeting and helping people young and old. Every other staff member respectfully wore theirs, except for her. Each time my family was in office (multiple days) she had her mask off and was coughing non stop, while telling patients by phone to "bring a mask, wear it at all times, and not attend if they had any cough whatsoever." This was so hypocritical and disrespectful to staff and patients. After discussing the plan for my child's care in detail with the dentist, I had been given special permission from the Dentist to sit and wait for my child in the hall. I had not sat there longer than 2 minutes before this same woman demanded that I get up and go back to the front area, because "other patients would need that spot." (The Dentist and 2 technicians had all OK'd that I sit there, and had told me it was OK bc no patients would be arriving or needing this spot until after my son's appt.) Not one single person came and needed "the spot" but yet even after I told her again that I had permission to be there, she continued to harrass me (no matter my explanations that it had been ok'd by the dentist.) She forced me to get up and go sit in the front room where she had been coughing non stop. Kenierras blatant disregard for patients safety (no mask/ coughing) and her utter disregard for her superiors directions was so unprofessional and unnecessary! There was zero reason for it. This office deserves a better receptionist. Everything else was wonderful, and it's a shame to see one person with incredibly poor behavior ruin the experience.

Dr. Pikula is great! The anesthesia Dr. is also awesome! I was very stressed to put my little girl under anesthesia for the first time but both Dr.s were very thorough in explaining to me what will happen and what to expect afterwords. Dr. Pikula even called us after hours to check up on my daughter. They have been amazing. Thank you Dr. Pikula and team! My daughters teeth look phenomenal!

Dentist does good work, staff can be rude and it takes far too long to get an appointment! Over 1 month for a child in pain with a cavity to have it fixed!!

Brought my 1 year old in for his first visit and it was very nice! The waiting room was fairly small but they had a nice TV playing to keep the kids entertained. The front desk ladies were very sweet. The assistance were very attentive and got his teeth brushed before the Dr came in and the Dr did the fluoride treatment and looked over my sons teeth and made sure everything was looking good and coming in properly! Once we were all done they have my son a rubber ducky and a goody bag with a toothbrush and some other things. I'm glad we heard about this place from my friend. I'm sad they stop taking patients at 14 because I'd love to get my older kids in there as well but they work more with little kids and kids with autism, developmental delays or kiddos who are scared of the dentist! I'm very happy with the care we received

Dr P and her staff are AMAZING! She's very down to earth and very understanding but will also tell you what you need to hear and how to do it. Her assistants are soooo sweet!!!! One sat down on the floor and played with my 2 yr old! The office is very clean and well maintained. If your kiddo needs work done they do that AMAZING also. My daughter was terrified of the dentist after a previous experience and she needed some work done. And Dr P got in there and not only got the work done but did extra we had planned so she saved us an appt!! Can't say enough good stuff about this office!

Dr. Pikula is not just the best children's dentist I've ever met, but the best dentist. period. All 4 of my kids have gone to her (3 boys, 1 girl ages 6-13) since she opened her practice, and they all love her. My 6 yr old boy is a high-anxiety kid, and he had his first filling today and did amazingly well! I think this is because Dr. Pikula kept his head gently tucked toward her so he felt secure, and she looked into his eyes and softly explained every single thing she was doing and what he could anticipate it feeling like. He was so relaxed I thought he might fall asleep if he wasn't watching a movie! She uses age-appropriate language and methods for each of my very different children. It's like she's psychic about what each child needs! She's just so great. Waiting times have not been an issue for us. She gives each child the time they need.
