Horrible, unethical and unprofessional!! They seem only to want pts who are willing to pay alot of out-of-pocket costs. If you don't and want to just use your union insurance and not go pay any out-of-pocket they will not see you AND WOULD LIE AND TELL YOU THEY NEED TO REFER YOU ELSEWHERE FOR A ROOT CANAL WHEN THE DENTIST HERSELF WAS WILLING TO SCHEDULE ! Took time off from work only to be told the above! I would never refer this practice or ever go back!!! Disgusting disgraceful and disappointed!!!

Thieves don't go to this dentist ,I went to get partial dentures on February ,till this day I'm still waiting for the dentures.Got the molding done and never got the dentures. They called me out of the blue telling me that they had the dentures. And that was a lie ,they cleaned my teeth plus chipped one of my lower teeth while taking plaque off. They lie to you and its mad ghetto,the staff is very rude .Give me my dentures that you charged my insurance for . Let's be fare!. The girl that takes the xrays is super rude too.

I went in for a routine cleaning. I was able to book an appointment quickly online. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, speedy and efficient. It turned out that I need more than simply a cleaning. Three different dental pros looked over the X-rays, explained the situation and possible treatments and outcomes. I felt confident about the opinions that I received. I was given options from what my insurance would cover and beyond. I'm grateful to find this dentist!

I went in for cavities cleaning, it was fast, quick and painless, not to forget a calm and friendly atmosphere. They try to keep track of who is who, if you remind the staff. It's never wrong to ask questions if your unsure. Those with health insurance, this is the dentist I recommend to go to.

I came to this dentist because I need alot of work done the front desk is extremely rude they put alot of calls off never call back I'm sure the dentist doctor is amazing but the front lady need to go I don't think she likes her job seriously.

I went it and told them I had a cavity, instead of focussing on that they wanted to focus on all the other work I already told Im getting done somewhere is. They want me to do the 5+K work there and they dismissed my cavity all together. Further more, I went to my primary dentist and they found two extra cavities that The Bronx dental told me I had none. Moral of the story, don't go to a dentist office that recommends invisalign when you told them about a cavity.

Super friendly staff in back of office (not front desk, front desk only asked some patients to wear masks and not others and was gossipping at the desk about it with another male coworker) and extremely informative dentist. The hygienist put me at ease and was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely continue coming here and recommending to others. Thank you so much.

The Dentist I had so far are pretty cool and has done a good job with caring for my teeth. But most of the Dentist I had left. The only problem I have is trying to call the office. No one answers and If I leave a message, no one returns my phone calls (for the pass 3 years). So most of the time, I have to stop by the office to take care of personal business. Update 2022. I had 6 month cleaning. I waited 20 minutes to be seen. There were no issues. Cleaning went well!

I came in as a walk-in and when I was attended, the staff were courteous, respectful and sympathetic to my needs. When consulting with Dr. Sarowitz, I was pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive this turned out to be. I was offered a number of options and was given details about what this meant for any subsequent care. I will be returning! 5/3/22: As of yesterday's appointment for my implant, I was once again surprised with the care I was given! Dr. Sarowitz is caring and compassionate to the point where he prepared me for each step in this procedure. I like it here!

GREAT PLACE. I had to change my review to a 5 star. I went there for tooth pain, my doctor recommend I get my wisdom tooth remove because that's what was bothering the other tooth. I went to an oral surgeon to get it remove, after my surgery I got something called a dry socket, at the time I didn't know what it was. I was in insane pain, the pain meds wasn't working. I went back to Dr. Andrew Sarowitz he took a lot of time out of his day to listen to me and evaluate me, he said you have a dry socket. The next day I went to the oral surgeon explaining to him that my doctor said I have a dry socket, he told me something completely different. Went back home that night, being in so much pain, crancky I wrote a Semi-negative review. To make a long story short Dr. Andrew Sarowitz Was RIGHT all along and I shouldn't have put more trust in a outside doctor more then my own doctor. Overall the place is friendly, great staff and amazing doctor.
