the dentist is very rude and kept making assumptions that i was lying, i would never recommend this place to any friends or family; the only good people here are the ppl that work for him but him specifically was an obnoxious person and I wouldn't want anyone to feel the way I did when I was being accused of lying when I have gone to another braces place location and they tested everything out before telling me to come here, I left really upset and in tears, worse place.

Worst Orthodontist place you can go to. I'm convinced the staff writes all these reviews. Don't answer the phone and automatically put you on hold. They go against all violations of patient rights and care. And then threatened me to call the cops on me and my mom when you confront them against all their lies and violations with Mass health trying to contact them. They milk your insurance. It's business strictly first and patient care last. Worst six years of my life and several other people who visits this care facility agrees.

Please don't go there. Dr did very bad surgery on my son that we ended up in ER on the same day (after hours) because bleeding did not stop. He is so busy with his Real Estate business that he doesn't have time to follow up on a patient after the surgery. We agreed on the price, but he kept charging us more and more. Moved to the other Dr and everything was fine. This guy is looking only for $$$ and doesn't care about the patient. Please move away from Davis Sq Braces Place. Thank you

over the past 3 years I had a great experience with the braces place in somerville, every time I had a question or concern I was always atteneded super quickly! All of the staff is super sweet and kind. The doctor as well is a very nice guy. highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for orthodontic treatment or braces. they left me with an amazing smile!

Most likely all these 5 star reviews are written by his staff and their friends/families. I was pressured by a young dental assistant girl to write a good review about this place when I came back for a check-up a few years after my treatment completed. She insisted I leave a good review for this place because when asked if I was happy with my treatment I said "yes." (i couldn't just say 'no' when I am coming in for check-up to see this doctor at his facility..) It was brought up several times for me to leave a GOOD review when I was at this appointment. I wouldn't be surprised if all these 5 star reviews are written by his staff and their families (read the Indeed reviews and find the common denominator of his practice. "The in-group") I was once a patient of Dr. Rizkallah and he is not someone you'd want to have to oversee your medical treatment. He is a business man first, and an orthodontist second. He will overbook as many patients as he can so that he can make the most profitability. That means you will receive less than adequate time with him to fully treat your orthodontic case. I remember when I was nearing the end of my treatment and I had a lot of questions and concerns about how my teeth looked (he shaved a lot of my teeth down to weird rounded shapes and didn't even advise me on what he was going to do) and how my current bite was hurting. He then asked unprompted in that conversation "Have you made all your payments at the front desk?", which was basically him telling me to F off and that he didn't care about what I thought about my own teeth. I'm now in my mid 30s and have bite dysfunction and am seeking additional orthodontic care from another provider to basically correct what Dr. Rizkallah did not correct in my ortho treatment with him. He does not listen to your needs, and will find the quickest ways to give you straightened teeth so that he can get you out on your merry way and move onto the next one. It is as the other reviews have stated, and I agree this place is like a factory. Don't be fooled by this place and all the raving reviews. That's how it caught me going to this place those several years ago. If you just want straight teeth and don't care about having an overall assessment of where you bite/TM joint should be and if you have any dental/mid facial deformities that should be corrected before aligning teeth - then by all means go to this orthodontist! And enjoy having that straight teeth with the added bonuses of jaw pain, migraines due to jaw issues, speech issues - and the list goes on. Be warned and proceed with caution.

The Braces Place did an incredible job with my teeth. Just got my braces off today, and I was extremely happy with the outcome! I used to have a snaggle tooth that killed my smile in photos, now they're perfect. The dental assistants are always very kind & patient, which eased my dental anxiety going into appointments; and Dr. Rizkallah was very knowledgeable & informative during my consultations. I would highly recommend this place for braces due to their affordability, flexibility and efficiency.

From the courteous people at the front desk and staff to Dr Rizkallah it was a great experience, all of our questions were answered and my braces were removed quicker than I expected (I get to enjoy my new smile sooner)plus they have plenty of free parking which makes it that much easier.

The Brace Place in Somerville,MA is the best!! I got my braces in February of this year and it was a bit of a rough start, but Dr. Rizkallah was very patient and understanding with me. The staff are very helpful and professional. The office is always very neat and clean. My braces were taken out 10 months later and I am so happy and satisfied with how amazing my teeth looks. If it weren't due to covid regulations, I'd give Dr. Rizkallah a huge hug.

Please do not go here. TERRIBLE experience. First the lady who they say is the manger and has her own office, is RUDE and gives you a BAD attitude. They put you on hold for like 15 min and dont even pick up the phone. The doctor uses these young kids as his assistant/ that dont know what they are doing. One of his assistant that look like a kid put in my braces and I knew this, she kept making mistakes, she didnt know how to put it on, it fell off in 3 days.

My teeth look straight, but my bite isn't good. I keep feeling pressure on my jaw and getting headaches because of it. I was told I had to pay an additional $2k in order to fix this problem, because I didn't wear my retainers for a month, even though I've had this issue way before I had my braces removed. Very unfortunate, the way they handled this.
