Best experience! Hetzel is the best hygienist ever! She's the kindest most professional, makes you feel comfortable when doing your cleaning. And Marlene the assistant is such an amazing person she answers all your questions and overall amazing. Love to come to my appointments they make you feel comfortable while doing your treatments. Highly recommend

Dr. Shaw and Marlen are amazing, they took care of me today. They take really good care of you and always check to make sure you are doing okay. They worked so fast and efficient, I loved it! I have been coming here for years and the receptionist are always so welcoming and nice. The office is always clean and organzied. They have air purifiers throughout the whole office to insure you're safety. I highly recommend this dental office, they are simply the best!

I absolutely love the Bite dental! Dr. Shaw is incredibly smart and completely corrected things that my last dentist either missed or was pushing off. I'm all about being proactive with dental work so that was very appreciated! She's very good at administering the numbing shot- it's hard to explain, but she's extremely tactful of which nerve to numb and she does a great job getting you numbed perfectly and making sure you stay numbed. That really eased my anxiety as I didn't have to worry about whether I would be in any pain throughout my procedures. Her assistant, Marlen, is so kind and assuring! She's a mama bear taking care of you and making sure you're comfortable and set up for a successful procedure. She makes sure the placement of the tools are all correct so that you are as comfortable as possible. They were both extremely detail-oriented and proficient in explaining the procedures and what would happen. They are also just so kind and you leave The Bite in a better mood than when you arrived. I highly recommend them and I'll be sad when we move away and can't come here any more!

Truly enjoyed my dental experience here at The Bite! Dr. Silva has been an amazing doctor, extremely thorough and thankful that he had a very conservative treatment plan for me. Hethzel, Gabby, Marlen, Stephany and Jonathan where all super welcoming and helpful in all my visits. Highly recommended them! Drive all the way from Miami Beach, that's how you know they are good!!!

I was referred by Marlen Perez and the experience was excellent both visits! Bianca my Hygienist explained everything in detail and was thorough with her cleaning! Dr. Silva was great as well and took care of my cavity quickly and was friendly. The Bite has earned my business for sure!

Dr. Silva is amazing. The staff is very nice. The office is state of the art and so clean. This was the easiest trip to the dentist ever! Oh, and the hygienist is A+! I am a nervous, anxious patient, and they made it easy. I've never booked so many follow ups, because I avoid the dentist at all costs! They make it easy.

I've been going to this practice since they opened and honestly they are very professional, nice and explain things thoroughly. The dentist is also very gentle which is a must for me with a dentist. She's also very nice and puts me as ease when doing the work. She also listens and really tries to address the discomfort.
