We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

Now, any dental procedure can be done in a completely comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We are able to offer our patients the option of intravenous (IV) sedation or a combination of anti-anxiety medications. Both methods are safe but are determined by the level of comfort forthe patient.

For our apprehensive patients who get anxious, we provide nitrous oxide (sweet air). It has the effect of making the patient feel as if he or sheisat happy hour. After the procedures are completed, the patient can return to anormal daily routine.

This allows the patient to get through the front door. The effects can include drowsiness or just a sense of comfort. Prior to starting any procedures, nitrous oxide (sweet air) is provided. The combination of oral anxiety medication and nitrous oxide enables our patients to feel relaxed and comfortable before, during, and several hours after their visit.

For patients that have the highest level of anxiety, we offer dentistry while you sleep. Any dental procedure can be done while the patient is offered intravenous sedation. Our on-staff oral surgeon monitors the patient during the entire process while under the effect of the IV sedation. We are able to provide all treatment ranging from implants and extractions to even a cleaning.

Our specialists and general dentists work together to provide a full range of services during the sedation. This type of sedation is very safe. The doctors can communicate with the patient, andthere is no memory of the procedure afterward.

I am really surprised to see so many negative comments. I've been going to Dr. Chiu for decades. She's always been friendly and professional towards me and my family. She's fixed cavites, my daughter got braces at this establishment and my toddler goes here too.

Lacked compassion and maturity. When I last visited her some years ago she was nasty. She rendered poor dental care.

One word RUN! This doctor is money hungry, ok! I've been going to her for years and wish I knew sooner what she was about. I just started my career in the dental field so she is no longer to get over on me. The doctor does the cleaning and "check up" and she tells me I didn't have any cavities less then a month later, an intern at my job ( @ a dental office) asked to practice taking x-ray's on me. She notice that I had cavities and the cavities were a decent size. The doctor @ my job later went on to tell me that these cavities couldn't have formed in a month and they were without a doubt there the last time I got a cleaning. So basically what she does is wait and allow the cavities to get big enough so that you need a Root Canal so that she can get more money instead of doing a filling for a cheaper route. Long story short if you like your money and your teeth don't go here. The two stars are for the front desk and assistance they are both always very nice and easy going.

I'm totally surprised about all the bad reviews, my husband and I had and still have the best experience ever. Dr. Chu es very professional, and her staff too. Always do a great job with my cleaning and when she couldn't do one of my tooth (a bad root canal from another dentist) she referred me to another doctor. I have been in 3 different offices over the years and by far this is the best one.

Scheduled an appointment, waited two weeks. Showed up and that is when the decided to tell me that they didn't take my insurance. Tried saying they called and left a message but no voicemails on my phone were left. What a waste of time.

We had a dental emergency in April. Called up the service and the dr called back. Just to tell us she was not seeing anyone including emergencies. She didnt refer us to anyone who can see us or even give pain medicine in the meantime while we search for a dentist. Spoke to us like we were annoying her. Mind u we have been patients for over 7 years.

I was a patient for 9 years at this office, And this was the first time I had an emergency, I lasted 1 week calling under pain medication I showed up to the office and the doctor herself answered the phone herself just to tell me she could not attend to me because she was too busy, she said she will add me to a waiting list. I left disappointed after so many years and I don't plan to return. My entire family are their patients under our medical plan. The doctors name is Vivian Chu

Staff was not nice. They give you appointments during rush hour. If you are 10 minutes late, and they are cheking in other patients (they were obviously overbooked as they checked in 3 people before i was turned away) they tell you to re-schedule...there seems to be a trend with this medical offices where they act as if they are doing you a favor, when in reality you are walking in there because you booked a service that insurance companies never pay in full and much of it comes out of the pocket of the patient...never going back again.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Vivian Chu for over four (4) years now and the experiences have always been outstanding. She's extremely sweet, professional and doesn't rush you out of the door. Luckily we've never had any major issues so our experiences have been with items such as bi-annual teeth cleaning, teeth whitening and the creation of a nightly mouth guard. The front staff as well as the dental assistances are also great. We never have an issues scheduling appointments, we get taken to the back moments upon arriving for our appointments and check-out is a breeze.

I've had two extractions done there. Vivian Chu is all about the $. No Compassion. Was rude and belittling. She found out that I had 6 cavities. A Deep Cleaning that needed to be done along with two implants After the Extractions . Total was $10,200. I'm like yea, let me talk to an Adult. Seems like she wants to pay off her Maserati quick, Vivian why don't you retire?. And stop abusing your patients with your made up Prices. I went to Little Falls Family Dentistry. Your Price vs The Price Little Falls Family Dentistry gave me? $2,087.00 Beat that Vivian.! People take your business elsewhere. Only thing worth my attention was the two Arcade Machines in the waiting room
