Crystal has been in the dental industry for 20 years. She has been both a dental assistant and a business assistant. Her passion for dentistry started at a young age when her fear of dental treatment was eased by a dental assistant working at her previous dental practice and she knew she wanted to provide that same care for others. She is a mother of three and loves people and that is why she is so good at what she does. She shares thather most rewarding thing about managing an office is the help she can give in all areas, making that first connection with a patient, educating and explaining procedures and benefits, and helping them with their financials. She truly is a team player and has a vivacious spirit and brings so much light and joy and love to our practice. We are so truly blessed to have Crystal as a part of our dental family.
Dinah was born in Little Rock Arkansas. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs until the age of 13. She moved to Texas and graduated high school here. Dinah graduated Baylor with BS in Dental Hygiene in 1986 and ever since then has truly enjoyed helping her patients maintain good oral health and radiate a beautiful smile. She is married and has one daughter named Jadee who will graduate from, DBU-Dallas Baptist University in May 2020. Dinah loves to read, likes sci-fi, enjoys comedy movies and attend country music concerts. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time in Arkansas with family and friends on the family land/lake, at the cabin. We are so thankful to have someone like Dinah on our team.
Yo has been a hygienist for 30 years. She graduated from Howard College in Big Spring, TX. She is the mother of two boys, and grandmother of two grandsons & one granddaughter. Her best friend in the world is her mom! Yo is very family oriented and family game nights are a big deal to her. They love playing spades, hearts, board games and spoons. In her spare time she loves to hang out at lake or poolside and even shoots pool in a league! Her passion is to help others have the ultimate smile and total body health. Yo is an essential part of our team and we love having her smiling face around the office everyday!

The Addison dentist has by far been the greatest dentist I've ever been to. I haven't seen a dental chair in 14 years and I already have an appointment scheduled for next week. The entire staff there is extremely kind and courteous, they have gone well above and beyond what I would consider normal dental treatment as far as making sure you are well taken care of, and overall the experience has just been amazing. Plus they've also got some really really awesome music playing in the background which really kind of helps. But overall I would definitely say five stars is like way too low I would give them 10 or 11 Stars easy. Never have I had such an easy enjoyable and comfortable time at the dentist office.

This is the best dentist office in North Dallas/Addison area. They all take the time to educate their patients and help you reach your goals. I've been coming here for years and it feels like family because they all remember you when you walk in. The number one thing is there is NO judgement from any staff for how long it takes you to reach your goals because they realize changing a dental routine and creating habits is difficult for a lot of people. Book with Yo. She's the best.

The ENTIRE STAFF WAS AMAZING!! Omg. I'm 10000% terrified of needles. Ms. Crystal was great with her comforting speech, the receptionist was awesome keeping an eye on my baby for me while I get an extraction, the dentist that pulled my tooth was AMAZING! And cannot forget his #1 assistant! ( sorry I forgot some names, but they know who they are when they read my review lol) Love love loveeee this place and will be coming back!!!!!!!!

First time visit here at this dentist first of just want to say the whole staff was Exceptional. Odalys the front receptionist is so kind and sweet and she managed to squeeze me in for a appointment a few weeks earlier than my original appointment so thank you props to her! Dinah was the hygienist came in for a first time deep clean and she did wonderful! Honestly ended up leaving very impressed with the final results she was very gentle and explained all the instructions for my medication very clearly. Crystal is also very kind! she was very clear about my payment options and pricing and suggested what needed to be done for my teeth but she was never pushy and never pressured me into anything I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole visit. Definitely a great experience I will be coming back to this dentist for now on.

I have been highly impressed with theaddisondentist ever since I Google searched for a "dentist in Addison" and called to schedule an appointment and Odie was beyond friendly and helpful! Little did I know that it got so much better. I was totally blown away when Dr Noble called me personally before my appointment in order to introduce himself and get a brief history so that he knew what to expect, and based on that, he explained what was going to occur during my visit. Then, once it came time for my appointment, Odie was as awesome in person as she had been on the phone. Yolanda "Yo", the hygienist, was highly skilled and gentle. Dr Noble was thorough, illuminating and patient. And Crystal, the office manager, was professional and detailed. Everyone is so genuinely friendly that it feels like a social gathering instead of a dentist's visit.

I was a little skeptical trusting another dental office in spite of my experience with my last dental office. The Addison Dentist staff helped me to rest assure by their professionalism, empathy, and the staff is well-trained. Dr. Nobles is Fantastic! Crystal, makes you feel very welcome and listens to your concerns. Yolanda, did a great job on my cleaning and explain my take home products in detail. Thank you The Addison Dentist! Priscilla

Was much better than I was expecting. Everyone I've talked to since scheduling an appointment has been super kind, and both Yo and Dr. Rao answered all the questions I had. Looking forward to the next checkup!

I have aways worried about pain during all of my dental procedures but, with the dental staff at the Addison Dentist I had no real pain at all. It has taken a lot of fear away. Thanks guys for being such a caring staff!

The Addison Dentist was awesome! Crystal and Yolanda had the best customer service and provided nothing but positivity. Getting services done to your teeth can sometimes be scary, but the Addison Dentist made the overall experience easy going and fun! I will defiantly return and refer family and friends here. If your looking for somewhere to get services done to your teeth, I would pop in to the Addison Dentist and see what all the hype is about, you won't be disappointed!

Non-transparent and deceptive billing practices. The first time you visit you will get hidden discounts that make the price reasonable and then next time they will hit you with a $400 bill. Don't fall for their pretend caring below, they literally won't respond to my emails.

If you don't have insurance they will give you a good deal the first time you visit and then more than double the bill next time.
