Dr. Mary Ellen Nesnay grew up in Bayonne, NJ with her parents and 4 siblings. She earned her B.S. degree from Villanova University and went on to earn her D.M.D from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1987. As she completed her dental education, Dr. Nesnay dreamed of opening her own practice one day.
Understanding that pediatric dentistry includes treating many special needs children, Dr. Nesnay completed a one year fellowship at Stony Brook Dental School where she learned techniques to better treat these children.
She then went on to complete her two-year Pediatric Dental specialty training at Schneider Childrens Hospital. Following her dream, she opened her first office on Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park in 1990. As the practice quickly grew, she moved the practice to a larger facility in Massapequa in 1997. By word of mouth, the reputation of the practice spread and continued to grow. In 2009, That Broadway Smiles movie theater themed office opened to the delight of all the patients and their parents!
Dr. Meyer grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 2013, he earned his D.M.D. degree from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Chandler, Arizona. He pursued his general practice residency training at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. While being exposed to many different aspects of dentistry, he found a true passion for treating children and patients with special needs. He then decided to complete a one year fellowship at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, caring for patients with disabilities and special needs. He received extensive training and successfully treated many patients using IV sedation or in the operating room. He then decided to obtain his pediatric dentistry degree at Stony Brook where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Meyer is a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the New York State Dental Society and the American Dental Association. When he isnt at work, Dr. Meyer enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid sports fan, especially passionate about his hometown Toronto teams.
Dr. Allison Blutstein is a board certified pediatric dentist who pursued a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Her love for buffalo wings encouraged her to stay in snowy Western New York, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with a concentration in pediatric dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Blutsteins education continued at Staten Island University Hospital, where she completed a general practice residency and then a pediatric dental residency, where she served as chief resident.Dr. Blutstein resides in Queens andin her free time enjoys traveling, baking, going to the beach and spending time with her family and dog Auggie.
Dr. Lynda Asadourian is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She was the Chief Resident at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, D. C. where she completed her Pediatric Dental Residency. She attended Lehigh University graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. She graduated from dental school with various honors and awards such as being a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, New York Academy of Dentistry Exemplary Professional Conduct Award, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Certificate of Merit Award, Delta Dental Student Leadership Award, and the New York State Dental Foundation Student Recognition Award.

I have an almost 3 year old and an 19 month old and have been looking for a pediatric dentist. Luckily my friend told me about That broadway smile and I'm so happy she did. I Brought both my boys in for their first Dentist visit. I was so impressed with how patient and how nice the office was. The staff is so incredibly nice and thorough, and they explain everything to you that's going on. I highly recommend That Broadway Smile

They provided Appointments for all Five of my kids at the same time. Each and every one of them had a great experience with excellent communication with me the whole time.

Such an Amazing office!!! The staff and Dr.s are all so nice and knowledgeable. The movie Theater is really cool, too. My daughter loved her experience here!!!

I love the atmosphere. It's very kid friendly. The people who work there are so sweet and kind. Always smiling. I didn't have enough money and they worked things out with me. That meant alot to me. You can't find people like that now of days. Great place. I highly recommend it.

Such a great experience. The place is nice, neat and well-maintained. They also have a great system that works for a toddler who's never been to the dentist or never wants to go to a dentist. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Very kid friendly - my 2 year old felt at ease and was given a toy and a balloon! Doctor was very informative, professional and good bedside manners - and was very good with my daughter. Definitely recommend!

We had an AMAZING first visit today! Everyone from Judy at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr Meyer were wonderful. My son was not happy to be there, but they made the whole visit as easy to handle as possible. They were very patient with my screaming 3 year old, and by the end of the visit Everyone got a high five! Definitely recommending this office to anyone with littles that fear the dentist.

My son had a GREAT first dental experience with Dr. Blutstein and Nikki. There was plenty of distractions to keep his mind off of the real reason he was there such as a movie, bright paintings, a toy and a medal (which he is still wearing days later). Before we saw the dentist, Nikki did a great job at explaining toddler dental care to me. Dr. B. Was the most fantastic dentist I've ever met. She did a thorough exam of my sons teeth, tongue and lips and gave me some useful info to pass on to our speech therapist. My son who is normally very shy was so happy to see her and didn't cry at all. He allowed her to examine and clean his teeth. She made both me and my son feel so at ease and we can't wait to return in 6 months !

Clean, friendly and a very helpful office and dental staff. Dr. Meyer spends time and goes over everything with you. My 9 year old son has a very difficult time with dental x-rays in the past due to sensory issues. Their dental assistant Jada amazed me. She worked with my son with such patience and she was able to finally get that x-ray. My son felt so proud of himself. The front office staff is very friendly on the phone and in person, something you don't always see. I'm very happy there. Thank you

Imani is wonderful!!!!! She made my son feel so comfortable, at ease and was making him laugh. She is the kindest soul and I am so grateful she was there by my sons side when he got his teeth extracted. 9/12/2022 Dr. Danielle and Kim are AMAZING! They are so kind and caring, they made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe. I thanked them a million times and i still felt it wasn't enough! I highly recommend these two amazing women!!

This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most efficient pediatric dentist I've ever brought my kids to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean. Even better, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable. Especially Kim and Dee. Absolutely amazing souls. My son loved them! So kind and concerned in making sure he was comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Everyone was very helpful and nice. My son was quite anxious about going. Hygienist Ruffina was wonderful in keeping my son calm and relaxed. Imani helped as well with xrays and was able to make Ryan laugh which eased his fears. Both were absolutely professional and understanding. From the initial phone call to schedule as a new patient through every single step of the process, this office has been amazing so far. I scheduled my daughter for a new patient consultation appointment due to trauma she had on her front tooth. We had the evaluation done and needed to be referred out to a specialist to start the process. The specialist they recommended was AMAZING. Prior to coming to Broadway Smiles, my daughter had had nothing but bad experiences at the dentist and the doctors and staff in this office makes her excited to go to the dentist. Looking forward to coming to this office many more times!
